Pineapple Sorbet (Bubba Kings) / Kush Station/ March

A really enjoyable sativa leaning hybrid without any of the jittery anxiousness. Immediately upon opening the jar you are blasted with an intense aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple(obviously) and guava specifically to my nose. The taste translates perfectly in a spliff, and I’d imagine it would be pretty incredible in a vaporizer especially. The high is the perfect first smoke of the day with a clean cerebral buzz, light and with no burnout whatsoever. I’ve been mixing this with some of the mandarin cookies I have left over from KS and it makes for one of my favourite combos ever. The smoke on this one is a little bit harsh on the throat in my opinion, and the buds are small and nothing special to look at, but aside from that I love this stuff and would definitely buy it again and again Quality: 8/10 Value 8/10

Black Cat Kush - Kush Station - March 2020

Really wanted to try this strain as I've enjoyed the Gorilla Breath by Mr.Nice as well. Just noticed a typo when I checked his IG and do believe this strain is called Big Cat Kush instead of Black Cat Kush. The genetics are Mendo Breath x Maximus and I added a 3.5 on top of my order which arrived in 2 super sticky, greasy, and dense buds. Very nice colours as well with hints of purple and no leaf at all. The profile is very reminiscent of a strain I've had before but can't quite put my finger on it. Aromas of pine and sour earth with pungent diesel undertones. Definitely influenced by the Chemdawg genes. The taste is identical when smoked, producing a thick, milky smoke that is extremely smooth allowing for big rips. Nothing super exotic or tropical but just an old-school, nostalgic flavour that is very enjoyable. The high begins with an instant heady sensation that's felt behind the eyes and temples. Eventually transcends to the rest of the body in the form of a relaxing and numbing body stone. Definitely creeps up a bit and the more you smoke, the more the indica dominant side shows itself. Glad I got a chance to try this one!

Pink Kush - Kush Station - Late Feb

Great packaging. The customer service KS provides makes you want to order from them. To me it looks decent and smokes long and smooth in a joint. Nice greasy resin ring with close to white ash. Somewhat skeptical because people say this strain almost never comes in large nugs but I got a couple. Pretty accurate grade rating, maybe -AAA because of some loose pieces and trim but that barely matters to me. Recognizable gas, floral, rich wood nose on this oz. Dense, good trich coverage, massive - small buds. I may have got one of the last bags from the late Feb batch but the humidity pack held in just enough of this oz's freshness. The effects were bang on to what I was looking for. A comfortable chill for the body and mind. Blissful, relaxing, creative. I Would highly recommend. Looking at posts of the current batch orders I probably should have waited a few extra days but I'm still enjoying this Pink Kush. 160 advertised with first time discount down to 128.

Violator Kush - Kush Station - March 2020

Kush Station seem to have the most consistent, bang for buck-budget options in my opinion, though this violator left just a bit to be desired. New on their budget line, this one arrived a little on the leafy/crispy side but with plenty of life as the buds are comprised of such healthy greens and sharp orange pistils. Slightly spongy and heavily frosted for a budget option, having many undisturbed trichomes. Pretty much an even split of mediums/bigs and smalls made up 2 ounces. Not really sure if it's the profile of this specific cut, or if it's curing issues, but I'm not the biggest fan and usually love violator. Very fresh and sweet with aromas of earthy soil and wood. Tastes exactly the same on exhale leaving a woodsy aftertaste that isn't pleasant. I didn't seem to notice it in the bong and only in a joint but it almost tasted like when a stem or seed gets accidentally smoked. Other than the taste, it burns fairly smooth and clean with a light ash. Seems to be getting a little better after a couple days of curing in jar so that's promising. The high is actually decent and I've been enjoying the effects. Typical violator buzz but more timid, beginning almost instantly in the head. Soon followed by some relaxing body effects as well. Will most likely be making a batch of edibles. The orange kush and lemon haze were still my favourite budget drops.

A nice indica that has a good pungent aroma that’s a bit earthy. There’s a bit of sweetness that comes when you inhale, plus it’s smooth. Buzz is definitely gonna get you on the couch after a joint or two. A great quality bud from kush station, 9/10

Got a free eighth of this during St Party’s day sale. I like how in the checkout it now shows what strain your free weed is going to be during sales. I think a neat option would be to allow the users to select the strain as well when possible during these sales. Buds are classic indica structure. Dark in Color, sticky and firm. Nose is really hard to describe because I get some of the fragrant almost air freshener like smell that I noticed with the Nuken, Voodoo and others. But it also has a sweet smell like a good cookie type bud. Really unique for sure. It wasn’t at all gassy or kushy, smoked smooth and definetly noticed the unique taste come through out of the bong. Really strong body effects with this one surprisingly. I didn’t get nearly as ripped as I did off the pink kush but this stuff had me super vegged out - perfect for laying around watching stupid shit on TV during this viral panic. Good smoke good bud for sure, I’m sure others will enjoy flavour profile but it was a little strange to me. Q: 8 V: 8
