Elephant Garden missing order update

very disappointed by how this is being handled.
spoke with someone from elephant garden who seemed very helpful at first but they said theyre not sure where ny order is and they have to wait for the company owner to see if they'll refund me.
after waiting for elephant garden to get back to me and not hearing anything I decided to try purolator and see if they knew anything. after waiting on hold for 20 mins they were unable to help me.
so after all this im still in the same damn spot; out the money and product and now out the damn time i spent trying to contact these people and purolator.
im very dissapointted as I ordered from them about 7 months ago and was impressed and then I recommended them to a bunch of people ( im in the trades so I talk to a lot of people all the tkme) and nkw I feel like an idiot for recommending this company.
I know most of you won't give a damn but I use reddit to review most things before I buy and im writing this as a warning.
TL;DR If you want to donate money, get no product and waste your time, elephant garden is for you!
P.s unrelated but a few years ago I bought Qwest pre rolls pretty consistently and one time they were missing a pre roll so I emailed them saying that I didnt want compensation or anything but wanted them to know in case its a problem; these people apologized immediately and sent me a gift basket full of apparel, grinder, papers, pre rolls and flower. I recommend QWEST to anyone who will listen

High/Effects - Mochi Gelato producing a close to evenly balanced slightly indica favoring high (60/40). Overall it has really nice bag appeal. Deep purple tones mixed with deep dark green, wrapped in bright orange hairs. Smell leans heavily on a strong earthy and pine profile and taste with a strong gassy punch. Potency feels above average and does what you’d expect from a heavy indica.

This stuff is loud, bright citrus/tropical up front with a sweet berry backend, and the nose translates damn near perfectly to taste. Buds are sticky, frosty, nice density with some give. Burn is clean, light ash, oil ring, smooth the whole way. No harshness. Effects sit right in that sweet spot, uplifted, focused, a bit euphoric without getting racy. Ill rebuy.

A very old batch I got back on February. I have only finished it today. Quite average to be honest that's why it takes so long for me to smoke.
* Smell like berry, it certainly is sweet but I wouldn't say it's blueberries. It's more earthy and surprisingly has a slight citrus scent.
* Burn poorly and It didn't product a lot of smoke compared to the other strain that I bought. It does have sweet berry flavour.
* High is light but heady with a clear focused vibe. Didn't last long but it's still decent.

Got a Sunset Gelato (1g) Full Spectrum Honey oil Cartridges (the color is more amber than distills)
Effects i'd say it's a calm, awake and euphoric type of high. I ate some food also it was like 100x better than usual, i watched some pink panther and it was amazing. It's a good hybrid, I'd take this for winding down or social event. It's basically a alternative for flowers, like if you enjoy flower but need to be discreet. also helps with depression in my case, makes me feel more happy, get some work done, etc.
Taste wise, It tastes like cannabis air, kinda like when you open a fresh pack and get that first strong wind of it.
its also a 510 cart so that's convenient! but yeah overall good oil
