More pictures : https://imgur.com/a/g6OAm7c Genetics : Mandarine Sunset x Black Rose Starting off this round of reviews from WeedPrime is this Ethos Genetics bred Mandarin Zkittlez. I'm always excited to try a new strain and we have a few different unique ones to go through this time around. Beautiful visuals on these compact, dense, spade shaped nugs, packed with a hefty amount of long stalked crystals and thin orange hairs that lay atop a colourful bed of greens and purples. A touch on the drier side but no where close to crumbling, just not insanely sticky. Very neatly manicured as well. Although not the most powerfully scented of buds until broken up, they do indeed resemble the smell of skittles. Not so much a specific flavour but more like opening a bag of them. Sweet and tangy with hints of sour citrus and mixed fruits. It unfortunately doesn't entirely translate to taste, offering subtle flavours of sweet citrus and spicy hash. The burn is on the dark side however which ultimately takes away from the smoothness of it. The high is of decent potency and begins in a slight creeper fashion with a slow building head stone that builds behind the eyes. It's overall fairly balanced in effects, delivering mellow, uplifted qualities that allow you to remain carefree and functional throughout the day. Ideal for a variety of occasions as It's not heavy nor debilitating in the slightest.

Slurricane - WeedPrime - Early January

It provides comfort and relaxation, more of a soothing high than a brick to the face. This cut of Slurri lives up to the rotting fruit profile it normally has, however it is a tad creamier and earthier than other cuts I've tried, moreso than the sharp and almost minty nose and taste I would expect. It tastes just as good when burned though, especially in a Grape Backwoods, my blunt of choice. This pheno offers dark nugs, with a large palette of colors. The cure is on point, and the whole bag came out in a gummy pillow. Many darker flowers I've had didn't burn exceptionally well, however that is not an issue here, where burn is clean, giving us a nice light-grey ash, greasing the paper nicely as we go along. To circle back to the high, Slurricane never really knocked me out, but instead eases me into a nice relaxing couch lock that's suitable for gaming, or taking a load off after a meal, or a day at work. Higher quantities will put you to sleep, however if you're looking for a knockout indica for that pre-bedtime joint, this is not it, and it does not pretend to be either.

Zombie Cake - Weed Prime - January 2021

More pictures : https://imgur.com/a/KJVBXxA First time hearing of this exciting cross of Zombie Kush and Wedding Cake so I was very excited to try this one. Nice looking buds, sporting a very appealing colour combination that pairs mossy greens with violet hued sugar leaf. Arriving with a fair share of trichomes that leave the dense buds sticky to the touch. Lovely cure as well with a trim that could be a bit neater but for the price point you can't complain. Not the strongest smelling bud and a little muted until broken up where notes of sweet and musky cedar wood accented by hints of lavender and herbs are released. Also infused with cakey nuances that linger in the background. Not a profile I come by often and is quite pleasant overall especially with the tag taken into consideration. I wish it was just a little more cake tasting as it shares more of the zombie traits with a woody and earthy flavoured smoke that is accented by a herbal sweetness. Joints burn with a salt and pepper coloured ash and impressive grease ring, remaining smooth from start to finish. A cerebrally stimulating high that treads more in the indica department. Like the name suggests, this one can indeed make you feel like a zombie as it promotes a lethargic like buzz accompanied by a calming body stone. Super relaxing stuff as it does a great job of ridding any stress away and leaving you carefree. Potent as well, with only a small amount needed to leave a lasting impression. Not an instant knockout but it can definitely build up to that, especially if enough is smoked.

Apple Pie Crumble - Weed Prime - January 2021

More pics : https://imgur.com/a/QmeAAlL A lovely sativa dominant cross of Acapulco Gold X Highland Nepalese that makes for these very healthy looking buds. Vibrant greens topped with thick orange pistils and a solid amount of frosty trichomes. Sporting a soft and fluffy texture on the outside with a denser core, leaving the fingers moderately sticky when handled. A little extra leaf here and there but the cure is great, especially for it's very modest tag. The profile, although not the most in your face, actually does slightly resemble an apple at times. A green apple to be specific, delivering notes of sweet and sour fruit accented by herbal and earthy undertones. The terps definitely translate better through a joint vs bong which seems to differ a lot with certain strains, though still not as full flavoured, fading away rather quickly. Still a great value as it's super easy and smooth on the lungs, burning with a fluffy light ash and smaller oil ring. A potent sativa driven buzz, offering a high that takes place exclusively in the head, paired with focused, creative effects that are perfect for multitasking and completing tasks. Very uplifting and even racey at times if you aren't used to a "go go go" kind of sativa. Still a great choice for being productive and staying functional all day as there is no burnout whatsoever, making this a go to wake and bake strain.

Cookies & Cream (Quad Squad) - Weed Prime - January 2021

Full Album : https://imgur.com/a/Umo7zbY This beautiful batch of Cookies & Cream looks good enough to eat as it's name suggests. Chunky, hearty buds, feeling dense and compact when handled. The colours making up these buds are so incredibly vibrant and my pictures don't even to do them justice. Different hues of greens that are met with shades of purples and a forest of blazing orange hairs that heavily stand out in contrast. Can't forget about the impressive trichome coverage that fills every visible nook and cranny possible. Lastly, the trim and cure are impeccable, leaving the buds decently sticky within. I've had this wonderful strain on a few different occasions as I do enjoy a good cookie cross and this one is actually quite different. Not in a bad way either, just unique. I found it to have a mix sweet and savoury aromas at first that reminded me of many "peppered meat" type strains. Completely different when broken up however as the aromas are much more creamy and nutty with some kind of sweetness that is very similar to a Purple Punch. The initial flavours are sweet and nutty followed by an earthy, cookie exhale, translating over quite accurately. Slow and even burning, providing a light coloured ash and juicy resin ring. It's smooth for the most part but it produces a very concentrated and thick smoke, making for some heavy, lung expanding hauls. The high seems to be very cerebrally focused, bringing forth uplifting and mood enhancing qualities paired with a gentle body high. Really puts you in a state of euphoria as well, calmly leaving you wandering off with your thoughts. It's not heavy or couch locking like other cuts I've tried as this strain can sometimes lean more to the indica side, making it a suitable choice for anytime of the day.

Platinum Pink (Quad Squad) - Weed Prime - January 2021

More Pictures : https://imgur.com/a/vJ8q4yF My first round of reviews with QuadSquad and WeedPrime were some of my favourites I've done as of late and this round is proving to be the exact same. Starting with this lovely cut of Platinum Kush and probably the best bag appeal I've seen on this strain. Super sticky, resinous buds, packed with copious amounts of trichomes and dark orange hairs. Displaying an impressive combination of photogenic colours that range from different shades of greens to light and dark purples. All complimented by a neat trim and flawless cure. A pungent, pink dominant profile that slaps the nostrils with it's intoxicating aromas of sweet fuel and earth, followed by those customary pink kush floral/perfume accents on the back end. The taste is strikingly similar, replicating those same terpenes found in the aromas in the form of a thick and heavy smoke. It's smooth but has a little bit of a raspyness to it as I've noticed many Platinum strains to have. The burn is nice and greasy, producing a thick oil ring that's followed by a light salt and pepper ash. The high on this plat pink is a very potent one, only taking a small amount to feel medicated. Beginning with a flurry of cerebral and euphoric effects that shroud the mind with cloudy, spaced out thoughts, making it easy to get lost in whatever you're doing all while grinning from ear to ear. It's not long where the physical qualities kick in, encouraging total relaxation with unavoidable lazy, couch locked tendencies. Definitely a good choice for a night time indica.

Sour Diesel (Random Sativa Deal)- Weed Prime - Mid Jan 2021

It was great . Smoked it before a movie and it was really good. Stayed focused throughout the entire movie with slight drowsiness at the end. Had a great sleep after. Definitely not quads but great bang for your buck. I’d rate it Low Trips
