Sherb Peanut Butter Cookies- HGA - Nov 2020

This was my first time ordering from HGA. My friend orders from them a lot so I've already tried a few of their strains before. I ordered this on Black Friday along with 4 other strains. Those included a 50% oz of DCM and all the others (this one included) were 20% off. Not a bad first order to make! I chose to review this one because I haven't seen too much love for it, at least not recently. I already had it for about a week but am glad I waited to review it because my friend came by the other day with some Peanut Butter Breath so I got to.compare the two. I personally find that both have a really nutty aroma but the Sherb cross even more so. Additionally, I find the PBB more savoury while the Sherb cross is more sweet-tasting, really how a PB cookie would taste. Suffice to say, the taste of this strain is a real pleasure. I'm a nut/PB freak so this is right up my alley. As far as the effects go, what can I say, other than pure relaxation. Compared to the DCM I find this strain to be considerably more sedative. Let's put it this way - my partner and I were screaming in anger at each other and after taking a few puffs she just stopped and went to lie down. The smoke itself is what you'd expect from a grow of this caliber - smooth and hard hitting at the same time. Ash burns peppery but on the lighter side for sure. Buds are mostly quite well cured (that is to say I've seen better but its up there - seems to be the case for a lot of HGA flower). Don't want to comment on the value as I did get a discount. Overall I rate this an 8.4/10: super tasty (in a subtle but not super subtle way) and very relaxing/verging on knock out-y. Seems to calm the mind really nicely but you also dont really feel like doing much after. The best time to smoke this would obviously be after dinner.

Had to grab an OZ of this on the 50% off sale. 1st time I get ebc. I will buy this strain again. Very nice medium to small buds and no popcorn or shake, hard dense buds that are a bit dry but even the small have a bit of stickiness. Trim is very good. Nose didn't knock me out on opening bag, now in a jar the nose should improve. I find the nose subtle but nice, earthy musky cookies. Jar will help. Taste is good and I find it smooth, I enjoy this one. Vapes well in a mighty vape. Earthy/cookie/kush and you get almost a garlicy aftertaste. As for effects, nice body buzz creeping in. Really helps with body aches. Euphoric, happy and relaxing indica with a couch lock but my head is ok to function, so far lol. Got it in under a week to rural ontario, so cudos to HGA for getting it to the PO asap, and CP doing a good job of getting it to me. Grabbed an oz for $86 on the sale using points and incentives. House Hybrid Crazy Glue - HGA - December 1 2020

Decided to treat myself to some HGA on black Friday. I ordered some BC trees vape carts (not sure how good they are yet, need to test more) and some flower. As you know HGA had 50% off all regular priced flower. I'm really glad I got this Crazy Glue. It's a perfect hybrid. Two pretty large buds and some nuggets comprised 3.5g. I vaped it in the Mighty, cannot comment on smoke yet. The flavour was pretty weak but the effects were great, as was the cure (one of my longest lasting Mighty bowls lately). Reg. Price was 28 bucks, so for 14 dollars for 3.5g, the value was 10/10. At reg price the value would still be good 8/10 or so. Effects I would rate a solid 8, very enjoyable balanced high which led me to some snow shoveling. Cheers, enjoy your evening gents. Edit: btw, MOMs that throw in moisture packs at no additional charge are underrated.

This Death Chocolate Mousse from HGA is so frosty and very potent. Couch Lock for sure. HEAVY HITTER. This strain is not for the new kid on the block lol. Overall this strain is a 10 out of 10....grown well....cured well...trimmed nicely. Gassy as Fuck 10/10 Potent as Fuck... 10/10 FLAVOR 10/10 I can taste cookies and a hint of chocolate. But grabbed a nug it was squishy, dry on the outside and tore it open for some pungent gassy stickiness. Really impressed, nice vapour, tasty and hella potent in a mighty. The L.A. cookies are a bit dry and smaller buds, nice terps on it, enjoying the citrusy sweet gassy flavor (much improved overnight in a glass jar with Boveda). Vapes nice in a mighty. Enjoying it as a day strain as I don't find it very potent, but it's a nice smoke tasty and smooth. Tried the HVE carts for the first time, very happy with them. Super citrusy hybrid strain. Think fresh pink lemonade with hints of earthy musk. Sweet and tangy at the same time. Very tasty and unique. Head and body high. Buds are light green and mostly medium size. Burns very clean with nice oil ring present. Again, like smoking lemonade. True quad right here.

During the Black Friday week sale I decided to try this House Indica Pink OG Kush from HighGradeAid. It was shipped within a couple hours of ordering and arrived 2 days later with Canada Post, a very good experience altogether. With the 20% off coupon and review code I paid less than 120 for this ounce, a really great price. When I first opened the bag, I was fairly disappointed. There wasn’t much smell at all, and a quick glance in the bag was not anything special. Once I transferred it to a jar that changed though. The buds were all stuck together and had to be pulled apart they were so sticky. What initially appeared to be scraggly leafy buds turned out to fairly dense and coated in trichomes, just not the tightest bud structure. They ranged in size, mostly being smalls and a couple popcorns, with a few mediums mixed in. The trim isn’t too bad actually, there are some unnecessary leaves here and there but it’s mostly well trimmed. The bud structure is what initially threw me off guard, it’s not as tight as I’m used to. Once ground up, the smell really comes out, it’s a very sweet, pink scent. Not overly pungent but distinctly there. After a few days in the jar that smell started to come back out in the buds as well. The smell is where I would say this bud is lacking. It smokes incredibly well actually, completely smooth tokes with a nice burn and that sweet pink kush taste is noticeably present also. The potency is there as well, it’s one of those strains that takes a minute to kick in but then it’s quite nice. Strong head high with body sedation as well. Easy to overindulge and get a slightly dizzy head high I find, due to that creeper effect. It’s not as potent as the DCM obviously, but it’s a solid AAA+ and at the price I paid a fantastic value. Overall I’m very happy with my order, I don’t regret taking a chance on this strain. Great value and fast shipping, good experience with HGA as always. 8/10
