**Death Tuna from BC Medi Chronic** **Visual:** This Death Tuna had that classic skunk look to it. It was a little bit leafy with small compact sugary crystals and patches of red hairs all over. Once I opened it up the crystals were quite big. It was a bit dense, the moisture level was great and it was a bit squishy because of how sticky it was. **Nose:** This one was very pungent as well! The nose was super skunky sweet and gassy. **Cut/Roll/Grind:** The stickiness of it made it a bit harder to grind and to cut because it squished it up a bit. It squished up a bit and compacted it when I cut it with scissors. **Taste:** The flavour was very hard hitting with the skunk and the gas. **Burn:** The burn was very good. **Potency/Effects:** This Death Tuna hits great! I could really feel it hit me in my nose hard and it built up fast. the potency level was great for me. The effects were very happy and positive, and it had me very buzzed out. It was a heavy sedating effect and a heavy body buzz. This was my first time ever trying BCmedi, as well as blue cap crush. Super impressed all around with both the strain and BCMedi. I'm a big sativa fan, and apparently blue cap also has around a 2% CBD level, so when BCmedi suggested giving it a try it definitely piqued my interest. They were quite happy with this cut and suggested grabbing it before it ran out at the time... so I did lol. Bud sizes were small to medium, but mostly small. Visual appeal is kind of lacking IMO as they are kind of boring to look at, bright / light green with a bit of orange, buds are on the softer side but still relatively dense overall. The larger buds had quite a bit more color to them, like the one in my picture but for the most part there weren't many large nugs. Trim was good with not many extra leaves or straggly bits. The smell is one area where this strain really stands out. It's very sweet and somewhat citrusy which I always enjoy...I always have to stop and smell it when I open things up. Effects are perfect IMO. Nice heady and long lasting high, calming but energizing with some a moderate euphoria. Doesn't make me anxious which can sometimes be a problem with some sativas, for me at least. Burns clean, grey ash, the usual oil ring but nothing crazy. Sweet and fruity exhale, smooth and not harsh at all. Value = 9. Upper end of trip pricing, but not bad for AAA+. If it was priced a bit lower I'd give it a 10. They did throw in quite a few freebies though, so it somewhat makes up for the price as well. Quality = 9, lost a mark because of bag appeal and mostly small nugs. The effects are an easy 10/10 for me, but I was hoping for something with slightly larger nugs and a slightly better trim.

It had a very nice structure and it had lots of fat sparkly crystal. It was a lighter green, but it also had a bit of a creamy colour to it. It was fairly squishy, and it had a fresh and soft feel to it. Nose: Wow! Super pungent! It was very fruity and sweet! It had an amazing nose that just hits you as soon as you open the bag! I got tons of the creamy strawberry smell and a bit of pine. I really enjoyed it. Cut/Roll/Grind: The stickiness of it made it a bit harder to grind and to cut because it squished it up a bit. Taste: The taste was very pungent as well. The pine came on strong at first and then the creamy strawberry flavour, which had a bit of smokiness, came out the more that I got into it. Burn: The burn was excellent! Nice and slow and the smoke was heavy. Potency/Effects: I was surprised at the punch that this sativa had! Great potency! It lit up the world for me with its positive buzz and happy effects! It was a great buzz in my head and a bit of a buzz in my body. I was still able to think clearly in the brain and my body was nice and mellow and relaxed. This would be good for day or evening sessions. Quality- 9.3 Value - 8.9 Bag appeal was great when I opened this one up .. bright colors , spicy pungent aroma , nice texture and bud structure.. Very energetic high and mood boost .. I smoked this in the afternoon , sun shining , and it was the perfect bud choice for sure .. no big crash after .. burn was clean, whitish ash and not harsh at all. Very nice strain , happy tired it .. quad quality, and price reflects that .... great customer service through emails .. recommend bcmedi chronic

I bought 14G from BC Medichronic who I hadn’t tried before. All the buds were small with the largest coming in just under a G. Buds were nicely trimmed and smelled nice but the taste when burning was lacking. AAAA claim is a stretch. I love red Congolese but this one was just ok.

Review- Decent bud, with good amount of crystal. Earthy nose for a Sativa dominant strain. Unhappy with mechanical trim on buds though. Q- 7.5 V- 7.5
