Strain - LA Kush Cake (Gorilla Glue 4 x LA Kush) by Broke Kid Grows Visual/Texture - the entire half zip bricked itself together coming as a compilation of several smaller to medium sized nugs making up the formation. Rock hard density with really no give at all, snapping each of these buds off the mass while still maintaining the sticky exteriors. Caked out by a thick wall of snow white glistening trichomes, while being shaded by bright lime, medium emerald, dark forest green, and eye grabbing light violet highlights Scent - an abosulte explosion of some of the nicest smelling terpenes that i've experienced. A deep vanilla smell immediately fills your nostrils upon taking a whiff into the jar. Really pleasantly made up of vanilla, sweet dough, while partnering up with notes of gassy, herbal, piney hints  Smoke - moving from smell to smoke carrying over its mirrored profiles. Each puff bringing forward an excellent taste of sweet vanilla, while sporting notes of dough, pine, gas, and a distinct nutty flavor. Exhales becoming a sweet herb, with a cedar taste, and faint earthiness. Lighter greyish, white ash with pepper flakes,  clean burn, capable of taking smooth hauls, and a resinous development early on in the burn High - LA Kush Cake is an evenly distributed hybrid (50/50) finding the Sativa side coming on strong initially showcasing its effects.  a euphoric elevation taking hold, and an uplifting surge of energy moved through you. Eventually succumbing to the full on body relaxation that nuzzles into you, leaving you feeling good, and substantially decreasing motivation. Finding myself baking with this cake during the day or early evening time

Oooouueee, the triches are so shiny this LA Kush cake literally looks like its got a thick layer of icing on the surface. The last time I got something from brokekid, it was 3inthepink from a couple years back. Besides the amazing appeal, the 3inthepink was so memorable because if it's complexity of flavours. It wasn't your average pink for sure. I can say the same for this LA Kush cake. The flavour profile is just so diverse. You get that sweet creamy cakey as your base with a side of minty spice kushiness. Honestly I am smoking it right now and you notice something different every rotation. The smoke is heavy and slightly heavy on the throat. The high sets in pretty quick and intense. The effects are definitely in your face but doesn't slap you like a pink would. From the previous time I smoked this I also notice it's a pretty long lasting high. Definitely good for evening as it's got me looking forward to laying on the couch and catching some screen time. Great resin ring immediately. Salt and pepper ash. Very slight irritation to the throat. I rolled a fat one though. Listed 200/oz. Quality 9 Value 8.5

Doughboy Pink (Gary in the Garden) - Golden Unicorn Gardens - May 2021

Probably the 4th or 5th batch of this strain that I have tried and there is a reason I keep loading up on it. The nugs have that darker dank look to them with great density and stickiness. The flavour profile is amazing. That vanilla savory gassy sweetness. Hits the spot every time. Doesn't slap as much as previous batches but potency is definitely still up there. Great burn all around. If you guys like no frills and just want dank, golden unicorn is the place to go. No designer sealed bags with fancy animations. Just the same dank in your everyday sandwich zip lock lol.

Gucci Pink -mediums (Captains Pink) - Golden Unicorn Gardens - May 2021

Another lovely pink cut by the captain. This one like always got that smooth floral gas with a huge kick. Definitely for night time as it's quite the couch locker. Nice consistent slow burn with a decent oil ring. Just saw a post of a sacred bag of this at 130/ho. I think I got this for half of that for medium buds. Quality 9/10 Value 10/10

Quadra Pink * Golden Unicorn Gardens * May

Strain - Quadra Pink by Captain's Pink Visual/Texture - these sticky buds came together as a small greenish, purple brick. Nugs packed together of smaller in size, crispy exterior, with a slight stickiness to them, and fairly densely compact together with little to no give. Shared shading of a medium emerald, with forest green undertones, and some pinkish, purple hues. Sprouting some short light rusted copper colored pistils, and a snow white layer of trichomes draped over top Scent - initially giving off a fairly decent terpene presence, becoming much louder once grinded up, presenting its scent to the entire room. Quite the aromatic nose emitting a sweet floral fragrence, tagging together with a skunky herbalness, and carrying notes of a faint vanilla, earthiness pairing in the background Smoke - some of the smoothest pulls coming off the Quadra Pink along with its long consistent burn. Producing an equally clean light greyish white ash, and a resin ring that grew as  you puff back the doob. Inhaling brings forth that sweet floral, herbal skunk flavoring, gripping hints of occasional vanilla seeping through. Exhaling the taste then becoming more of a earthy, woodiness, with the sweet floral continuing to be present on the palate High - an hybrid (80/20) that yields indica properties. Not long into the session you feel an increase of euphoria, with boosted cerebral effects. Your mood will quickly swaying to a positive one, while your body is hit by a deep relaxation, curbing any pre-existing pain. With motivation not being completely lost, this is a perfect all around any time of the day strain

Got this as a sample with my order and definitely pulling the trigger on this one if it's still available. Reminded me of a really potent gassy and sweet forum cut of GSC. Didn't know what DMO stood for until after consumption, but it's dosido x GMO. Stuff is smooth, danky and best of all knock out potent. Going for 175/oz or 325 for 2. Unbelievable value. Quality 9.5/10 Value 10/10

Strain - Lindsay OG Hydro Visual/Texture - having tried several cuts including Liberty the first time roughly a year ago. This strain, and being hydro grown really pushes this shit to exceptional levels. Excellent trim, this was the smalls so a little more difficult to grasp it's true beauty. Shaded bright minty featuring emerald green, with forest hues, and vibrant purple undertones throughout these pebbled nugs. Both dark and bright thin orangish brown pistils, and coated by a milky trichome dusting. Sticky ass bud, so much that it all came clumped together as a brick that was super sticky and resin cladded on both inside and out, leaving my fingers sticking to everything post handling Scent - unable to hold back the terpenes, you're greeted by an explosion of absolute fuel infested gassiness reeking off this strain. As soon as you bust this up the smell just over taking up an entire area with its super pungent fuel just pouring off, emissions of a stanky herbal, skunkiness all being shadowed by the pure diesel gas Smoke -  Lindsay OG not being known as a smooth smoking strain, this cut being hydro grown definitely being smoother than its predecessors. Burning a clean lighter greyish white ash with some pepper flakes, and taking on a deep greasy oil ring. Similar to its nose the taste while smoking consisting of that deep potent diesel gas, and skunky herbs on the inhale and moving to a continued gassy, and cedar wood flavor while exhaling High - a hybrid (60/40) tilting on the indica side is definitely an evening time blaze, you will want to prep a spot for yourself to plant for the evening post sesh because you will not want to consider the thought of productivity. A high that delivers a strong sense of euphoria, hazey headed high. Incapable of mustering up enough motivation or energy as the high moves to your body, efforts going against battling the heavy eyes, and a feeling of complete relaxation washing over your entire body. Presently having no worries or issues, or atleast temporarily being removed, and ready to move any remaining effort you can muster the energy towards collecting munchies

GMO/Platinum Kush Breath/Wedding cake - Golden Unicorn Gardens - May 2021

I have been smoking concentrates for years. Typically would squeeze my own rosin. Occasionally would grab a gram or two of some shatter, distillate or live resin but it would never lived up to the expectation compared to some freshly pressed rosin. First time trying diamonds/sauce and this stuff is on another level. Seriously considering giving up on the rosin and converting solely to diamonds for dabbing. The terps are full and pronounced with the gmo being my favorite followed closely by the wedding cake. The huge difference I noticed vs rosin is the absence of the plant material taste which so refreshing. Again it's my first time trying diamonds so dont really have a good comparison. But knowing the level of quality GUG carries I have no doubt this is some good shit.

Chocolate Chem Lindsay - Golden Unicorn Gardens - May 2021

Really unique nose and flavor profile. Very creamy and savory. Definitely can see the "chocolate" in there. The chemical aspect I am not sure. Haven't had many strains I would describe chemically. The gas doesn't show up until it's consumed. Heavy smoke with potent hybrid effects. Long lasting high with minimal burn out. Great for day time for me. Also available in smalls for about half the cost of the regulars. I find the smalls smoked a bit better ?‍♂️. Quality 8.5/10 Value 8.5/10
