I bought 1/2Oz of Pink Kush from ChronicKushCo on the 23rd. ...It was shipped the next day on Friday. They posted me the tracking and come by Tuesday the tracking wasn’t working. So, I contacted ChronicKushCo, asked them what’s going on, they took the time to find out Canadapost had lost the package. I’m thinking, well damn, there goes that. Gotta wait until next week or maybe longer to get the package.
ChronicKushCo gets back with me later that day with a new tracking number and next day shipping on the order. They didn’t have to send another package, they could have told me to wait the full 7 business days with express shipping from Canadapost, instead they did not. They sent me another package with next day shipping and probably took a loss on me because of Canadapost. They wanted to secure customer happiness by accelerating the shipping, very nice. They didn’t have to do that but did.
The product itself is above quality for the price and they should be charging $8/gram given other suppliers I’ve ordered from and my own personally opinion it’s worth $8.00 not $4.50 they are selling the product at. A++
Overall, I will only be ordering from ChronicKushCo. They secured me as a loyal customer.
Packaging: Good packaging, no smell, and not vacuumed. Standard normal packaging.
