Communication: Communication was super friendly, they have a live chat that helps you right away. Very helpful people that you can actually speak to if you want to explain your symptoms, they had provided helpful articles for me as well as great product recommendations. Understanding my circumstances would require an understanding for my character, so i was really happy that they would listen and support me

Packaging: Came in the mail like my other mail, i didn’t even know it was from Herb Approach haha the random home address confused me for a second. Once you open the box, it’s completely vacuum sealed so there is no smell at all. Packaging is 10/10

Products/ Photos: I ordered the Headband ounce for $170, and this strain was really good, very smooth and the rips hit right away.
