**MoM/Retailer Name** The Gentle Herb **Shipping/Packaging** Shipped and received from BC to Toronto in a quick 2 days in a protective cardboard box mailer. All contents were protected inside and vacuum sealed hiding any smells. The shatter was packaged in standard parchment paper and came fine despite the heat. **Blue Island Skunk** https://i.imgur.com/8bWhFP4.jpg A strain I haven't tried before so I was excited to smoke this one. A very tight and dense bud structure with an excellent trim and a blanket of trichomes. Forest green in colour with dark orange hairs throughout and sticky within. The aroma is a familiar one that I've had before with several strains. Duke Nukem and Blue God for example. Musky and sweet earthy notes with a citrus finish that gets even stronger when ground up. When smoked, the flavour is mostly earthy and lemon, but there is a lingering skunky taste as well. Can be a little strong when inhaling a big amount due to the really thick and expansive smoke it produces. Even though it's an indica dominant strain it still made for a good daytime smoke as it didn't leave me tired or lazy. Instead, it offered a very mellow and relaxed high but still mentally stimulating and alert. **Purple Space Cookies** https://i.imgur.com/gHpG5w8.jpg I'm always looking for different varieties of Purple Space Cookies and this one definitely surprised me in a positive way. The bag appeal is on point even with some extra leaf in spots. A mix of dark  greens and purples blanketed by a frosting of trichomes and orange hairs. Another one that was sticky to the touch and broke up great in the grinder. One of those easy rolling consistencies. The aroma is where this PSC differed than others I've had. It was still on the grape end of things but much more earthy and musky, similar to a Black Diamond. Very similar taste as well that was full of flavour with it's thick and creamy smoke. Can be a bit of a choker but not because it's harsh but because of it's strong hit. I would describe the high as a very 'spacey' and stoney one that leans on the sativa side with it's heady effects. It also tends to bring out the talkative side in people. Believe me, my Dad is already a chatter box and this stuff makes him relentless and unforgiving to ones ears, lol. Great daytime stuff though. **Purple Skunk** https://i.imgur.com/Q4YyTwa.jpg Another skunk type strain I have never tried and regretfully so. This is the type of sativa I need in my life on a daily basis. First off, the buds are mesmerizing with an array of colours that include dark purples and greens. A decent amount of orange hairs as well all covered in a resinous coating of trichomes. Makes for quite the sticky bud when handling it. A bit of leaf near the base of the bud but nothing crazy. One of my favourite profiles that include a deep and musky sweet grape aroma. It borderlines the smell of a red wine, like Black Diamond or strains of a similar ilk. The taste is basically identical with the addition of a skunky tinge that lingers around long after an exhale. Very smooth and pleasant smoke and it went perfect with a backwoods leaf. The super euphoric and uplifting effects of this purple skunk are so unique and different than most sativas. It's very potent and almost demands being active so probably not the best for generally anxious folks or novice smokers. Seems like a good old-school, laugh your self to death with friends type smoke. That's where it really stood out for me. **Purple Berry** https://i.imgur.com/tEPdRM0.jpg Very gorgeous and vibrant colours on this Purple Berry that just pop. Mainly because of contrast of the bright orange hairs against the dark forest green buds. Also some purple hues when inspected closer. Decent trim as well with a sticky texture. A cross of the very popular Grandaddy Purple and Blueberry so you just know you are in for a sweet smelling treat. It was indeed, smelling of sweet backyard grapes. Not the common artificial grape smell but actual backyard grapes, the purple ones. Also a subtle spicy/peppery and earthy smell that comes out when the bud is cracked open making for quite the aromatic combination. I vaped this one to get a full appreciation of the terps and it was not disappointing. Quite similar to how it smells actually but a little more earthy. Very sweet and fruity with the grape and herbal undertones making themselves apparent. Not the typical knockout indica high that puts you to sleep instantly but rather a slow burn. Starts off with a calming and relaxing sensation while still keeping the mind quite awake. **Gelato 33** https://i.imgur.com/dlUWS29.jpg Always a good strain to have on hand especially for late afternoons and evenings. A dessert strain by every definition of the word. The colours on this bud are very complex with a combination of different hues. Dark and light greens with shades of purple and rusty orange hairs. A substantial amount of trichomes as well with a sticky texture when handled. The aroma oozing from this gelato is amazing to say the least. A rich and creamy lemon sweetness, combined with dark earthy notes, giving it an overall minty smell. It all translates perfectly to taste offering a thick and flavourful smoke that is smooth in a joint or a bong. One of the few strains I would deem as a true hybrid personally. It's effects feel split down the middle. Sociable and uplifting but extremely relaxing and chill. Might leave you a little burnt out afterwards. **Gentle Death** https://i.imgur.com/qGZxcuN.jpg This is their in house version of the classic Death Bubba. Light green buds with a structure that leans on the fluffier side and is moderately sticky. Not much of a definitive nose until broken up where the classic Death Bubba notes start subtly emerge. A light gassy aroma with sweet and earthy undertones. When smoked in a bong the flavour was there but not an overwhelming one. Can be a little harsher as well as it had me coughing more than the other strains. It was a quite potent and effective indica, making me rather tired and lazy after smoking half a gram. Just sunk into the couch, thought free and ready to pass out. **Motor Oil** https://i.imgur.com/OtzkvIB.jpg Motor Oil is the name given to this concentrate and it's made in house using grand daddy purple as the strain. This is what the description reads:  'Motor Oil is like a mix between shatter,oil, and wax/budder. It is easy to work with out of our glass jars and packs a powerful hit at 76.82% THC!' I do agree as it's very easy to handle and work with. Almost looks like a sugar wax in appeance with a golden/maple colour. Not an overwhelmingly strong taste but an enoyable one with hints of diesel and earth. The high was very much indica leaning and found it to be a bit of a creeper that built as time went on. **Pink Kush House Shatter** https://i.imgur.com/DB3lXE1.jpg This is their in house pink kush shatter that is more of a pull and snap vs glass/shatter consistency. Easy to work with and has a maple syrup colour to it when held in the light. Not the terpiest but moderately decent flavour of kushy gas with a potent indica leaning kick. Had me nice and relaxed with a slight body buzz and couch lock after 2 or 3 dabs. Incentive : These samples were offered for honest and unbiased reviews. Please take them with a grain of salt as sometimes, but not always, they may be the more photogenic buds of the batch. These are my personal and honest opinions on these strains. **Final Notes** A great first experience and overall impression from the strains I tried and also very impressed with the motor oil for it's price. Seem to have a good variety of in house products which is nice. Friendly and polite customer service as well that were responsive and helpful.

Hello and welcome to another one of AimOrDie's reviews! This time we'll be reviewing a free sample pack from TheGentleHerb.ca. Sign Up: Sign up is the same simple process as anywhere else. Ordering & Pricing: Pricing varies, but it's similar to many other MOMs who aren't offering bulk deals. Prices on the top shelf stuff could probably come down a bit. Communication: Communication was fantastic, quick responses every time. No problems answering any questions I may have had. Very friendly. Packaging: Standard mail-order packaging, vac sealed with no smell, discreet. Products / Photos: Blue Hawaiian Skunk I'm not a huge fan of this strain, but it was not bad at all. Quite enjoyable, especially for something I didn't expect to enjoy.. A more subtle scent than most of the other strains, it had some notes of diesel, and berries. Smooth smoke, with an interesting uplifting high that I really enjoyed. I'd prefer not to smoke this strain again, but it's definitely not something I'd turn away. Similar to a lot of other 'blue' strains and I don't care for them generally. Beautiful purple nugs, with a fantastic grape/berry smell that many purple strains are so well known for. Smooth burning, sweet smoke that hits like a truck. Priced quite highly on the site, I personally wouldn't spend that much on an oz, but if you're into expensive top shelf cannabis, this is the stuff for you. 90/100(AAAA) for me. https://i.imgur.com/DhVM2tp.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/E6pi23t.jpg Gelato 33 Very similar to the PSC in overall quality, beautiful nugs with fantastic purple coloration all through them, an extremely pungent berry smell fills the room the second the bag is opened regardless of quantity, a nice heavy indica couchlock that I could smoke all day, every day if I could justify paying 260/oz for it. 92/100(AAAA) https://i.imgur.com/F1vR10F.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/Epj0HhP.jpg Purple Berry Not quite as nice as the other strains, I wouldn't consider this AAAA, nor would I put it on the same level as strains like PSC or Gelato 33. It's very nice in it's own right, and deserves some love for being a unique purple strain that has an awesome Hybrid buzz, but it doesn't have that knockout high that I'd expect a high quality indica to have, It's got an enjoyable buzz that I'd suggest for watching movies, or playing video games or something, but it definitely isn't putting a seasoned smoker to sleep. Still an enjoyable strain regardless, and I'd smoke more of it given the opportunity. 80/100(AAA) in my opinion. https://i.imgur.com/Jw2SE2L.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/YJUDlEp.jpg Purple Skunk I absolutely love the nose on this strain. Extremely pungent, brings me back to 10 years ago when the only good strain around was Purp while I was in high school, and it all smelled like this. Just for the nostalgia alone this strain gets a pass from me. The smoke is heavy and makes me cough more than the others, but the high is exactly what you'd expect from a top shelf indica. Again, I couldn't justify their pricing, but I absolutely loved smoking this strain. I don't think it was as strong as the Gelato or as visually appealing as the GSC, but it's nostalgic and amazing. 89/100(AAAA) for me. https://i.imgur.com/tQm7Xkp.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/GkAPybQ.jpg Gentle Death I'm not sure if this is kept in stock because it has 'gentle' in the name, or whatever else may be up with it, but I didn't care much for this strain. It choked me up a bit, didn't have a fantastic flavor, and had a more subtle smell than anything else in the pack. The buzz is quite strong, but isn't anything special either. I'm assuming this strain is kept around for it's name, and not really it's quality so much. 70/100(AA+) on this one in my opinion. https://i.imgur.com/GLVn5Je.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/et1SGkg.jpg Motor Oil I don't really like to review concentrates, because I'm definitely no expert. This stuff was pretty good, it doesn't look or taste the best (I'd imagine that's why it's called motor oil) but it gets you ripped and has a pretty nice gooey texture. https://i.imgur.com/mpBogfP.jpg Pink Shatter Similar to the motor oil, it doesn't look the best, but it has a pretty nice flavor, a very strong high, and a nice pull/snap texture. https://i.imgur.com/3OA8OAB.jpg Incentive for Customers: You can use Gentle15 for 15% off your first order, but I'm not sure about any other incentives. Notes: The quality overall was fantastic, but nothing is a 'steal for that price' in my opinion, prices all reflect their quality quite well. I don't have many negative things to say about TheGentleHerb, the whole sample pack was quite nice, and I love many of the different 'purple strains' that I received.

Motor Oil is the name given to it and its made in house using grand daddy purple as the strain. This is what the description says: Motor Oil is like a mix between shatter,oil, and wax/budder. It is easy to work with out of our glass jars and packs a powerful hit at 76.82% THC! I've had it once now and it was very smooth with a strong diesel and sweet taste. Potent indica high with some cbd as well. It handles and dabs like rosin. Going to try some more to get a better grip on taste and effects.

I was just trying to take pictures before the sun goes down It's really pungent with a strong nose that wreaks of lemon and citrus and that very peculiar sweet and earthy gelato aroma.

Incentive for Review: This was a pack sent for the purpose of review!, I am being 100% open honest and upfront as always!, I am sharing my 'personal preferances some of which we might share and some of which we might not , example being I love Pink or Purple Kush it's been my go too since I was 16 years old and could really find different strains and genetics that being said I also do like fruity sativas or hybrid strains as well, Though I would always go for a pink or purple or even a regular Kush classic!, Notes: The products received were all of a nice medium/higher grade quality, The house shatter was a little darker but hit great and tasted Amazing I was very impressed by how clean it smoked and how buzzed it really got me!. **OG Kush 1G Shatter** strain 'A true favorite of mine from this sample' I had not had super big expectations on this shatter but once I tried it, I was very surprised and very impressed the quality held up with some of the bigger brands 'FOR SURE!' also worth mentioning the clarity to this product was slightly darker but very clean and if held to the light had a very nice golden amber color and it carried a very nice full bodied 'Dank' indica smoke all while leaving you very mellowed out relaxed & red eyed with slight munchies on my end ;)!.Lol much love **WaterMelon Evolve Pre Filled Vape** I was not a huge fan of this pen , I found it had more of a 'Plain' style taste but it may have just been more of a sativa style taste in which I am not really a huge fan of usually.. So my opinion on this is maybe just subjective due to my preference on taste!?, I found it not to bad of a hit the vape was smooth overall and not harsh or really gross!.. I am just not a huge of this one :)! 6/10 **Strawberry MC 1G Flower** This came as a nice semi dense bud with a nice overall structure for a sativa!, The taste was somewhat spicy with a little sweet nose right out of the bag. This strain has some really beautiful light orange hairs with a medium lighter green color!. The Smell was very distinct of a straight sativa, With slight citrus undertones and a really notable slight spiciness and slight slight pine as well as the very notable hint of sweetness! **I think thats how I felt it anyway lol**8/10 **Gelato 33** Gelato 33.jpg First time smoking a Gelato strain this one was a very nice treat a very sweet smoking strain caked in purple hue all over the bud beautiful colors and crystal trichs were amazing to look at such a unique strain to smoke and to look at. It was almost a sin to bust this one up!.. LOL!!. For real though we babied this one as the unique flavour of sweet candy and a slight lick of icecream like the fruity rainbow ice cream maybe the frozen yogurt version of sherbert more like!.. A Sweet citrus and fruit! ,.. that would be the best way for me to describe it :D!!
