Tuna Kush (AAAA-) - Kush Station - 4/20

So I had a bit of an interesting experience with this one. I ordered two oz of the tuna kush AA+ for $195 and a single oz of this for $230 (AAAA-). They were each packaged in one oz per bag with no indication of which bag was AA and which was AAAA. I opened the first bag and thought “looks pretty good, can’t wait to see the quad batch.” I opened the second one and thought “must be the second oz of AA. can’t wait to see the batch” Then I opened the third bag....-and I couldn’t see any difference. I thought “what the fuck how is this one $230 for one oz and this one is $195 for two ozs I can’t even tell them apart” It was frustrating because I spent quite a bit of time pouring each oz out, comparing them side by side. I wasn’t sure if maybe they had made a mistake and sent me a third AA by mistake. I was assured all was well and that the quad had a more tight trim and bigger buds and the AA+ was more scraggly and had orangish hairs. After a thorough inspection I came to conclusion on which was the quad batch and marked it myself for future reference. But honestly I’m still not very sure if I was correct or not. They all smell and look very similair which is really weird considering ones an AA and ones a AAAA.... so we somehow skipped over a whole letter grade. IMHO bag appeal plays a huge part in the grading system. So maybe the AA+ should be an AAA- and this quad should be also AAA. I’ve had a lot of the craft strains from KS and from first impressions this is hard to compare. The nose isn’t too strong but is kushy. Lacks the fishy smell I crave in tuna strains. Busts up good. Buds seem a bit dry and crumbly and bust up nice and sticky. Bud seems a bit off green almost brown in the grinder but very sticky. Smell also comes out more in the grinder. The smoke is where this stuff really shines. Good kushy taste but very generic. Not too gassy or floral kind of just earthy. But it’s good tasting don’t get me wrong. Smooth smoke. Eyes don’t water unlike when smoking the pink kush. Good god did I ever get ripped off this. Definetly the best part of this strain. After my experience with my first impressions I didn’t have high hopes for this stuff but I’m happy to say I got absolutely blasted off this. Very heavy indica stone equal in potency to the pink death. Q: 7/10 V: 7/10

Pink Death - Kush Station - 4/20

I’m a big fan of pink crosses so this caught my eye. I also believe it’s the first AAAA strain that kush station has offered 2oz deals for. $400 for 2 oz of $220 ea. I did want to get two but by the time the funds came around they only had singles available. I guess I was lucky to be able to get even the one ounce. Little buds, big stone. The buds are small as per the disclaimer in the description. KS is pretty straight with the bud size descriptions. If it says small to medium buds don’t be surprised when most of the buds are 0.1.-0.2g. As far as what’s better big or small buds? Well on kush stations site they claim the bud size doesn’t affect quality or potency. I’m gonna have to respectfully disagree with them there on that. Bigger buds absorb more light and thus grow to be larger and more structurally sound which allows the bud to produce THC efficiently. I am of course talking about bigger or smaller buds ON THE SAME PLANT. you can have sour diesel smalls that might be more potent than your pink kush bigs, but if you take a small bud and a big cola from the same plant I believe the larger bud has more THC per mass unit but that’s just my opinion. I personally like smalls because they are easy to deposit into the grinder, just break off the tiny stem piece and throw that sucker in whole. About 3 pieces per session to get a full bong bowl. This pink death has a heavy stank. Very dank and kushy. Had a bright and fresh floral smell like some killer pink kush; yet also has a foul offensive almost rotten stank just peeking in from behind. Kind of like when you smell some food that’s about to go bad but you think eh it’s still good to eat. This stuff has just a tiny amount of “death” smell to it. It’s mostly a heavy pink/dank smell. But it’s very strong smelling. The buds are tight and greasy. The pile it produces in the grinder is almost like it was sprayed with oil. Heavy gas fragrances emit from the grinder. Smoke is very smooth and tasty. Might actually be preferable than the pink kush but it’s hard to say. They are both very similair. The taste of the pink kush is more dank and gassy, whereas the pink death has almost a bright perfumey taste to it. Kinda unexpected to be honest but it’s honestly killer. Very heavy indica stone. Checks all the boxes, you can tell as soon as you inhale that it’s rich in THC which just coats your expanding lungs. Heavy body stone, but smooth smoke which doesn’t make your eyes water like the pink kush does. So it is a more pleasurable smoking experience when compared to the pink kush. The potency is similair on both. If you don’t care about bud size and want a killer kush, this is for you. Potency, taste and smoke quality are all perfect. Buds are small. That’s really the only complaint I can think of. Quality: 9/10 Value: 7.5/10

Enigma Extracts Death Bubba FSE - Kush Station - April 2020

I enjoyed this Death Bubba more than the Comatose as it offered more flavour imo but preferred the consistency of the Comatose. I could recognize the DB profile right after peeling back the plastic film under the lid and the taste was really nice. Flavours of earth and pine with gassy diesel undertones. Really smooth too. Only tried a couple small dabs of this one so far but I can tell it's potent and has a decent kick!

Enigma Extracts Comatose FSE - Kush Station - April 2020

Grabbed a couple of budget FSE's over the 420 sale, this one and the Death Bubba. Really nice consistency and colour and arrived just as pictured. Easy to work with and a tiny amount on my dab tool gives a satisfying hit at my sweet spot, 580 °. The flavour is mostly of the earthy variety and was quite smooth but packed a decent punch. Started off my morning with some and it put me in a very relaxed and calm state, mentally and physically. Melted back in the chair and chilled out till lunch time.

Definitely a super unique phenotype, never smoked a gelato like this before. Pungent sour aroma just breaking the vac seal lol which I did not expect. Taste is pretty interesting, sour diesel nose and fruity gelato. Plus a 8g nug is always a bonus lol, a good deal for 152/oz on sale V:10 Q:9

Packaging: 9/10 the package was discreet and very well done. Everything is vacuum-sealed in order to prevent smell and contamination. Price: I ordered many edibles and each one was cheaper on kushstation than any other site Product: several edibles (Mary’s low dose tincture was my fave) Shipping: 10/10 came in 3 days with no issues or anything they also provide tracking so you can know where your goodies are. MoM/RetailerName Kush Station Shipping/Packaging Great packaging as usual. Safe and discreet. Ordered on a Sunday and made it from BC to Ontario on Wednesday. Great bag appeal considering it's budget tag, with perfectly cured, rock hard nugs, ranging from medium to big with a few smalls. Decently trimmed, sporting various shades of greens with numerous amounts of rusty-copper hairs and greasy trichomes. Real nostalgic profile, offering classic notes of sweet and earthy kush that intensify upon grinding. Very pungent, almost like a hashy incense with nutty undertones. Translates exceptionally well to the taste with it's sweet and kushy flavour on every exhale. Smooth on the lungs as well despite it's thick smoke, and burns a clean light ash in a joint. Heavily relaxing and euphoric in effects, producing a very calming, yet uplifted vibe that keeps one in a positive state of mind. Also has a bit of the creeper effect going on with a non sedating, but slightly lazy couch lock. Overall super impressed with this budget bubba kush. Ayahuasca Purple https://i.imgur.com/np5ZikS.jpg My first time trying this strain after wanting to for a really long time. The first impressions are hugely positive and I definitely think it's very unique. The lineage involves the legendary master kush crossed with red river delta. Shades of light and dark greens with some purple hues throughout. Tons of long trichome stalks with visible heads, and an ideal moisture and cure. It may sound a little funny or strange but the first thing that came to mind when smelling this strain was being outdoors doing yard or garden work. It must be the hints of lavender that reminds me of flowers, mixed with sweet, almost grape-like undertones and an earthy finish. Very similar in flavour as well, with a super smooth and easy to inhale smoke, and a lingering taste of musty earth. Burns with a light, fluffy ash. Very relaxing and soothing high that comes in waves after the first few tokes. Starts with a tingle in the toes that works it's way up to the rest of the body. Didn't find it to be sedative or overwhelmingly indica dominant, but instead a nice, couch locking buzz, combined with a stoney and zoned out heady high. Only a sample so I didn't get to experience the effects more than once but definitely a strain I can get behind. Blue Lights https://i.imgur.com/nOSzJrZ.jpg Two classics; Blueberry and Northern Lights combine to make for these dark, forest green buds covered in thick, reddish hairs. Decently sticky for a sample so I can imagine a larger amount would have an even better texture. A good amount of visible milky white trichome heads as well. The profile is exactly what I expected from this strain knowing the players involved. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I opened the baggie. Strikes comparisons to strains like fruity pebbles and Romulan with that funky berry sweetness. Also some earthy and peppery undertones but the blueberry really shines. The taste is also very terpy and smooth, leaving an earthy-berry flavour on the exhale. Burns with a clean, light coloured ash. An enjoyable indica leaning hybrid and a potent one at that. Relaxing, mellow, and euphoric body effects from the blueberry, with cerebral, heady effects from the northern lights. A great combination for hanging out and binging tv or gaming. I definitely will be keeping my eye around for this one again.

Larry Og - nice budget strain that has a nice citrus nose and taste. Nice sativa high for the price it’s 8/10 Enigma budget FSE white cookies - nice texture citrusy and gas ish taste. Has a good high but nothing incredible, I like elite elevation diamonds more for the e sale price range. 7/10 Blue dream resin caviar elite elevation. Nice sweet tropical ish taste and smell, good sativa high nice bright texture 8/10 Order also had 2 shipwreck edibles pck that a friend has and is enjoying (perfect for him his tolerance is low) KS included a free Larry og sample which is great since I love the strain.
