I was impressed with the potential. It was a bit leafier than I expected yet it isn't as leafy as it looks in the pictures. The buds were dense, tight and up to golf ball in size. Taste, it has a strong flavour of what I used to say was "windex". Hard to describe, but it is in a good way. It's this oily/gassy/greasy green flavour. The high, I get very high and can feel it in my face pretty quickly. Even though it is potent, it is functional potent. 8.5/10

Well if you needed on more post saying DMC is the real deal here it is. Buds are covered with crystals and smell amazing. They were mostly small to medium but dense and breaks up nicely. Burns with a nice oil ring and taste just as good if not better than it smells. Nice, thick and flavourful smoke. I have a personal rule when it comes to HGA.. if this or the Death chocolate mousse is available it’s a no brainer, that’s what i get. Never get tired of this stuff. ...and here is the obligatory “dm if you want a referral code” blurb. Cheers!

Death Mint Cookies - High Grade Aid - December 2020

Product Review So just came in today is the new batch of Death Mint Cookies from HGA. It is being advertised as "One of the Best Batches of the Year, highly recommend!". Initial thoughts, pungent and funky gas aroma, almost meaty, super funky.. Nice sized nugs, very dense, very sugar coated, very sticky, gum balls as per usual with the DMC. Super tasty and gassy batch, tasty down to last drag, super clean burn huge oil ring and white ash. Gummy and chewy, buds that will stick to your fingers, taste like minty expensive milkshake :) Obviously same grow team as the DCM but yes this strain has a bit more loud terps and gas and more pep it seems:) Will Update later on but initially I can say that their claim "about one of the best" is probably fairly accurate :) Will Update :)

Scored a zip of the new batch recently. HGA is not lying. This is the best DMC I have purchased. Absolutely awesome bag appeal. Nice purple colors in the buds. Potency is what you expect from DMC. Not as heavy as the DCM. Better high though for all day use. Great for the price on sale. Burns awesome Probably best cure and bud structure ive seen of the dmc ive tried. Highly recommended! Q:9V:9

The buds were mostly smalls, and kinda hard to bust apart. Bit the taste was smooth and smelled like sweet pine. Both were on point and one of a kind. The high lasted awhile, and not bad for the price.

Death Mint Star -- November -- High Grade Aid

Q: 9/10          V: 9/10 Being a fan of the famous Death Mint Cookies, I decided to give this strain a shot. It definitely did not disappoint. The nugs are fairly small and not the most dense, but that being said, the humidity is perfect and good trim. The smell is basically identical to DMC, but maybe even more gassy due to the Rockstar genetics added. Extreme gas terps mixed with those delicious kush and cookie dough terps follow through on the flavor. I find this strain hits really hard, as it is just a more intense indica version of DMC. Anybody who likes the other flagship HGA strains should also enjoy this.

Very nice honey oil flavour! I’m not usually one to purchase vapes but I saw a lot of positive reviews and liked that there’s no additives like a lot of other distillate carts. Ceramic tips and great coils. The flavour and high are very nice, more of a heady sativa high for me. Got it on sale but forgot how much I paid, I think around $25 for .5ml. V:9.5 Q:9.5 Edit: if they would bundle these for like 5/$110 or 3/$75 as a regular deal I would buy them up in a heartbeat. I just checked and the regular price is $38 which is a little high in my opinion. $30 would be a 10 for value.

This was the whole oz dumped into the box and a quick pic, ill try and remember to edit better ones into this post. Couple of tiny pieces as you see but good stuff other than that, not enough to notice really. Trim is decent, not leafy but bushy looking green OG color with orange hints, nice gassy pine nose, gets louder with humidity in a jar. Pine Sap Gas could be another name for this batch of tuna, looks and smell wise. Potency is where the value is at with this oz, really chill indica stone. Social, happy, slightly euphoric mood boost, nice weed to smoke in a circle in a snowy backyard talking with friends. Smooth smoke, no throat scratch. Earthy pine taste. I actually really enjoyed this Tuna and it's medicinal effects. Appetite & mood boost, muscle relaxation, good for sleep. I would personally rate as a solid AAA.
