Ghost Train Haze from Hornet’s Buds Cultivator: Enigma Extracts Cross: Ghost OG x Neville’s Wreck Sativa Dominant Hybrid Visual: They were short, squat buds that had lots of sparkly crystal all over. They were a light and dark army green with fluffy light orange hairs. The buds were very dense. Nose: The nose on this one was very pungent as well! It was a sweet and sour lemon with a kushyness. Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to cut and grind and it had a bit of a lightness to it. The moisture level was great. Taste: I got lots of the lemony citrus which was a bit spicy, and I got the kushyness as well. It was very flavourful. Burn: The burn was good. The ash was clingy, it burnt slow and steady, and it gave lots of smoke. Potency/Effects: The effects were energetic and uplifting. I got a bit of a buzziness and it got my brain going a bit eventually. I didn’t get many effects in my body; it was mostly cerebral. I did get fuzzy feet which I get sometimes from potent Sativas. It is a good daytime strain. Crunk Boat - Hornet's Buds - March

Crunk Boat from Hornet’s Buds Cultivator: Onyx Phenos Cross: Grape Bubba x Tina Balanced Hybrid Visual: It had a natural look to it and a bit of colour variation. One of the buds had a lot of purples and other buds were just green. It had lots of frosty crystal and orange wispy hairs all over. The buds had a bit of a squish to them but with a density to them as well. Nose: The nose was earthy with some grape and gas. It was a bit more pungent when I opened it up with the same. Cut/Roll/Grind: It was very easy to grind and to cut up. It wasn’t very sticky to the touch, but it stuck to itself quite a bit. It said that it had minimal seeds, but I did not find any at all. It had a very nice moisture level. Taste: The taste was earthy, and I got some of the gas and spicy grape. Burn: The burn was good. Potency/Effects: It wasn’t very punchy, but the effects built up well. It was a bit uplifting in my brain making me talkative and giving me a bit of buzzy energy. It would be good for doing something creative during the day or evening. I got a good buzz in my head and it worked its way down for a relaxing effect. Donny Burger - Hornet's Buds - March

Donny Burger from Hornet’s Buds Cross: GMO x Han Solo Burger Indica Dominant Hybrid Visual: They were medium sized buds with lots of fat, sparkly crystal all over. It had some light greens and forest greens with hints of purples at the ends of the leaves. It also had patches of fiery orange hairs all over and it was very dense. Nose: The nose had some citrus and a bit of a savory spiciness with some earthiness. It was kind of a meaty smell but not as rank as a Meatbreath. Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to grind and to cut up. It was very sticky, but it didn’t get caught in the grinder or get squished up while cutting it. It had a great moisture level. Taste: I got quite a bit of the citrus and that savory meaty spice from it. It was very flavourful! Burn: It burnt very well, and I got lots of smoke from it. Potency/Effects: I got a big punch in my nose and it built up well. I got some good all around effects and I felt a very good buzz in my head and my body. It really slowed things down and messed up my brain a bit. It would be good for evening and nighttime. Island Pink and Comatose smalls from Hornet's Buds - Feb 2020

I figured I'd try out Hornet's after seeing a few good reviews here. I ordered on Saturday and I received the tracking info on Monday showing it was accepted by CP around 2pm and found out they are located in Quebec, at first I was disappointed because I'm in northern BC and shipping usually takes over a week to get here. I was surprised to see it show up on Friday. Both of these smalls are from Enigma Extracts and came in regular old ziplock bags. Some people don't like the basic ziplock bags but being smalls and the price I paid (135/oz before a discount) it does't matter at all to me. They are mostly pea to popcorn sized chunks and are very dense with no shake or extra leaf anywhere. They have sweet gassy kush smell . I'm not sure that I could tell the difference between either of these strains in any aspect, one tastes slightly different in a joint. At first I thought they may be the same strain. The ash is salt/pepper on both but the smoke is smooth and has a good flavor afterwards, you can tell this is smalls from a high quality crop, unlike the popcorn from AC Medical I also received a sample of AAA+ Lindsay OG , it smells nice, has good flavor to it and smooth smoke. Overall i'm very happy and will order from them again in the future even though it will take an extra 2-3 days longer than MOMs from BC. Quality 8/10 Value 10/10

King Congo - Hornet Buds - February 2021

The hairest nugget I ever did see... I want to comb it and braid it. Not a lot of smell came off these flowers until I grinded it up which filled the air with creamy lemon and citrus. The buds are slightly airy as I had to grab another little nugget to complete my joint. The lemon citrus presents initially sweet on the inhale with sour notes on the exhale. This is a fairly smooth smoke with little to no harshness. The effects are classic Sativa and very enjoyable. I feel happy and energized, but not overly social. I am stimulated and focused on chores at home, and can easily tune out the rest of the world.

Romulan - Hornet Buds - Late February 2021

These beautiful buds are dense and have a soft bounce-back feel. They are sticky to touch and smell heavenly delicious like sweet doughy pine? and berries. I really could smell this strain all day long... The taste translated through to the smoke, which was super smooth with zero harshness. This made one delicious joint I easily finished by all by myself. The potency is really good? I'm feeling relaxed and calm, with warm waves flowing down my legs. And the price is fantastic, don't think twice on this favorite #Indica strain of mine!

Platinum Girl Scout Cookies - Hornets Buds - Feb 2021

The Platinum Girl Scout Cookies by Hornets Buds arrived smothered in white crystal trichomes covering the light green buds. The smell of ripe sweet berries filled the air upon opening the bag, and grinding it up smelled so good you could eat it. This flower was quite dense, but easily grinded up to roll an even, fat joint. Luckily the sugary smell transferred beautifully into the smoke, which was pleasant and smooth with an aftertaste of candied berries and fruit. Potency is decent and feels very much right down the middle hybrid. The most obvious effect is the happy boost in my mood. Excellent value!

Purple Haze Punch | HornetsBuds, January

One of the smoothest smokes I’ve had. My favorite flavor profile as well. It smells like grape soda! Tastes spicy and a bit like grape candy. The high was my favorite high ive ever had to this date. It was super fun and since I react greatly to sativa and indica, this being a hybrid went very very well with my reaction to weed. I received one enormous nug as a gift from him! I am extremely pleased with my transaction on HornetsBuds
