Looks- Very kiefy, conical shaped buds, dense and tight, nice and mature. Awesome looking peach coloured hairs, something you dont see every day. Shes a real looker! ​ Smell: A great mix of pine, kush and spiced wafers. This translates well to the taste. A creamy and spicy dessert type terp with some nice pine and kush notes in there. In the vape it tastes great! ​ Effects: The high is awesome from this stuff, and what I have come to expect from cookie strains. Nice and strong, without any uncomfortable anxiety. You get a nice light feeling in the head with a sense of wellbeing and happiness. The high spreads to the body but its not heavy by any means. Works great for migraines and chilling around the house or getting stuff done! ​ Vapor Quality: Nice and tasty, but not crazy loud. Smell matches taste nicely. For me it was vice versa - the nose was strong but the taste was just not a match. Same with the Hidden Pastry #8 I got a couple weeks back.

Previous to this the only Apple Pie I had tried was Hierbas which I enjoyed but wasn’t blown away by. This stuff is replacing Astro Boy as my favourite Skookum sativa. When I cracked the tin I was greeted with a bounty of beautiful deep green buds with tons of red hair and a smell of pine, lemon and cinnamon. The buds themselves are actually a little on the damper side, probably the dampest I’ve seen from Skookum, but irregardless it breaks off the stem very crisply, rolls and smokes perfectly. Taste matches the nose perfectly with an aftertaste of cake/cookie and lemon/ pine. Burns an off white with a hint of salt and pepper. The high is an absolute darling for me. Energetic and mentally expanding - I’m saving this stuff for days in my shop drawing and carving. Pairs really well with my afternoon coffee. I also found it to be one of the better strains I’ve smoked to take the pain out of my repetitive stress injury as well. Kind of just let’s me forget about it for a couple of hours. Burn out is minor and munchies are non-existent. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this strain. Honestly? I bought it more for my girl as she’s a bit of a lightweight and likes mostly only sativa but the fourth day of me having this I turned to her and let her know she better stash some away cause I’m going to burn through the tin right quick. Good for creative bursts, going out, watching movies or playing games. This is a versatile hit. Quality: 9.5 Value: 9.5
