Overall a decent trim with some extra sugar leaf in areas. The nose is very familiar to other Mimosas I've had, with a little cheesy twist to it that comes and goes, but is mostly of the creamy, citrus variety. The taste is much more complex, producing a medley of flavours that resemble sweet pineapples, peppery mangos, and tangy citrus. The type of smoke that sticks to the tongue and doesn't leave for a while. Very smooth in the bong, burning with a light coloured ash. A mix of Purple Punch and Clementine, combining for perfect, sativa driven effects. Begins with an uplifted and euphoric head high, followed by energetic, talkative vibes. Seems to pack a good potency as well, instantly feeling the effects after a small amount. My type of morning/afternoon smoke and a great example of Mimosa. Not the most pungent but it gets stronger upon grinding. The pink flavours really come out when smoked, with a smooth and tasty smoke that burns with a salt and pepper ash in a joint. The high comes on quick, beginning with a mix of heady and body effects that are relaxing and calming, yet functional and euphoric, with the sedation side creeping in towards the end. Said to be The Don of OG Kush strains, it had a woody pine scent initially but not the strongest. Jar time with a boveda improved that but it’s not until grinding that the buds release their full peppery spicy notes on top of a roasting coffee, OG-like nose. The spice and kush flavour is noticeable on exhale and tickles the throat on bigger pulls. The buds break up fluffy after their jar treatment and roll up surprisingly big. The effects are mostly indica leaning, slows everything right down which can make it hard to focus on tasks at hand but great for pain management and switching off. I find the cannabinoid levels to be high and the effects enjoyable, a good choice for Kush connoisseurs. The price was $32 for a 1/8th.

A strain of mysterious origins and trichromes covering each nug. Arrived with a kushy smell but after 24 hours boveda time in a jar the aroma developed more unique properties. Pungent with citrus and complex earthy tones that are difficult to describe. Buds pull apart and grind easily but leave my fingers stuck with crystals. Smokes smooth rolled in a joint and the flavour comes through as a light and earthy citrus with no harshness. Long lasting effects that seem to creep in unexpectedly 15 minutes after smoking. Happy, uplifted and focus give it a sativa feeling that eventually gives way to a calm relaxation over the course of a couple hours. A unique strain in terps and effects with impressive qualities all around.
