Second time ordering this one from TopShelfBC, surprised there was still more to order! Really nice floral smell and taste with this. Nice smoke and burns well too. The taste really stands out though and my wife really likes smoking this one all day so we got a second batch. Nice nugs in the batch that have pretty good density. Not the rock hard variety though but breaks up nicely. https://i.imgur.com/c7rLx9U.jpgThis was one of my choices in a Build Your Own Ounce special. This stuff had a nice skunky nose. It was a smooth and dense slow burning smoke. It definitely isn't what you would expect from a Sativa dominant hybrid. Didn't get me energized, instead I found myself listening to hours of music and being a bit creative around the house. The bud was a bit leafy but that didn't bother me much. This strain is definitely enjoyable in the afternoon/evening. Great service from these guys.

Pink Death Star - TopshelfBC - End of July

Little late on this cause I was having phone problems and was trying to wait to sort that out so I didn't have to use these pretty bad pics, still having problems but wanna get this review up anyways so sorry about the poor quality pictures, onto the review. Visuals: Dense nugs nice mix of dark and light greens, trich coverage is decent but not great looking. Nug size is generally medium with some smalls. Not fantastic bag appeal but nice enough looking. Smell: Strong gassy sweet smell that's just a pleasure every time you open the jar I absolutely love this smell. Taste: Very similar to the smell, I'd say the gas comes through more in the taste and you get a bit of kushyness too, it's one I really enjoy. Potency: Strong indica. This is the second time I've had it and I'm noticing it as a harder hitter this time around even though it's the same batch. Might be the other strains I have on hand or just random factors but very much enjoying it and it's hitting me good. Ratings: Overall 8.5/10 it's a great overall bud could look nicer and maybe be a bit tastier but the potency and smell are really up there. Values 8/10 It's a good but not great deal at 180, that said I'm still hoping they restock this sometime soon because I want more. Small- mediums in the oz, buds are not glued together but will stick together if you press them together. Smell really surprised me, it smells extremely hashy, with a zest to it that a good blueberry strain would have. Taste is similar to the smell with a nice hash and earthy taste. Burn is a bit darker than the Cali bubba but is still very nice. Oil ring is there but not as pronounced as Cali bubba. Spacey and zoned out halfway through the joint, feeling great and relaxed. Not sleepy but not energized, just happily stoned. Again not really a KO, however I really prefer pink or death strains for sleep. Buds are super dense, small-medium in the oz. ok trim, some fan leaves but they’re easily removed. Smell is piney, earthy a bit of dough. Mildly sticky to the touch but rolls great. burns white with an oil ring forming quickly. Solis Indica buzz with mood elevating quickly and eyes drooping just as quick. Munchies too, lol. Isn’t really an ideal KO for me as I have a high tolerance, however 2gs had me ready for sleep. This is something I can casually puff on during the day for pain relief and that mood boost.
