Skookum back at it with a punch to the face, Wapow! ​ Face Punch is a potent cross of Purple Punch x Animal Face. After some jar time my buds are smelling of sweet grape punch and citrus floral terps that are beyond dank and delicious. The buds are mostly are mostly medium sized and really dense. Full of crystals especially inside after pulling each nugget apart and very sticky icky lol. The smell alone after grinding lets you know your in for a treat. ​ The taste in a vape is very smooth and keeps the floral sweetness making it highly enjoyable. It also vapes plenty of vapor bags. ​ After a 0.9g vape session you understand why it's named Face Punch. Your first hit with a cerebral punch to the brain that eventually goes into a super soothing body high that left me highly relaxed but non couch locked. I was put in a worry free state that allowed me to kick back and watch some shows. Although the more you consume, the more a sleepiness comes in that can allow to fall soundly asleep making it really nice for night time. I did an afternoon session and fell asleep after eating lunch so plan accordingly if you want to enjoy in the daytime lol. ​ If your looking for a potent balanced hybrid with no ceilings Face Punch might be for you! Citrique (smalls) -Budmail- April

Although previously unfamiliar with the strain I didn’t hesitate to pull the trigger based on my recent experience with their smalls. In fact I doubled down and couldn’t have been happier. Smalls as advertised but still dense af and covered in trichomes. Overall , nice looking and very well trimmed. Stunning complex nose that screams sativa with notes of its indica lineage lingering in the background. Popping the lid results in a heavy wafting of citrus, something sweet I can’t place, notable hints of cedar, pepper, fuel, and a few other subtleties beyond my grasp. A real essence of spiciness fills a hungry nose. Great flavour. Grinds nicely. Smooth smoke. Respectable grease ring on the spliff. Always a key point for me. Very energizing and uplifting effects that also promoted creative thinking, yet calming at the same time. Very versatile smoke. I’m pleased to see BM has recently been offering a few different smalls options. Great balance between desire for quality and the reality of the wallet. I just placed another double o order and will review the ice cream cake after extensive sampling. Happy 420!!! Get high, stay toasty

Point break (popcorn) - Budmail - late March

99 bucks for the ounce of popcorn. Basically all very small and tiny pieces, the smell and flavour make up for that. Loving the smell of this, it’s very floral, citrus, and almost a cheese smell to it, translates pretty well to flavour. The smoke is nice, not harsh at all. The ash leans to the dark side though. Nice balanced high. Super impressed with this budget ounce. Value 10/10. Quality 7/10

Strawberry Guava - Budmail - Mid April

I transfered the weed in this container. It came in a can. The last can I ordered from Budmail was the strawberry jam which is the best strain I ever tried. For the Strawberry Guava, my expectations could not be higher as I heard a lot of great things about this strain. The nugs are what I came to expect from Budmail, good cure and frosted. The smell is just insane, almost overwhelming. It's smells like tropical fruit in my appartment. A bit of strawberry but not as much as I expected. Very promising I used a solo 2 to try this one. I don't taste the strawberry only the tropical side of this strain. It's quite delicious to be honest. I might update it later as I'm working right now. It was an expensive can so the value is at 8.5/10 and the Quality 10/10 edit: Just smoked a joint. This stuff is fucking insane. Better than the Strawberry jelly.

Strain: Premier Line – Dopamine (a cross of Falcon 9, Mimosa, and Jaeger) Appearance: large, compact density, with superb trichome coverage Odor: Creamy, Earthy, Floral.. So intoxicating! Taste: creamy with a touch of earth Buzz: Like its name, it’s one of the best ‘feel-good’ strains I've come across! It builds really quick, straight to the head, then makes your body feel super relaxed and euphoric Score: 9 / 10 Comment: very impressed with all of Skookum's premier lines I tried and especially with budmail. Point Break (smalls)- Budmail- March

So I struggled with some self awareness at year’s end and concluded that if I couldn't reduce consumption then budget constraints would have to be satisfied. Fundamentally I was spending more on weed than was fiscally responsible. These days attempts to limit consumption ended up in increased intake; kinda like teaching myself a lesson for trying something stupid. The end result has been that I haven't ordered from BM since the new year, instead exploring local budget options. I can honestly say that BM has ruined me. Sure, most of the flower I've gotten from local growers has been good, and definitely works just as well as the quads from BM, but it has still been a lesser experience. Typical of the lovelorn, or stalker, I would regularly check the site to see what I was missing out on and the second I saw an ounce of smalls for $99 I jumped on it. I had never seen smalls on the site before and was super excited.The only disappointment was they sold out before I could order two more ounces. Vibrant green buds with dark burnt orange pistils, and a healthy smattering of trichomes. Teeny tiny little bottom of the popcorn bowl nugs, BUT dense af! Seriously, like little pieces of gravel. Not as pretty to look at as giant colas but the aesthetics were the only shortcoming of this deal. Verbose terps. Cracking the jar released a waffing of floral and earth, with some subtle undertones. Overall complex and, although a hybrid, I felt the nose quintessentially sativa like. Tasted like it smelled with a peppery finish. Effects were exactly what I was looking for in my post work experience and/or lazy afternoon mode. Basically, made me happy and relaxed, but no burnout. They recently dropped Citrique smalls for $99 an O, and I didn't hesitate this time and grabbed two. Review to follow.

Doe si doe bubble hash, and island pink by royalty rosin - Budmail - late March

Same day delivery from Budmail. Rosin smells and tastes like a great pink, nice and smooth in the dab rig. Consistency is fantastic, high is sedating. The bubble hash is greasy and super tasty, like sweet earthiness. It’s easy to work with. Goes great in joints or bowls, has a nice balanced high. Will be buying more of both of these

Dutch Crunch - Budmail - Feb 2021 (Preview)

Third experience with this Dutch Crunch, which is an indica-dominant hybrid with lots of cerebral properties that make it one of my preferred productivity strains - have found it helpful for focus in small doses, while being potent enough to also offering some physical relief to go with its euphoric uplift each time Not completely sure of these next thoughts, as I don't have all the info and am only going on experiences, but this batch of Dutch Crunch was slightly more peppery/earthy/spicy and more grounded in its flavours than the previous two tins which expressed sweeter, fruitier notes of pine.. After much nerding, I ended up jarring the Aug + Oct tins together while keeping this Feb '21 batch separate, but could be wrong I also noted that this recent batch could've maybe used a longer cure, as I sourced right as it dropped and the first small nug I tried upon arrival was extremely acrid/harsh/unpleasant despite me thinking it was perfect humidity in hand.. then after two weeks in the jar, I found it tasted completely differently and more along the lines of what I was expecting as a pungent, skunky pine that moves into creamy, grainy and spicy/peppery flavours late. Slight touch of harshness compared to the earlier batch/tins that I think were a little better from a flavour + smoothness standpoint, less fruity/meringue notes on this one These huge, fluffy, highly resinous flowers were also unfortunately squished in the tuna can yet again, which only really matters from a photography standpoint and doesn't change much of the review/scoring If this review reads even more nitpicky than usual, that is to be expected since the prior batch was the 2nd highest scoring cultivar our Strain Database to date. Despite this batch being slightly less impressive overall, this Dutch Crunch is excellent functional pain relief and one of my favourite available-to-all MoM flowers that I've come across to date - my brain always answers by choosing this option when I think about what I want to smoke so it takes effort trying to conserve this jar, kudos to the grower + source Expected 416 Database Score: 90-93 AAAA-
