**Not incentivized Strain: Baby Yoda (Khalifa Mints) Grown by: Headwater From: Stashbox ? compared to the most impressive of baby yoda drops (left is Nov batch, right is the best previous batch from spring 2021... still have some left!), its clearly a colour difference. I always found the colour of the previous batches unusually lacking in green, and instead they were almost dark brownish colour and covered in amber trichomes (hence the heavy sedation effect). This contrast made the trichomes stand our even more. This new batch is equally as caked in trichomes although the distinctive light green backdrop along with whiter, less degraded trichomes stand out less. ? as nice as previous hyped batches were, one department i felt they lacked in was stickiness and this latest batch definitely made up for that. Beautifully cured but retaining much of the sticky goodness. ? 2nd thing even the best previous batches fell short on imho was a strong nose. Understated citrus minty kushy goodness is how I would describe the predecessors. Again, this batch addresses this nicely with an amplified version of Khalifa terps as I knew them before .. with even more of the kush terps which I love ? ? perfect translation of terps from nose to smoke... as I knew with previous batches ... amazing ? ? thick smoke, white ash and small oil ring. Super super potent smoke .. had to ease up and even butted out my spliff for a break part way through. Smooth but super dangerous.. not for novices ? prepare to become complacent, forgetful AF... and just super relaxed .. potency is the word Overall quality: 9.5 Value: 8 ($60 Q) The only thing that would make this a 10 for me is entirely subjective in the terp profile. Call me old-school but my favourite ganja always smells like a skunk or rubber fumes etc.. personal preference! As compared to the best of previous batches, I personally prefer this one for its: stronger nose more prevalent kush terps better retention of stick The visual striking appeal of the previous batch may wow some but is less important to me

Khalifa Mints/Baby Yoda - Headwater Time for(probably) the most controversial strain of the year. Going to start off with I’ve had the last 3 batches including this one now, so I’ve gone through the best and the worst, I guess you can call it lol. I threw in a picture comparing the last batch(September) to this one. Greeted with a kush and minty smell and it’s really sticky, id say on par with the earlier May/June batch BUT obviously lacking the looks that batch had. This one still looks nice, covered in trichs, mostly green but some purple here and there, a little leafy but this strain is pretty scraggly and loose so I expected that. Smoke is smooth with white ash, very minty/menthol taste but it’s also a little kush/gassy on the undertones. Definitely reminds me of the earlier Spring batch. Potency is for sure good as well, gets me ripped off one bowl lol. Overall, I really enjoy this one, especially after the last batch it’s a nice refresher of what this is supposed to be like. The looks from the Spring batch were definitely better but I’d argue the smoke on this one is just a bit better. If you can get past it not looking like the original hyped beloved batch, I would recommend it. Quality 8/10 Value 8/10

Giving SB 2nd chance and I got duped. This is definitely better then the bs last batch but all in all this is not the original baby yoda. I’m not going to go into it. It better then last batch but still doesn’t hit the spot like the original. I wouldn’t say this so trash like the last batch but baby yoda is my top 3 strains and this does not meet my personal requirements or expectations. I’m not hating either… I feel like these are just the premium nugs that were cured better from the last poop batch even… who knows… but this is just getting out of hand lol I just want some fucking baby yoda!!!!! I will never buy a HW product again after this…

A nice smoke here, smooth as it really gets, white ash, oil ring. Flower is fresh and sticky, all stuck together. I skipped the 2nd batch of this strain bc of the neg reviews so can’t comment but had the original batch and this is pretty much the exact same as that one. Perfect daytime smoke, no complaints This strain is like the Mojito of weed

The return of the most controversial bud of the year has arrived, and I am here to assure you all that this is the same stuff we all fell in love with before the great Headwater Broken A.C. Fiasco (Headwatergate?) of 2021 that left so many justifiably bummed out and mistrustful of the grower/strain. Let me just preface this first off by saying that, yes, I did buy that last batch that everyone was hating on, and while it was clearly not near the same quality as the last batch, I definitely wasn’t nearly as upset as some people as I still found it a decent enough smoke and had only grabbed a half o of the smalls (which SB actually filled out with whatever extra smalls they had as I seemed to get the end of the bag), so I really had no reason to complain. That said, smelling that last stuff it was immediately apparent by the sour mustiness compared to the minty gas of the last batch that it was for sure a big difference. I will not argue that, just saying I didn’t really give a shit and was more just willing to write it off as a fuck up and wait for the next round. Now on to this stuff. Immediately when I pop the jar I am greeted with that familiar and unique sweet minty gas I loved from the first batch. Does it smell as strong as that first batch? I have no idea. It was so long ago and we have a way of glorifying the nugs of the past that I really can’t trust my memory enough to say whether it was better or not, but it definitely brings back some nostalgia on each whiff so i think we’re on the right track. In terms of burn, no complaints whatsoever, but I don’t think burn was ever an issue with this stuff even on the crappier batch. I didn’t pay attention to ash, it was dark and i was high, so sue me lol. But the smoke was smooth and potent as hell, a nice juxtaposition between the feeling of inhaling something smooth as air that you can still feel getting you higher and higher on each puff. The high was exactly what I remember. When that first batch came around I kept on referring to it as the TV weed because every time I smoked it I felt completely glued to the screen and utterly captivated by whatever I was watching. I barely watch tv but smoking that stuff always made my A.D.D ass able to sit still and binge a series for hours. When I smoked this last night I noticed a similar effect, I just felt completely locked in to whatever album I was listening to at the time and just completely content to chill the fuck out and be in the moment. Ok i think that is probably about as long of an essay as I’m going to get away with before i start losing your stoner asses attention so i’ll stop there, but last point i wanna make is that this is completely unincentivised (spelling?). With that said, I think Stashbox are genuinely solid people that I have grown to really like and have always treated me very well, so I do want to go to bat for them for a sec here and say I think it’s a bit weird how quick people turned on them over this fiasco. Headwater fucked up, and I think a lot of people got screwed in the process, but I really don’t think SB deserves the brunt of that upset after providing what I think most of us can agree has been a really solid service for a while now. Not trying to stir the pot here, but just really think people need to chill out on how quickly they will turn on a MOM over a mistake. We are all human, including your mail order service/grower/dealer. If you decide not to go forward with someone after a fuck up that is totally understandable, but do we have to be complete assholes about it? Anyways thanks for coming to my Ted Talk and happy smoking lol

Jungle Cake - Stashbox - November

Bright green and frosty large chunks. Crispy on the outermost layer only, and not enough to drop keif. The inside of the bud will stick to a wall. In hand and in the jar it smells sort of like LA Kush cake. However as soon as you crush it you get a very contrasted profile that is like a sour rotting fruit. It doesn't smell like pineapple or passionfruit but something unique that has about the same level of tropicalness and sourness as those two fruit. It's fruit funk is present in the smoke with the aftertaste lasting in the back of your mouth. The la kush cake terps are present throughout as well. Solid effects, daytime or night. Double Solo Burger - Stashbox - November

Large, chunky, sticky. Will easily stick to your wall and not fall. Fresh, smooth, clean, easy smoke. Smells like mothballs with a subtle back end of lime zest and gas. Smoke is reminiscent of a bubba or an og without kush taste if that makes any sense. Somewhat of a creeper, effects are more pronounced about 2-5 minutes after the bong. Quite nice. Will work for evening time.
