Ice Cream Cake by Hierba - Ghost Drops - August

Smooth clean smoke as always, always like to have this is in the rotation if possible. Nose is the strongest of the 4 strains I got from GD from this mixed oz order. Straight doughy gas smell. Doesn’t seem as heavy as the last batch I had and was a little dry were the downfalls. Overall still happy with it, nice iced out nugs as well. Q:8.5 V:7.5

Got a mixed oz, half of this and half Strawberry Banana from cm. This was my 2nd choice but I think it’s a better smoke, definitely heavier, strawberry banana is a good smoke but light for me sativa leaning. This is a heavier couch lock stone, nice looking nugs as well beautiful colours. Side note is I think a day after I spent 280 on an ounce they put every item on sale which would have saved me at least 20 bucks V:6 Q:9.5

This stuff was all stuck together in the bag upon arrival and once in my jar for a few days too sticky stuff.. smell is unreal! Like a big bowl of fruits! Small nugs.. grey ash.. smooth smoke.. Although, this is why I'm not much of a fan of Hierba.. the smell doesn't translate into the taste at all.. was the same with their gelatti couple mths back.. super nice looking stuff.. sticky.. but no Terps or flavor when smoke.. p.s. does not taste like root beer. I loooove root beer, it flows in my blood, which is why I got this stuff.. no root beer smell or taste anywhere. So I think I'm gonna stay away from Hierba from now on.. at least now I know.. don't know until you try for yourself.

[ ] Ice Cream Cake by Hierba AAAA $230/OZ Bag appeal = rock hard dense nugs that could smash a window probably, as per usual with this strain. Big chunky buds with not one little piece of leaf leftover, amazing trim and cure. Has a dry snappy texture on the outside but, once you bust in and release the intense smell, it's super sticky inside. Another one that jams up the grinder. Gorgeous bud with light and dark greebs as well as purple all throughout. With a nice amount of orange and copper pistils that are topped off with full trichomes covering these nugs, this ICC has massive bag appeal. No surprise at all coming from hierba Smell/Taste/Burn = straight out of the bag I find this batch smells similar to the last batch of Gelatti, it has that menthol smell in it that some were describing as burnt rubber. It's also of course got the classic sweet doughy cake terps that come with ICC that get alot stronger when busted up. This smell translates to the taste perfectly with that menthol being very present in the smoke. It's got a smooth inhale that builds up to a slight cough and burns super clean with a crisp white ash. High = this is probably the strongest batch I've tried so far. Nice heavy onset of pressure build up behind the eyes and almost instant body relaxation. This strain by Hierba never ceases to amaze me, it's such a heavy hitter for a cake strain. Smoke a little and you can manage to still function with a lazy and relaxing body high that has you pain free. Smoke a bit more and she has a solid couchlock that is also very sedating. [ ] Dolato #2 by Hierba $225/OZ Lineage: Gelato 41 x Dosidos Bag appeal = gorgeous looking big nug that has bag appeal for days. The buds have a crispy and snappy texture that is still very sticky. Mostly light green buds that have a few random darker green spots as well as purple and even black. Very nice colors! Tons of dark red/brown colored pistils shooting out of all angles highlight the nugs wonderfully. Top all that off with piles of chunky white full trichomes and you have this beautiful girl named Dolato! Smell/Taste/Burn = the terps are loud on this, smelling very strong of sweet dough and caramel out of the bag. After grinding it up it releases an even sweeter candy type smell while still having the dough and caramel mixed in. The smell is phenomenal. The taste is also amazing and is a sweet and spicey, doughy, nutty, caramel mix. Alot going on here for sure but it tastes great! Joints rolled in raw paper burn perfectly even and slow while producing a smooth smoke and a clean white ash. High = finally I got my hands on some Dolato, something I've been trying to do for a while now and I'm definitely not disappointed. It's a great hybrid high that leans slightly to the indica side but not too much. I find it to be quite perfectly balanced in the way of leaving you alert enough to function while still giving a nice relaxing body stone. Starts off with some happy vibes as well as a chatty type of high. Led to slight pressure build up behind the eyes but nothing too major and turns to a bit of a heady high that is very euphoric. Works amazing for pain, anxiety, and depression. Great all day and night smoke for me. If enough is consumed it can leave you feeling a little sleepy and slightly lazy.
