Slurricane-CAMMP-May 2020

/u/lemieux6262

The one  gram sample provided was made of small sized fluffy structured buds that were a faded green almost appearing whitewashed due to the copious resin coverage. The cure was on-point with a sticky interior coating the fingers as you rolled a jay. The smell was an enjoyable creamy, sweet and berry aroma; reminiscent of overly ripe fruit. The smoke was tasty with an overly creamy taste on inhale with sweet berry flavors on exhale. In a joint the strain burned well with an even burn and fluffy light grey to white ash finish. The buzz was potent with an almost giddy high to begin with, making the menial tasks around the house enjoyable; with several instances of sky-high euphoria. Half an hour later this transitioned into a relaxing vibe that made sitting down and doing nothing a necessity. A well-balanced hybrid which finishes strongly in the Indica department with sedative effects that make couch lock inevitable.

Gorilla Glue #4- CAMMP- April 2020

/u/lemieux6262

Full Photo Album----->http://imgur.com/a/pj2cwHk Unbelievable nose of pungent woody notes with fragrant overripe cherry undertones which produced one of the most unique and addicting smells. Found myself wanting to dive into the jar repeatedly for another whiff. The texture of the bud was dense, sticky and malleable almost like warm taffy. However, it was solid enough to roll into a ball using the silicone container it arrived in. The rosin could be warmed up by holding the silicone jar; changing it into a thick molasses consistency. Easy to snag a fat dab but wispy tails of rosin never seemed to disconnect from the larger pile. A characteristic I didn’t mind; as I spun the “tails” around the dab tool to make a ball of sticky rosin threads. The flavor emulated the smell well with more distinct sweet pine and spicy notes. No residue left in the bucket. Big heady Sativa punch which had my mind racing; making it difficult to concentrate on any one thing. Repeatedly was hit with euphoric episodes which made the most mundane activities enjoyable.  Had me borderline giggling several times. I’d suggest this as a great daytime use; as I felt I needed something to distract myself from the heavy sativa effects like being outdoors or gaming out.

Ghost OG- CAMMP (Royalty Rosin)- April 2020

/u/lemieux6262

Full Photo Album----->http://imgur.com/a/lJlnlSp Bright yellow to golden outer edge with a caramel colored inner portion. The entirety of the rosin was filled with countless tiny bubbles which made for eye-catching visual appeal. The smell was bright with noticeable citrus odors upon opening or agitating the rosin; otherwise the scent was dominated by pine and woody smells. Taste was great with big plumes of very smooth pine flavored smoke. Burn of the rosin was good in a dab with little to no residue left in the banger. Found this hit with a solid spacey and stoney head feel for the first 15-30 minutes then slowly matured into a very relaxed body high. High later hit me with endless waves of relaxing vibes but there was not any heavy sedation. Could see this as a great option for smoking throughout the day when you want to chill out but not be knocked out.

Peanut Butter Breath Rosin Cart- CAMMP- April 2020

/u/lemieux6262

Cart produced by royalty rosin and sourced by CAMMP. The look intrigued me with an obvious creamy texture highlighting buttery dark amber to nutty brown hues.  The flavor was unique with a complex combination of musky, dank and earthy flavors, but noticed an oily aftertaste that lingered mid way through the cart. However smoke was incredibly smooth. Buzz was  potent and when compared to distillate; as the results weren’t a one-dimensional stoney head high. Post-smoke had a tingling sensation throughout my body making me very comfortable with a warm/fuzzy feeling. Later, a buzzing sensation directly to my eyes ,priort which happened just before my eyelids became increasingly heavy. Great Indica leaning feel that could be used in almost any situation depending on your tolerance. Just make sure to eye up a comfy spot if you’re a lightweight or planning on smoking a bunch.

Bubble Hash- CAMMP- April 2020

/u/lemieux6262

Hash arrived as a 7g block with a dark coffee/chocolate colour with a grainy appearance throughout both the exterior and interior. As I opened the bag a rich earthy, herbal and almost chocolate profile poured out. The texture was dense but pliable and supple when squeezed or flexed.   As I broke it down to top bowls or fill a joint the hash felt soft, and almost fluffy.  It was also fairly sticky as smaller pieces would tend to cling to other bits I broke off. The smoke in a bong and pipe were both slow burning and smooth; without any noticeable harshness; ending with a salt and pepper ash. I haven't smoked hash in a while but the rich herbal and spicy flavors had me reminiscing. The buzz was potent but mellow making me feel carefree with significant physical effects. After the second round in a bong there was an added cerebral effect felt as a spaced out high which had me fighting the weight of my eyes.

Watermelon Skittles- CAMMP- March 2020

/u/lemieux6262

Full Photo Album----->http://imgur.com/a/EWKF6NM A hybrid cross between Watermelon and sour skittles which is not be confused with the Watermelon Zkittles strain; even though they bear quite a resemblance. Noted on their site as a CAMMP exclusive strain. This phenotype had the craziest smells taking you on a trip to terpene city. Bright smells of sour, citrus and a definitive candy sweetness absolutely filled the room. Long tight and tapered nugs with a bright green base were covered in short fat resin, peppered from stem to tip. The pistils were also fat, stubby and tangled which gave the entire bud a tightly knit look with a minimal chance to peek inside without breaking down the bud. To the touch the nugs had a  dense hard exterior which crunched as you broke it apart but revealed a spongy and sticky interior, perfect cure in my opinion. The taste was immediate sour and fruit notes on inhale with a smooth sweet exhale; my favorite smokes from the 4 strains I tried out. The joint burned evenly throughout , ending  awith fluffy grey and white ash. Smoked multiple bowls of this out of a water-pipe which I found to be extremely smooth. After smoking I felt excited with a  “happy go lucky” feeling for the next two hours. I found myself remarkably high but still able to easily focus on tasks. This made gaming out a treat as I could really get into it versus spacing out as I typically would on some stronger Indicas. Later this slowly transitioned into a good warm body high which was very relaxing. Easily something I could recommend for days where you need to socialize or just are doing your own thing.

OG Kush- CAMMP- March 2020

/u/lemieux6262

Full Photo Album---> [https://imgur.com/a/S8kgN8D](https://imgur.com/a/S8kgN8D) Chunky bulbous nugs with dark and light green backgrounds were made more appealing by the heavy coats of resin piled on every aspect of the buds. The feel was dense with some give to the bud, almost feeling bouncy when squeezed. Had a really hard time pinpointing the smell. I would describe it as pungent herbs (anise) and spices with pine undertones. Either way the smell was very strong and unique. Breaking down the bud for a joint lead to very sticky fingers but a great even burning jay with a white ash finish. Produced massive and thick clouds which mainly had potent gassy tastes on both inhale and exhale. I was floored by the intensity of the head high, almost feeling disoriented for a short period of time. A balanced hybrid strain starting with intense euphoria and focus making it feel like I couldn't sit down. An hour later it was an absolutely necessity to have everything I needed within arms reach as couchlock quickly ensued.

Strawberry Shortcake- CAMMP-March 2020

/u/lemieux6262

Full Photo Album----->http://imgur.com/a/MLEiOVB A hybrid crossed between the Juilet and Strawberry Diesel strains; which supply the genetic makeup of these trichome carpeted foxtail nugs. Bright greens provide an ideal background to highlight a bounty of thick, short and twisted bright orange pistils. Great terpene profile with berry and vanilla notes followed by undertones of diesel. Taste was heavy gas on inhale with traces of berries on exhale. Flavor was distinct  and something I really enjoyed in both a bong or joint.  Smoke was an enjoyable smooth and even burn with  a salt and pepper ash finish. High was your typical Sativa leaning hybrid that was very cerebral and stimulating felt right behind the eyes. Found myself with motivation to get stuff done; great for heading out just before a walk with my dog. Made physical tasks enjoyable with several bouts of euphoria to follow. Something I could easily recommend before a social event or before doing any physical tasks around the house.

Peanut Butter Breath- CAMMP- March 2020

/u/lemieux6262

Large chunky buds that were perfectly cured with a sticky exterior and satisfying crunch when being squeezed. Not in a dry brittle way. Great palette of colors from deep dark greens and purples to bright green backgrounds and vivid crawling orange pistils. Slightly lacking in the terpene department but when squeezed released pleasant earthy, woody and delicate citrus aromas. As you broke down the bud these smells intensified significantly to include the rich nutty notes I was looking for. Taste was pungent and earthy with some pine on exhale. Burned well slowly and evenly with a definitive oil ring throughout the joint, ending in a light grey ash. Buzz felt instantly as an intense body high that kicked your feet out from underneath you, leaving you no option but to find a comfy spot to lay down. Potent Indica leaning strain, which I would suggest as an option to wind down at the end of a night.

CAMMP Review (Multiple Strains) - March 2020

Thechronickid00

MoM/Reteailer Name CAMMP (Canadian Affordable Medical Marijuana Products) Shipping/Packaging Shipped from BC and made it to Ontario in three quick days. The products all arrived in a nice plastic container/tupperware and all strains were individually labelled and vacuum sealed. It was then packaged and sent in a bubble mailer. No smell whatsoever and nothing was squished. Strains : Gangster Kush https://i.imgur.com/3fiN4G6.jpg This Gangster Kush is grown in house by CAMMP. A cross between 5K OG and Aloha White Widow. Sticky, light green buds, with purple hues throughout, and a resinous layer of trichomes. Medium in size and clinging to each other. Just a little bit on the fresher side and a couple days in the jar did wonders already. Definitely can give the grinder a good workout. I was able to distinguish the OG characteristics with this strain right off the bat. Aromas of pungent and dank earth, with subtle hints of gas and citrus/lemon. The flavour was similar as well. Nothing overwhelming or exotic but very smooth and clean burning. No problems staying lit either due to the stickiness and freshness. A slight sativa leaning hybrid that takes effect almost instantly after a few tokes and goes straight to the head, more specifically behind the eyes. A type of strain I can smoke throughout the entire day like most OG's as it's offers such a calm and relaxing buzz that puts me in a mellow, uplifted mood. Can have some slight burn out effects in larger amounts but overall it remains rather functional. Black Kush https://i.imgur.com/rtj94gb.jpg This Black Kush, which is a phenotype of the BC Black strain, is grown by CAMMP themselves. Not as dark in appearance as the name would suggest and instead sports a forest green colour, with clusters of wild orange hairs throughout. Decent texture, being sticky but not moist, and great trichome coverage. Small to medium sized buds. Very classic profile to this strain that many old school type kushes seem to share. A combination of sweet earth and peppery spices. I didn't seem to get any hints of berries like some descriptions mention but it was a very enjoyable and pleasant smoke. Extremely smooth on the exhale and burned with a light fluffy ash. Indica dominant effects that come on quickly and powerfully. Starts off with a soothing and calming wave of relaxation that  gives off a body buzzing sensation. Not an instant knock out but more of a creeper in terms of sedation that had me yawning a whole bunch and feeling lazy. Very nice stuff for relaxing and not doing much. Strawberry Shortcake https://i.imgur.com/sexZGqG.jpg Strawberry Shortcake, a cross of Juliet x Strawberry Diesel and another strain grown by CAMMP like the previous strains I reviewed. The buds were quite dense but not a rock solid type, and slightly sticky. A mix of various greens and some purple sugar leaves, more so on some buds than others. Covered in long hairs and a modest amount of trichomes. The smell upon opening the jar instantly reminded me of fresh strawberries and eventually combines with a sour diesel aroma. Less terpy and defined when smoked but still a subtle taste of strawberries with an earthy, diesel finish. Really found it to be smooth and easy to smoke, burning a salt and pepper ash. A strongly sativa influenced high that has been a great early morning/daytime smoke. Very uplifting but also a really potent head surging buzz, probably from the sour diesel. Not the best for multitasking as it can be overpowering but very good for focusing and zoning out on a single thing. Headband https://i.imgur.com/18DLVKs.jpg This batch of Headband is grown by CAMMP themselves and came in 3 large nugs, weighing about 2.5g each. Vibrant colours of forest/sage greens, and a heaping helping of bright orange pistils. Moderately sticky with a slightly fluffy but still dense texture and decent trichome coverage. The trim is more on the bushy side but at 100/oz you can hardly complain as it's super reasonable. Not the most pungent of Headbands, although very complex with plenty of notes coming through the longer you smell. Sweet and earthy with subtle notes of Sour Kush and citrus/lemon. Translates fairly well when smoked, producing a thick, smooth smoke with hints of sweet skunk on the exhale. Reminds me of the strain Chemdawg in a few ways and left behind a light ash. I believe this was the same headband cut that was included in my first CAMMP order and the effects were just as I recalled. Immediate headband characteristics, including the tightness around the head and eyes effect, staying true to it's name. A very heady driven and stoney high that isn't ideal for focusing, but more for relaxing and melting with your thoughts. Definitely indica leaning but not sedative as I was still able to stay awake and be partially active. - Overall some decent value on some of the strains if the consistency is there. I'd have to agree with another review I seen that mentioned the potency and smoothness stood out more so than the smell/flavour. These strains were all grown by CAMMP. Incentive : These samples were offered here on the forums to be reviewed along with some of the other members as well.
