Mike Tyson Sourced from Gorilla Jane Had this my first order with them. I seen this drop again and had to have some. Appeal : 9.5/10 absolutely huge massive nugs once again. First time around it was the same. Hand sized nugs. Firey orange hairs popping out behind the dark green and pretty purple hued little foxtails coming off these massive nugs. A generous shinning amount of thc and trichomes covering this. Could of trimmed a bit better I guess. Nose: 8-8.5/10 exactly what Mike Tyson is. Not room filling but absolutely loud and nice smelling. Classic skunky earthy gassy and musky. Sharp and all very present. Taste: 8.5-9/10 The accuracy is perfect. All in right order you get the exact nose. Gassy thick skunky smoke with a musky earthy back end. Almost woody a bit. The purity was good, It's thick rich smoke. Not necessarily super mouth coating but definitely not airy nor smoky/ashy. Ticke the nose smoke. Longevity is good but it does get taken over by the earthy and skunk. Gas dies away a bit. Not the loudest again which is where it lost points. But definitely a great classic smoke. Potency: 8-9/10 Anywhere between that range depending on your tolerance but this was a classic sleeper. Cerebral is very hazy and dazy off the bat with a minute by minute increase in couchlock and body numbing. Super heavy body focused high. Overall: 8.5-9/10 this was a fantastic classic hard hitting strain grown very well. I loved this batch. In terms of comparison I think this batch is a smoother cleaner smoking experience but last batch maaay have been a tad more potent. But everywhere else was on par. Value: 8/10 150 a zip before any code. That was the QP price per oz last time. Great tag for a gas lover.

Death Master Ultra - Gorilla Jane - March 2023

This Death Master Ultra was some super huge pretty buds. A lovely dark mix of greens and purples complimented by dark orange pistils. Really nice stickiness to this flower but still easy to roll. The smell is a pungent fuel with a earthy fruitiness that has some serious depth. Both of these notes translate perfectly to the flavour profile. A great strong fuel note that really coats your mouth nicely. These buds burned cleanly. A light grey ash with small black spots and good oil ring. The smoke was heavy but remained smooth and enjoyable. There is a quick onset of uplifting euphoria as you first begin smoking. This uplifting euphoria soon swells into an ocean of relaxation that washes through every bit of your body. Very potent sedation with long lasting heavy effect. Lineage: Descendant of OG Kush This half oz came with mostly medium sized buds few smalls. Gorgeous bag appeal a mix of olive and sea green colours, blackish purple hues, further embellished by red-orange pistols, and a copious amount of white crystal trichomes. A dense springy structure along a very good cure, buds were tad crispy on outsides, great moisture, and moderately sticky. The terps were pure gas, heavy skunky pungent chemical gas. Undertones of spice and herbs were especially apparent when grounding or taking buds apart. Hints of earthiness was also present. Flavour transitioned just as good. Slightly spicy with heavy gas and skunk during inhale, along faint lingering pine notes, which all ended on a smooth, herbal, and skunky exhale. Flavourful all the way through. Pretty solid burn quality, although it was pungent was rather smooth and clean tasting. Bong hits hard thick smoke filling lungs without any induced coughing. Joints combusted slow and greasy. Ash was mostly light grey with some peppering. Tyson packs a serious punch (no pun intended). A heavy total body buzz starting off with quick cerebral effects, while the physical side were creeper like and gradual. Buildup starts in the eyes then makes its way throughout limbs and muscles for a deep full out relaxing feel. Heavy couch lock takes over with course of time leading to a very restful sleep. Im very satisfied with this purchase. It's too bad I wasn't able to try their previous batch, but I have no complaints with this current one. Will definitely be looking foward to more, it's a real gas lovers treat and surely a heavy indica. At $149 per oz there is some very good value here for proper gas. Rating: 8.5/10

Great score from Gorilla Jane, I’m a terp chaser , and this flower makes me very happy! Overwhelming Sweet Gas! The buds are fresh, spongy and sticky. Creamy smooth smoke, white with specks of grey ash. Very strong buzz that fades away rather quickly with no burnout. I’d get more if I had more cash!

Mac x Cereal Milk - Gorilla Jane - Late Feb 2023

These medium size buds had a nice bag appeal with range of colours from mint green to dark purple, and were heavily caked by amber trichomes giving a lustrous finish on the appearance. Along with a good cure and moisture content, buds were considerably sticky when breaking apart. Structure however was more spongy and fluffy, little leafy in composition as well. The grounded herb was sparse, airy, and loose. The nose was milky creamy with an overtone of spicy citrus and pine, while there were undertones of funk, earthiness, and very faint burnt rubber, possibly stemming from the lineage in Cereal Milk. Flavour transition was not bad, was creamy and nutty throughout, and although some notes didn't fully translate, the overall flavour was still present. Smoke quality was just good enough. Joints combusted rather quickly but was greasy and had no problems staying ignited. It was preferably smooth for the most part, only getting a little rough coming down to the end. Ash appeared fluffy at times burning salt and pepper all the way through. The effects are moderate and well balanced, full bodied that's not overwhelming making for a suitable daytime smoke. There was some burnout for me coming down at the end, but this is something I always notice with Mac or Mac crosses. My personal grading of this batch would be AAA+ based on factors mentioned above. I would class this as a budget smoke, perfect if you're looking to save while not compromising too much on quality. At $109 per oz it's good value for what it is. Rating: 7.4/10

Lineage: Pink Kush variant These buds are medium sized with a tight dense elongated structure, and are caked with white crystal trichomes giving a frosty appearance. A bit of an aggressive trim but the cure is really good along a mid-level of stickiness. The terpene profile was dank and pungent just like Death Master Ultra, but I did find the notes a tad more sharp. The aromas are sweet, very floral, piney, gassy, with undertones of creamy vanilla and subtle earthiness. It all translates well to taste and wasn't too spicy, but so gassy almost overbearing the vanilla notes that trailed behind. Exhale was earthy and floral. Smoke quality was pretty good and I didn't notice any issues during combustion. Bong hits were solid giving a nice kick in throat and chest area. Joints were slow burning, clean, and smooth, also very greasy with an oil ring from start till end. Ash was mostly white but had some salt and peppering at times. The effects of this Pink Kush variant were fast and strong with a higher than average potency. It hits very similar to Death Master Ultra, starting off with an euphoric heady buzz that was instantly a mood changer. The deep relaxing full bodied effects left me partially functional, only to succumb to sedation and drowsiness not long after. With heavy indica effects it's best suited for late evenings and nights. On the whole my experience was satisfactory. The way I see it, Doughboy Pink is just marginally better than Death Master Ultra in regards to overall nose, flavour, and burn quality. A little more pricey at $150 oz / $450 qp before discounts, but not terrible by any means. Still good value for pretty decent gas. Rating: 8.4/10

Lineage: Death Bubba x MKU Been on the search for some good gas, pinks, and heavy indicas as of recently. I've had Gorilla Jane on my radar for quite some time, and with their recent drops I decided to give em a try. The bag appeal was pretty good. I was greeted by fresh, dense, medium sized buds, though not too compact, retaining its shape after compression. Buds appeared to be hand trimmed, very sticky and resinous with a solid cure, easily gumming my fingers and grinder. The combination of greens, purple, and orange, topped off by a fair amount of milky crystal trichomes were aesthetically pleasing. The terps are indeed loud with strong, dank, skunky fuel and pine aromas followed by hints of floral, lemon citrus, and earthy notes. When breaking buds apart or compressing the smell of gas and pine intensifies. Flavour transitioned nicely, not mild but rather pronounced as I was able to distinguish individual notes. Was also a bit peppery on inhale, but ended smoothly with some floral and earthiness. Smoke quality gets a respectable pass. It burned greasy intermittently, never went out, and combusted slowly. It was preferably smooth for a pungent smoke, and never once had me coughing. Ash was light grey, but at times did burn a little hot. Certainly a heavy hitter, this is one to save for end of day when there's nothing left to do. I felt instantly happy being in great spirits, a bit giggly at times, all during a floaty heady haze. Not long after physical effects became dominant, transcending into heavy couch lock and relaxation, as my entire body felt soothed and pain free, ultimately leading to a great night's sleep. It was a good first experience, happy I had made the decision to give these guys a try. They seem to have some decent gas and so far I've had no issues with this drop, except for the rare occurrences when the ash burned hot. Overall, it gets my recommendation especially if buying an oz or more, as the value greatly increases at that point. Rating: 8.3/10

Value: 9/10 was a great price and they also threw in a fat free 8th with this order. 4Gs of 12 day TFPK ? Quality: time will determine this, but it's a hard 8.5/10 for me so far. This could be a 9er, if this high lasts and keeps its depth. Love this shit ? ETA: This came on the best kind of day for me. This is an awesome smoke for a cold, dreary, rainy day like today. This is creeping to a 9/10 on a personal level, maybe 9.5 if I'm fast asleep just after lunch. Awesome weed ?
