Strain - Platinum Cookies (OG Kush x Durban Poison) Visual/Texture - composed between smaller to medium sized buds, decently compact with a crisp shelled exterior, minor sponginess, slight give when pressed, and quite the sticky inner freshness to each nug once ripped apart. The vast majority of the bud holding an olive green shading, with several portions popping in a dark vibrant purple highlights. Thin Mint GSC - Bhang-Bhang - Jan 2021

In the past month, I've had the luck of trying two premium thin mints strains, and this latest one I have tried from Bhang-Bhang is starting to drive home the fact that i've been far too picky in my choice of strains in the past years. Thin mint GSC is a GSC pheno created by crossing Durban Poison and OG Kush. The result is an almost minty, sweet smelling piney flower, with beautiful visual characteristics. The thin mint I received from Bhang-Bhang.com was very reminiscent of the last one I had, with deep purple hues, a crazy visual layer of trichromes, beautiful orange hairs and otherwise darker coloured beautifully manicured buds. The bud size I have seen is small to medium for this strain, which seems to be pretty standard for this strain. The cure was delightful, with nice resinous buds that were sticky to the touch, but gave way to crisp snaps of the stems. It is able to be squished without breaking, but you get a sense of the denseness and crispness upon doing so.  The smoke is where I love this strain. The nose translates very well to it's flavour, producing a sweet, sharp minty taste, and smooth creamy smoke. The terpenes on this strain leave me feeling like it's a creeper due to the strong effects I experience after smoking a joint. A prominent oil ring lines the joint with grey ash. The well flushed bud gives you some sign of it's quality in that regard. I've really enjoyed both thin mint's I've had from both HGA and bhang-bhang, and found them to be relatively similar in quality, which I find to be a testament to the quality of this one here from Bhang-Bhang 8/10

Hog's Breath - Bhang-Bhang - October

This was/is a 99er from Bhang-Bhang, and it was a nice, decent smoke. Terp profile isnt for everyone, this isnt your tropical/fruity strain. Not genetics by Thugpug, this is an oldschool strain, cross of Hindu Kush and Afghani. Functional indica high with not much couchlock. Burns clean and the nugs were small to large with nice coating of trichs. Very happy for the price point.

Slurrican - Bhang Bhang - October 2020

Smells of pungent spicy sweet earth. Beautiful purple hued caked flower. Super flavourful smoke tasting of dank sweetness with spicy notes. Cured and trimmed perfect, burns perfect aswell. High potetncy, felt it half way through my joint. Felt very europhic, then turned lazy. High lasting a good while. Quality - 9 Value - 8

It was very dense and it didn’t have much of a give to it. Nose: The nose was spicy and musky and earthy. Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to cut and grind. It had a good moisture level. Taste: The taste was sweeter and more piney. The more I smoked it the more I got the spiciness. Burn: It burnt good and there were no issues. Potency/Effects: This Dolato had a really good punch off the start and the potency built up well. The effects were very relaxing and it really mellowed me out. It would be good for evening or night time use. It had a good all around effect in my head and my body. It was not heavy but I was still very buzzed out. **Delato from Bhang-Bhang** **Visual:** It was a very nice looking bud. It was very frosty and sugared looking and there were lots of brown hairs all over. It was very dense and it didn’t have much of a give to it. **Nose:** The nose was spicy and musky and earthy. **Cut/Roll/Grind:** It was easy to cut and grind. It had a good moisture level. **Taste:** The taste was sweeter and more piney. The more I smoked it the more I got the spiciness. **Burn:** It burnt good and there were no issues. **Potency/Effects:** This Dolato had a really good punch off the start and the potency built up well. Lemonder from Bhang-Bhang Lemonder Final Pic 1 small.jpg Visual: This one had a cool look to it. It had an inner crystal coverage as the outside was covered in lots of multi coloured fuzzy hairs. They It had a light army green colour overall and the hairs were light brown, orange and even yellow. It wasn’t super frosty but I still liked the visuals. It was super dense and it didn’t have much of a give to it at all. Nose: The nose had a very big Kush and citrus smell to it with a bit of spice and pine. Cut/Roll/Grind: It ground up and cut up very easy. It was a bit sticky. Taste: The taste was also very Kushy and citrus with the spice and pine. Burn: The burn was great! Potency/Effects: This one had a good punch to it and the potency built up well. It was very relaxing at first with some heavy effects that slowed me down and made me sleepy. It really made me zone out so I feel it would be good for night time. It had a great potency level for me and it lasted a long time! Slurricane - Bhang-Bhang - Aug

There were some bright greens, some medium greens and some dark greens closer to the tip with some purple hues to it as well. There was a good amount of Trichome coverage and it looked very frosty near the tip. It had an inner density but I could still squish it a bit. Nose: The smell was very interesting. I got a sweet and sour fruity smell. It was also a bit spicy but more of a Chinese Food spice. Cut/Roll/Grind: It was very easy to cut and to grind. It was a bit sticky when I was cutting it and the moisture level was very good. Taste: I got that sweet fruitiness and a bit of a gas and skunk flavour that wasn’t really there in the nose. Burn: The burn good and it had a nice heavy smoke. Potency/Effects: This Slurricane had a good punch to it. It built up slow but to a strong level for me. I could feel it build up behind my eyes and it gave me a good body and head buzz. I could still think right after but eventually It got heavier and started to weigh me down. I really enjoyed it and I wanted to keep smoking it.
