Okanagangreen Review (December 2017 - March 2018)

MOM Name:Okanagangreen Overall rating out of 10: As of March 3/10 Sign Up:easy sign-up Ordering & Pricing: So... I tried them when they were new to /r/canadianmoms back in December. For the first couple months communication and products were both great. I even had a personal phone number to text, but by January/February their email response time, and their time to ship both grew to an almost unbearable point for me.. I ordered pounds at a time which was convenient from OKG because they would do split strains and for the first little while all their products were great. But then i got a trash pound of weed and there was sno resolve so i went elsewjere. here's a list of their track record from my orders: December: order 1 -DJ Short blueberry $1100/p: Great weed, crystally, smelly, good high -Organic white castle $475/qp (aaaa straight fire) -Chemo $400/qp (super great stone) order 2 -Kandy Kush $1350/p (Great weed, smelly, tasty, good stone, but tiny nugs) -Strawberry banana $475/qp (super strong smell, crystally, not as good as the white castle) January: order 3 -Grease Monkey, God's Gift, Congolese Haze, Strawberry Banana. $900/hp (nice weed but not as good as previous orders order 4 -Purple Urke $1000/p was alright! -Distillate $175/7g this was good and they threw in freebies too! February: -ON FEBRUARY 19 I ordered Lemon Kush, White Castle, White Widow and Sour tangie (at $1350 a p) This split was simply amazing, all super great weed, even way better than the kandy kush. Almost comparable to the 900/hp stuff..I was super happy with these products. https://i.imgur.com/nDUbHGj.png March: ON MARCH 9 (18 days after my last order) I ordered a whole pound of white castle at the same price as my order a couple weeks prior.. I was told that it would be a new batch, but i expected the same quality of product... What i received was absolute garbage. smoked 4 bowls and barely even got baked. my friends did not even want it for free. i emailed them and they replied dismissing me entirely, so i was extremely disappointed and never went back.. These guys were pretty good for awhile but just got too popular and busy i guess. Communication:3/10 Hard to get a response from them (at time of last order) Packaging:10/10 Everything comes vacuum sealed, there's been no smell coming from any of the boxes I've received. Don't recommend, unless maybe their distillate goes on sale again Better products can be found for the price imo, just because sometimes the product is great and sometimes it is below expectation. They raised their prices since they first started and their cheaper stuff is hit or miss apparently, but their higher end stuff that i've tried was all nice.

Comatose - Okanagan Green - April 18

Yeah this one is solid it's going to my by night cap bud for a while loaded up on this one before it's sold out. Such a heavy body buzz and very relaxing with a pungent gassy aroma and tastes like pine/gas with a slight hint of berry. I don't make rosin but it seems like this one is great for that. Is it because the buds is really sticky it makes for a high % return?

9/10 - Enjoy the even hybrid split on this one. Great taste & lasting high. Not a big one for the nose but its a sweet legit cookies and cream scent.

I ordered on April 21st (Saturday), I received the package April 25 (Wednesday). I received Cookies & Cream, Juicyfruit, and UK Cheese. Yes, missing 1 strain (but missing no weight). I ordered right after 4/20, so what likely happened was when they got to my order, they were out of GGC. They increased the weight of my other 3 strains by more than the ounce I ordered. I hadn't received an email after the order confirmation, so I checked the site to see if there might be a message on my account; There wasn't. However I did notice that the GGC was no longer available. I emailed them, offering to provide an alternative strain if they didn't have one of the strains I ordered. They emailed back very quickly, asking which order number, but nothing after that. Clearly the package was already en route because it arrived the next day - all I had to do was wait one more day lol. Again, I suspect they were very busy after 4/20, and instead of waiting for emails back-and-forth to pick a new strain, they just made up the ounce with the strains I ordered, and then safed them up a pretty good amount (28 ordered, 35 delivered). Completely understandable and zero complaints. The only reason I did not rate a 10 was because 2 of the zipper baggies were unzipped. They were inside 2 layers of heat-sealed vacuum bags, so you couldn't smell anything through the shipping package. Different story when I opened the 2 heat-sealed bags - very pungent, my wife tells me it still stinks in the house and it's been 3 hours since I opened it. :mrgreen: I would definitely recommend OKG and would order again.

UK Cheese - OkanaganGreen - April 2018

So this is the UK Cheese I picked up from OKG, has a strong smell and flavor (first time smoking cheese) and it seems pretty good to me, for whatever reason my buddy who tried it out was pretty disappointed and claimed it wasn't cheese. Overall I find it really good, especially for the amount I paid and am satisfied. Though cheese strains (or this supposed not cheese strain) could be one upped by most of the stuff I've had in the past. Definitely a solid pickup though.

Okanagan green - Nuken - Early april drop

Got this and the GG4 half of each the nuken came in with the bigger nugs between 0.5g-6 g. The GG4 came in with the smaller nugs with some decent size nugs here and there 0.3g-2.5g. Nuken hits nice as a body high but not right away smell and taste on spliff is amazing tho, but GG4 for the noticeable potentcy for sure hybrid high with more of the sativa coming through but defo notice the indica feel too real kiefy. Nuken: taste: 7.5/10 Bag appeal: 8/10 Potency: 7/10 Overall worth it for the price

Gods green crack - okanagan green

Mostly small buds These were the biggest ones Kinda dry but nothing boveda packs didn't fix. Decent return on the press ( 24%). A lot of keif left on the tray after breaking up to remove stems. Worth the price for sure. Rosin was quite sparkling gold. Will purchase again.
