TheCannaSociety - November - Samples

The Canna Society sent me a handful of strains to try last week. All have been posted accept this post. I am truly thankful to have met this person at the Canna Society. They have great customer service and are greatly informative of strains etc I truly appreciate the ones who take the time to discuss things and build relationships, regardless the flower was all killer. Personally I’ve never tried biscotti and it became a ritual to have a morning coffee with some biscotti for a couple of days and it definitely was a beautiful delightful smoke. Super tepry, nice bite and after taste (something I look for) all flowers were all cured well amazing smoke. The ice cream cake is a beautiful flower and beautiful strain but in my personal opinion it’s just not for me. It was a great smoke, great cure and everything just wasn’t the right terp profile I enjoy it taste etc but I definitely appreciate the quality of flower and the strain itself. Overall the canna society has amazing stock and is great MOM to check out. Happy smoking ?

TheCannaSociety - Gelato Cake - Samples

For those who have not read the first review, For a quick recap, I random person named “Joe” DM’d me one day asking if I wanted to try some strains and do reviews. I accepted. I was not sure if they were legit so I sent an etransfer to pay for shipping as an incentive to see if this was a person/business of interest. With in 4 days I received a package with 6 strains approx 2 grams in each *see original Peanut Butter Rockstar review for the long story of introduction* My 2nd choice for today from the other samples is Gelato Cake. Yet again, I have never tried this strain/lineage yet and I was excited as soon as I seen it. I have seen it on it some sites before, I am a fan of Gelato but have only had one or 2 good batches of it. This cross hybrid was amazing! I love the gelato lineage and the cake lineage combined is magnificent smoke. Flower has a beautiful green and light purple through out. I wouldn’t say this is overly frosty but the trichs looks and smell bomb, burns a nice grey ash and just was a very tasty treat. The cure and storage in my opinion is always a main part of the process and this flower was definitely grown and well taken care of. Amazing aroma and taste and I would consider a couch bound smoke. I would definitely highly recommend this to the community and i personally would cop this for myself as I just started to grab gelato strains and recently enjoys one from an OC but this was truly amazing! Over all when it comes to lineage and all aspects of the flower it doesn’t get too much better then this in all honesty. You may find some that are frostier etc but overall the way it smokes, burns, tastes etc was executed very well and i definitely enjoyed! Looks- 9.2/ 10 Taste- 9.4/10 Cure- 9.3/10 Smoke- 9.3/10 OVERALL 9.3/10

With in 4 days I received a package with 6 strains approx 2 grams in each *see original Peanut Butter Rockstar review for the long story of introduction* My first choice for today from the other samples is Guava Cake. I have never tried this strain/lineage yet and I was excited as soon as I seen it. I’ve heard about, and I’ve had a community member inbox of this strain and recommended it so I was extremely excited when I seen that it had came with the samples. At first glance, amazing looking flower! I feel I don’t even need to say this about TheCannaSociety but all strains I’ve received were amazingly cured and stored! I feel this is a huge part of the flower process that many undermine at times. The smell came with a beautiful smell of Guava and overall had that nice potent exotic flower aroma. Buds were loaded full of trichomes with hints of purple and purple sweet leaf. I was very impressed upon smoking it tasted very potent, pungent and has a nice kick. I always highly recommend strains like this. I would keep this strain as daily use as it had beautiful effects on body euphoria and a light head high. It was my first smoke of the day and I did roll a fat one and i would consider this couch bound type weed or day dreamer weed lol (my wife was just talking to me and I was so zoned out) anyway beautiful flower and would recommend! Amazing customer service, great support, great selection overall I highly support this company and how they conduct themselves and their business and the quality that they produce is beautiful! Looks- 9.4/ 10 Taste- 9.3/10 Cure- 9.4/10 Smoke- 9.3/10 OVERALL 9.35/10

With in 4 days I received a package with 6 strains approx 2 grams in each (see original Peanut Butter Rockstar review for the long story of introduction) My second choice for the day to review is the Peanut Butter Breath. Since I started on the peanut butter train today I might as well keep it going. I’ve never tried any of the peanut butter genetics until today. I am more impressed by this peanut butter breath over the rockstar as it has a nice potent bite that I personally like. It is not a harsh one but just right. Nice and properly cured, a beautiful look and overall structure. It comes with a beautiful aroma and nice sweet taste with a proper bite. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has not tried these genetics yet. Personally these are the types of strains I enjoy, even though I am more Indica dominant I do enjoy good hybrids. I would definitely purchase this strain for my own personal daily use! I like this one! Looks- 9.4/ 10 Taste- 9.3/10 Cure- 9.4/10 Smoke- 9.3/10 OVERALL- 9.3/10

I am very thankful for the relationship that I have been able to develop with TheCannaSociety.Biz One day someone reached out to me Via a Reddit DM about there new strains & thought that I was an honest person as per my reviews in the past. Although I am still new the community I truly do try to give an honest non biased opinion. “Joe” from TheCannaSociety reached out and had offered to send a few samples to try to write a few reviews. As this has only happened a couple of times I thought at first it may be a scam or may just be something that may not be needed to take serious. “Joe” was very persistent and informative and I started to gravitate to the nature of our conversation and made me feel very comfortable and I was relieved to let me my guard down to be more open. As I began to feel out our conversation I offered to send him the money for the shipping as I felt that could be the least I could offer to receive a few free samples in return. I sent an etransfer not knowing necessarily if I would ever here from “Joe” again but I knew and felt comfortable prior that “Joe” was indeed speaking the truth to me in our convos. With in approximately 4-5 days from sending an etransfer a package just landed at my door with 6 strains approximately 2 grams each (give or take, didn’t weigh - I will be reviewing over the next few days) Upon opening the package I wasn’t sure what I would be receiving but “Joe” definitely came though with what I would call 6 strains ranging from (AAAA-) - (AAAA+) only 1 of which I had tried before from a different vender/farmer. Today’s review I decided to try the “Peanut Butter Rockstar” and another later on… The PBR is A beautiful smooth smoke. It had a proper cure and didn’t have any harsh bite in the throat I was very surprised at how smooth it was. Had a nice beautiful grey ash. I have smoked a lot of Rockstar flower and this was a great hybrid cross. I have not had the delight of trying an peanut butter generic up until now. As I am quite the critic and very picky, I enjoyed this strain. I am usually after couch lock Indica types of flower but this was very enjoyable. It was a nice mellow buzz and i would definitely buy to keep it in my stock for a day time smoke . My first impressions overall for TheCannaSociety.biz is that I would highly recommend them! Overall amazing products were shipped to me, very efficiently Time wise and the communication and customer service is impeccable! I am super happy to have started to build a new relationship with this person and company & I am very thankful and blessed to have “Joe” come in contact with me! I highly recommend their business & flower! Looks- 8.5/10 Taste- 9/10 Cure- 9/10 Smoke- 8.5/10 OVERALL- 8.7/10

Ice Cream Cake - The Canna Society - November 2021

Ice Cream Cake Sourced by : @thecannasociety No introduction needed here as ICC is a staple strain that catapulted itself into the exotic world and has comfortably earned itself a spot amongst some of tastiest. This batch is certainly worthy and may have even won me over the Biscotti I previously reviewed. Buds are perfectly trimmed and cured, feeling very dense and sticky with a snappy freshness and generous amount of resinous trichomes. Lovely structure and lively appearance, sporting a light green coat highlighted through faint hints of violet and a lush forest of yellow-orange pistils. This is the exact ICC profile that I hope for every time. It's extremely defined and full bodied, producing creamy vanilla cake batter aromas with a subtle mintiness on the tail end, growing stronger once fully ground up. Her flavours are just as enthralling and translate accurately, delivering mouthwatering ICC terps that are creamy and doughy with a scrumptious hint of vanilla, lingering on the tongue long after the initial toke. Certainly the definition of a dessert profile as it's quite pastry like. The smoke is clean and smooth, burning with an oily resin ring and light coloured ash. A mellow hybrid based high with a solid mix of mood enhancing and relaxing qualities. Certainly quite the chatty high as well, only adding to it's overall uplifted, euphoric nature. It provides just enough of physical buzz to feel very loose and unwound throughout it's entirety without any noticeable sedative tendencies, making it a flexible strain to indulge in at any time of day.

Biscotti Review Genetics : GSC x Gelato 25 x South Florida OG Bred by : cookiefamgenetics Sourced by : @thecannasociety A gorgeous Italian cookie inspired strain consisting of GSC, Gelato 25, and South Florida OG. The buds arrived in tip top shape, sporting a lovely coat of greasy white trichomes and peach coloured pistils atop a bright green and purple surface. Very dense, sticky, and snappy, breaking up to a perfect texture. Lastly the trim and cure are on point. This stuff is great in every category but especially when it comes to the nose/flavour. A very creamy, sugary, biscotti cookie profile with those sweet dessert aromas coming through from the Gelato as well as undertones of vanilla. There is also something candy like going on that is borderline fruity. The flavours are also on par, delivering a very desserty, Gelato driven smoke that is creamy and sweet with hints of citrus, coating the pallet as it deliciously lingers after each exhale. Perfect burn and smooth smoke, producing a clean ash and large resin ring. Like the majority of dessert strains the high feels quite evenly balanced as it hovers around the hybrid territory with a mellow indica influence. Uplifting, euphoric, and relaxing, a great recipe for feeling extremely chill and laid back while also shedding off some stress and anxiety in the process. Medium to to medium - high potency with a decent longevity and high that can be enjoyed at anytime really. Certainly my favourite of the strains so far with just the ICC left to challenge it.

Peanut Butter Rockstar - The Canna Society - November 2021

Peanut Butter Rockstar Genetics : Peanut Butter Breath x Rockstar Sourced by : @thecannasociety An intriguing relationship between PBB & Rockstar that also goes by Dank Breath I believe. Tightly structured buds that are dominantly dark forest green in nature with purple streaks and purple sugar leaf throughout. Equipped with a substantial amount of milky trichomes and assortment of peach and light orange pistils. Dense with a little give and moderately sticky, greasy texture. The nose on this Peanut Butter Rockstar is a little on the fresh side and could certainly benefit from a longer cure as it's quite vegetal and "green" smelling with a herbal background. Also a little gassy but it's not pungent at all. The flavours are also on the light end of things and I couldn't pick up on much as it mainly had that generic earthy, smokey taste. I'll be saving the rest of it as I'm sure it just needs some extra jar time. The burn is salt and pepper with an average sized resin ring to boot. From the little bit that I smoked I can say it's some potent stuff. Immediately felt a buzzing head high kick in within minutes with a mellow relaxation to follow so the potential is definitely there.

Chocolope - The Canna Society - November 2021

Chocolope Review Genetics : Chocolate Thai x Cannalope Haze Sourced by : @thecannasociety Decided to begin this round of TCS reviews with the lonely sativa of the crew. Enter Chocolope. A cross between Chocolate Thai x Cannalope Haze. The buds are very dense and compact in structure with a crisply textured exterior and snappy, medium sticky interior. Mainly light green in colour with the faintest glimpses of purple and a large population of wispy orange pistils. All followed by a visible layer of oily trichomes. Lovely trim and cure on her as well. A delightful profile on this Chocolope, both in nose and flavour, delivering a very pleasant mix of sweet herbal earth and cocoa with faint hints of citrus on the tail end from the Thai in it's genetics. Translates nicely to the taste, just not as defined, producing more of a herbal influenced smoke accented with hints of citrus. Smooth and decently resinous in a J, burning to a lightly peppered ash. Chocolope is one of your harder hitting sativas and I place it in the same category as Red Congo for how it hits me, especially as a wake and bake. Real uplifting and energetic with focused cerebral qualities, providing all the benefits from a social, outgoing sativa without any of the racy or overly anxious effects. Terrific daytime strain with a decently potent kick.
