Sour Diesel LR - Oct 2020 - High Grade Aid

First time trying live resin from Viridesco and so far so good! More like a wet sand consistency, this one smells like the sweet lemon terps they add in cleaning products lol. Very smooth on the lungs when vaped or smoked. You get a bit of the sharp lemon terps on exhale but nothing too overpowering. High is very calming/relaxing but won’t put you out. Long lasting effects with no burnout. Can’t go wrong with Viridesco, they’ve been my go to for oils and concentrates. 9/10 quality 10/10 value

Picked up 14g of this new batch of Death Chocolate Mousse on my latest order from HGA. This batch is the best so far imo. Awesome cure on the bag I received. On point compared to the DMS which was a tad fresh. Terps are strong. Especially when busted up. Havent smoked a joint yet but vaped nicely and tasted as loud as the terps. I paid something like $81 with coupon and points for this half. Fantastic value! Highly recommend thia batch of DCM. Q:9V:10 Can't beat that price/ quality ratio How the hell do you use a coupon with points I try to use the free shipping coupon that I haven’t used yet and won’t work with points

Death chocolate mousse - highgradeaid - october 23

Ordered this shortly after it was posted for 25% off. I think it's my favorite strain that HGA has to offer. Pulled the trigger earlier than I would've liked to on the order but it only showed 6 in stock.. next day shot up to 10+.. I feel like they baited me into buying out of fear that none would be left! Whatever.. I can't complain this stuff is amazing. Upon opening up the bag your hit with peppery, spicy, dankness with light undertones of musky earth that will fill your entire home... well at least your condo or apartment. And it's not gonna stop smelling for a couple hours either.. even if you put it in a jar right away. The next thing I immediately noticed was the buds... basically golfball sized nugs, not as circular but roughly the same in size, fairly dense and sticky upon pressing. I say fairly dense because they are sponge like, maybe doesn't bounce back as hard because of how sticky it is. Reminded me a lot of the Mike Tyson from Gasleak at first glance, but the smell/taste/and potency is definitely on a next level compared to the Tyson. Taste and smoke is delicious and wonderful as always.. you can really taste the peppery / spicy smell that you get from it; and it's heavy and dank. Smooth on the inhale and a lung pull on the exhale just the way I like it. The high is definitely heavy leaning on the indica side and packs quite a punch that will definitely last an hour or two depending upon tolerance.. maybe longer... It's been many moons since I was a rookie. Only complaint might be that they drop most things to $196 on sale as their highest price, this was $210 an ounce. I mean I don't really blame them.. it is really that good and to be fair I'm pretty sure someone bought up the last LB Or two last time this stuff was posted at $196... it went from 10+ in stock to out of stock in a couple hrs. Highly recommend grabbing this one if you've got some cash to spare.. treat yourself! Coma OG - HGA - October

Picked up a few days ago when it was on Sale. This has some nice crystal coverage. Dark large chunky buds that smell like classic OG Kush. Not the strongest smelling but has some gas in the nose. The OG smell comes out a lot when you burn it. Burns salt and pepper ash. Decent potency has the potential to get you couch-locked. Will definitely order again.

Another HGA staple to add to the list of strains I will never stop buying. I wasn’t quite finished my first ounce of this stuff when I saw it on flash sale for 30% off, and I certainly could not resist doubling down for that price. All in with sale price and accumulated points/discounts I spent 135$ on the ounce, which is a crazy steal. EBC has become my go to late-night bedtime strain, or the strain i smoke when i feel my anxiety getting out of control and just need some sedative relief. The high is potent and satisfying as can be for those seeking classic indica effects, and a super unique yet familiar taste for those looking for an alternative to the usual gassy indica. Don’t get me wrong, there are hints of the gas in there, but it is by far dominated by an earthiness, like rich soil, with hints of savoury garlic. Nothing special to look at, but it really hits the mark in all the ways that really matter. Glad i stocked up on this!

Death Mint Star - High Grade Aid - October

This is my second time ordering Death Mint Star. It's a great new-ish hybrid strain from HGA. A cross between Death Mint Cookies and Rock Star. You can taste each strain in this hybrid upon inhale ad exhale. So much flavor. Thick smoke clouds. Burns super clean with a nice white ash. The terpenes super insane. As soon as you on the bag...smells of Death Bubba, sweet cookies, earthy and skunky. Might be one of my new favs. The price is right. They categorize it as AAAA-. The minus grade being from the small stems and fluffiness of the strain. But the bearable stems and fluffy buds pail in comparison to the great high, uniqueness of the hybrid, taste, nose, price point, and huge bag 'count'. A quad in my books.

This is a review of the older batch. Nice bag appeal with medium sized nugs that are covered in trichomes, very sticky nugs. Amazing smell that comes out of the jar, a mix of cookies and spicy kush with a hint of chocolate. Burned very nicely with fully white ash and had a nice potency to it, left me very relaxed and ready to go to bed. Got it for 185 an ounce Q:9 V:10
