Is there customer support for bulkbuddy that works? I tried the chat online, I emailed multiple times, messaged people on telegram. One person started talking to me on telegram but then ignored me. Messages on main thread were read by customer support but never replied. Is there anywhere else to get customer service? I lost the last of my money and I'm gonna be dry now 😕

Getting 403 error trying to reach the website.

i ordered a couple of hps from bulkbuddy sometimes its actually good sometimes its meh but steal for the price.. anyways my recent order 2 zips out of 8 are moldy.. i message their email they respond saying they coordinated with their team then ghosted.. sent pictures clearly showing the dangerous white mold and they dont care lol anyways stay away from a company who will willingly sell u mold and give u lung infections 💩

Have never had a problem but I'm being ghosted on a large order, no answer from chat, email, website. I keep hearing people say to try on discord but I cannot find them. Thanks for any insight

Classic bs. Ordered sum, never made it to me was returned to sender. Won’t refund, reship, issue credit, or even reply. Waste of time n money.

They are slow, they ran out of diamonds over the summer and so they gave me 50 credit in-store which they didn't add to my account. Took them over a week to figure out what went wrong. I was going to buy a oz of premium diamonds which is above there minimum of 300 shipping and the shipping value still shows and doesn't say free shipping instead 50 flatrate. Anyways you would think they would cancel my order so I could even go above their shipping minimum. Been waiting 3 days a got an automated response. I had to make a order on ganjagrams.
