Ordering & Pricing: Ordering was a breeze, their site is very well done and responsive. The prices are good, I’d say average compared to other MOM sites I visited. I go...t a 10% code from reddit and shipping was free on 99$+ orders. There was a good selection of flower that was on sale as well. so really nice. Payment was done via Interact transfer, I did not see other options.

Communication: Diligent and efficient. Their system creates a ticket for all orders and you can track the process online and reply to any of the emails during the process. I actually had an exchange with someone over email, it wasn’t all canned replies, very good overall.

Edit: after sale service is shit, they deleted my first ticket after a week without ever replying... Send a second one and it took 5-6 replies and close to a week to get a shitshow conpensation proposal which I didn’t even bother getting.

Packaging: The flower was inside plastic containers with childproof tops, similar to pill containers. One of the strains had a Beveda pack in it. The hash was in little glass bottles, very hermetic except a 3.5g I got in a small pill bottle. All the hash containers were inside a bubble pack. This pack, along with all the flower containers were inside a metallic ziplock bag (not press-sealed). That bag was inside a small cardboard box. The labels on the box were real stealthy, with a return address that did not match the MOM name. There was zero smell from the box itself when I picked it up, but once I opened the box, the smell had permeated through the bag.

I won’t bother detailing the hash independently, because it would be the same story for all of them. They all smelled amazing fresh (that good old late 80’s hash that was all over the place), but once they started burning they either were ultra faint (the tiny amount of tobacco I put in the joint totally overwhelmed them) or tasted pretty terrible. Every single one of them was pretty hard on the throat. As if this wasn’t enough, none of them provided a significant buzz, no matter how much I smoked I could not get a decent buzz out of them and I have fairly low tolerance. I’ve smoked all kinds of hash in my life and these 4 hashes are in my bottom 5. Huge deception there.

Purple Urkle (AAAAA): This one is the only amazing product in my order. The taste is amazing, it’s super smooth and provides a strong happy buzz, I would order that strain again for sure. Dry as sandpaper though.

Diamond Dawg Og (AAAAA): Despite good reviews on their site, this one tastes pretty average and was pretty hard on the throat. You know that feeling when you get to 1/2 the joint and you wonder if you’re ever going to finish it and actually consider throwing it away? That kind of harsh. This might be subjective, but I didn’t like the buzz on this one. It was strong and long lasting, but it kind of made me uneasy and upset. Never had that kind of buzz from weed and I smoked it 3 times and each time I got that weird annoying buzz. Dry as sandpaper.

Chem 91 (AAA): This is absolute bottom of the barrel crud. It tastes horrible and just rapes the throat hardcore. I could not finish my joint, it was just too terrible. I threw the rest of my joint away and gave away the rest of it to a friend in need with a fair warning to it’s shitiness. Just terrible. The buds were very dry for that one, so maybe it used to be decent.

God’s Green Crack (AAAA): I had high hopes for that one, seen tons of good comments and that name thrown around a lot. This was similar to Diamond Dawg OG taste-wise and equally harsh on the throat. Passable overall, but really not amazing. Buzz was good and strong, no complaints there. Dry as sandpaper.....

Purple Lightning (AAAA): This one was all over the place. I rolled 3 joints of this, first one tasted amazing, next one was a bit harsh and lacked terpenes... Last one is sitting on my desk as I write this and I’ll smoke it as soon as I’m done posting this. The buzz however is worthy of mention, it’s strong, energizing and very happy. Dry as hell.

Incentive for Customers: I’m a bit torn. Everything but the products is top notch. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I will not order there again.

Incentive for Review: I like sharing my thoughts and I did not see any reviews of this MOM other than a small 2 product review that was very positive. I thought my experience was worth sharing for future customers.

I sent a message to them today with about the same info I’m posting here. I hope it helps them improve their products for future buyers. They have a really solid site and every single thing but the product was top notch, so I kinda feel bad and torn posting this pretty negative review. I’ll report back what they reply, they haven’t come back yet.

Here follows the pictures. Note that the hash orders were 1g each except one and they are all up in smoke, so I only have pictures of the Caduceus. I also don’t have a close up for the God’s Green Crack, phone failure or something and I only noticed after I put everything back in it’s place. Most of the weed bottles had 3.5’s in them but I smoked quite a bit of it. The buds you see on the pictures are the biggest that were delivered to me.

Ordering & Pricing: BMWO has a huge selection recently, always a few nice strains on sale. everything went quickly and smoothly with these guys.

Commu...nication: tracking numbers are emailed promptly, no further commmunication was required.

Packaging: excellent. standard bubble mailer, cardboard box inside, inside that is 2 layers of heavy duty resealable bags, and inside those, is 4 tall pill-bottles. 1/2oz in each. awesome full color glossy labels with fancy artwork for each strain. they peel off nicely to stick on your jars if you like.

Ordered this one for a friend, but I got to sample it, it’s a very piney indica, smells like a christmas tree when you bust up a nugget. sticky, and tastes like it smells. I’m not a big pine fan, but if you are, this stuff is flavorful and hit hard.

Chocolate Kush

This stuff is really nice. caked in crystal, very colorful, not just green and purple but everything in between. has a strong gassy smell and sweet taste. lots of smaller nuggets but a few large ones too, not really very dense nuggets, maybe a little on the leafy side.
