Scent - A sweet and gassy petrol heavy terp with undertones of coffee and earthiness. Mmm I could smell this all the time and never get over it. Visual - light and dark greens for the bud. Smaller med sized. Pretty dense. Has a decent amount of orange hairs. Pretty moderate on trichomes coverage it's everywhere just not super heavy. Smoke/burn - burns completely white and it's light and smooth. Just a really fantastic smoke. Exhale - a sweet petrol diesel taste. Effects - makes my eyes close right away, but it's not sedating just the terps makes you need to close your eyes for a bit. Makes you feel like everything is moving much slower and much funnier. Nice uplifting body buzz. This one is perfect for all day use.

Mac & cookies - emerald castle med - December 2021

These guys reached out and sent out some samples for reviews. 3 strains, 1 gram each. They sent me bear dance, Tom Ford pink, and this. I enjoyed this one best. Buds were nice and sticky, but a bit leafy. The smell was unique, with a bit of floral sweetness, with some dough and a slight cheese funk. The flavour translated pretty well, tasted more like gsc with some cheese. The smoke was smooth with no throat irritation at all. The ash was grey with some darker specs, small oil ring. The high was a perfect for a balanced hybrid, nice bit of energy and focus at first. Overall I’d say this is 7/10 quality

Platinum el chapo from EmeraldCastleMed. Kudos for them, Most of MOM don’t date their inventory. I can see this be a pain to manage for them. But overall, It’s for the benefice of the clients, I’m sure i am not the only one who appreciate this. The product was fresh, And still sticky icky. This strains tastes and smells like, Earthy, Pine, With a nice hint of spices and sweetness. That’s a good strains for inflammation, ADHD, Headache, Cerebral high, And for the munchies. High 8/10 Terps 9/10 Rosin Yields 22%

Wedding cake from EmeraldCastleMed. Freshness and quality is definitely their mantras. Those were nice fresh and dense nuggets, With beautiful trichomes. Probably not the best trim job on that’s one though. Burns nice and clean. This strains tastes and smells like, Earthy and fruity, With a herbal and sweetness upon exhale. Good strains for ADHD, Stress, Depression, Giggles, And for the munchies. High 8/10 Terps 9/10

Solid green appearance to these buds with purple tones throughout. Lovely coating of milky trichomes and clusters of orange pistils. Quite dense and compact with a fairly sticky texture. Loose trim leaving some sugar leaves covering the nuggets This strain has a pungent sweet candy like aroma with a subtle earthiness that’s all mixed in with a fruity vibe. The aromas translated into the flavour nicely with this strain. Leaving for a sweet and rich taste. This one started off with somewhat of a cerebral high, that soon transitioned into a hazy feeling creeping down into my body for a nice balanced relaxing vibe that can be enjoyable throughout the day. Forest greens with dark purple hues throughout & clusters of dark orange coloured pistils with a decent amount of trichomes covering these nugs. Alright trim leaving a couple sugar leaf behind. Quite a dense and compact structure to these nugs. Unfortunately it arrived quite dry and sort of just crumbled apart with a slight squeeze to the nugs. The aromas were quite muted I believe due to it being so dry. I was getting a herbal fragrance with notes of pine and a chemical like smell in the mix. I unfortunately wasn’t able to get much taste from this one. This example had a mildly calming high with some very subtle relaxing properties that seemed to fade not long after smoked. This strain is rated at AAAA+ Personally I feel this example is a solid AAA- Note: Strain received for purpose of review.

Bear Dance Big Buds x Emerald Castle Med x Late Nov '21

2nd part of my pick up at Emerald Castle: Bear Dance. Supposedly high THC Sativa dominant strain. Ounce bag came with 2 of these huge 6-7 gram buds. The other few buds in the bag were fairly big as well. Had a sour fruit and skunky taste that was fairly marked in the smoke. Not sure about the THC rating as I don't usually see things marked that high, but the initial effects were quite strong. Very happy but also very confused at the same time for the first few minutes. The rest of the high was very active and focused with constant energy. 10/10 on this deal. Is rated AAAA+ on their site at $128 per O on sale. Not sure about the + but definitely in quads territory. Would buy this again for the price tag.

Sensational bag appeal. Gorgeous deep purple and forest green buds with enough trichomes to cover your fingertips when handling. The flavours are an interesting medley of velvety cookie dough, spicy cinnamon and skunk. Vigorous aromas that are present right out of the bag carry over into the smoke. On the whole, a very rich smoke. Prefer this one in a vape as I get more of those sweet birthday cake flavours. Excellent cure to boot. The initial effects are heavy and spacey but euphoric and hit almost immediately. The spacy bit eventually calms leaving for a longer lasting euphoric state of mind that does not affect productivity as it has an added element of focus present shortly after the initial effects. Overall happy with the price I paid ($160 for an ounce using the rest of my points on Black Friday) for a higher end AAAA flower. Always happy to deal with the tremendous guys and gals at Emerald Castle!

Smells absolutely amazing, never had a strain smell quite like this.. so sweet and almost bubblegum like, yet having that rotting GMO funk in the background. High started out super euphoric, I was laughing endlessly.. eventually working it’s way into a sedating and couch locked state.
