Sign Up: - Straightforward age verification via photo ID, 19+ req; mine was processed ages ago but they’re quick to tend to things
Ordering & Pricing: - Lightning fast shipping as far as getting your order out the d...oor in record time. They waste no time in sending out orders, even if just past their already late cutoff for the day I’ve still had things sent off same day. Much quicker than a lot of MOMs in my experience, same day shipping is def a thing with these guys.
Communication: - One of the things that sets them apart and puts them to the top of the heap for me. They’re patient in answering questions, transparent in their practices and suggestions for helping clients/patients, and best of all hold themselves accountable for any issues that should arise with an order. Have had a couple issues in the past, but were resolved in a timely fashion in such a way that I was very happy with the resolution enough that I have been a returning customer, knowing what quality care they provide.
Packaging: - Fairly standard for these days, layers of vacuum seals covered by a mylar sheathing contained within a bubble mailer typically. Inside the products are even more well packed, since they have been putting foam slip casings around products to protect them in transit recently, in my most recent orders anyway. The HGA branded heavy plastic/mylar type bags that flowers, hash, concentrates and the like come in are really quite durable and work well to keep product in if you need to since their zip case packaging is of high quality and lasts.

Products / Photos: - I’ve made a few orders of late, mostly to grab some concentrated edible oils in anticipation/fear of having my meds dry up beyond Oct 17th. Really elated to see they now stock Viridesco, which is my favorite RSO or oil maker. Love the option of having strain specific concentrated edible oils from this company. HGA also carry THConcentrates who also make a really high quality, traditional RSO that I enjoyed. Great for pain relief, gastrointestinal difficulties, insomnia, mood stabilization, heck a whole host of things. RSO helps keep me off a host of pills, so I’m grateful for it as medicine.
Recently ordered their Pink Bubba that was on for $100 off. Nice to get one of their AAAA strains for a more manageable price. Pretty rank, somehow both meaty smelling and really floral at the same time but also with telltale kush funk that all culminates in your nostrils flaring and mouth watering, in my case anyway. Buds are a smidge on the leafy side for some but have well cured and have a nice stickiness to them and are loaded with terps as evidenced in it’s pungent aroma.

Also grabbed some of their AAAA Afghan hash which is really nice, but maybe not quite the top end you might hope for; it is nice and sticky and a good part of it is actually stuck on the bag it came in yet, pretty nice and oily stuff. It too is super terpy and just reeks of mint and foreign spices (not much for chocolate notes I expected though, still very nice), quite smooth to draw, and fairly mellow but still potent enough in effect to be very enjoyable and helps satisfy some of my medical needs (pain, GI relief primarily). Doesn’t melt, but burns pretty clean, and has a relaxed stone that lasts. A tasty treat for a cold day for sure, I’ll be putting mine away for the long winter ahead.

Also grabbed some Mary’s Westcoast Teddies, which are pretty solid pickups for edibles, when most don’t have much effect, you know what you’re getting with these. Along with the Twisted Extract Jelly Bombs, the Mary’s Westcoast Indica Teddies are my favorite pre-made edibles on the market. Not a fan of chocolates or hard candies, since I find greatest effects from gummies and these are my two favorite brands.
Incentive for Customers: - Points are awarded for purchases and reviews, so there is incentive to return to spend these quickly accrued points on new products and keep the cycle going.
Incentive for Review: - No incentive for review, had time to pass and was happy both with their service and the way they resolved an issue I encountered with a recent purchase enough that I wanted to share my positive experience(s) with others since for me it is harder and harder to find MOMs with any modicum of customer care, and thankfully HGA goes above and beyond in my experience.
Notes: - While this review was not incentivized, my purchases may have been. I am a medical user of cannabis who strives to stretch my dollar and be thrifty due to lack of work, so when seeing HGA had some great sales recently on products I enjoy, I was all over it. I received word about upcoming sales via their newsletter they send out periodically.

Headbanger Kush / High Grade Aid / Dec 28 , 2017 / Xmas Sale free Oz
Figured I’d post this as people were saying that High Grade Aid was gonna toss people low grade bags for the free OZ with purchase over 150 . I’m glad it wasn’t the case , the bag I received is all AAA + , albeit extremely dry but the nose on this bag is something else ..very citrusy and pine...y. I ordered 13 sweet Jane’s edibles and they threw in an extra for the first order bonus I missed out on plus the OZ . Class act ..I’ll be back .
Red Congolese from High Grade Aid - $170/half, Nov.
The smell coming off this was honestly so amazing that I kept the ziplock back it came in. Top notch daytime smoke as everyone says and the flavours are incredible through a vape.
This batch was mostly smaller nugs as reviews from JJ around the same time can attest to (apparently JJ’s RC ...is from the same supplier). HGA’s half oz prices for their AAAA strains are kind of absurd though - $170 means a $30 premium on their quad ounces ($280).
