Mimosa - Kootenay Craft - (Late) Oct
/u/Honest710Reviews
# Mimosa -- Kootenay Craft -- (Late)Oct (**16/20**)Packaging: Came in a small little plastic container perfect to fit a Quarter. It had a cool gold hand written label on the top identifying which strain aswell as a white label with all the information about the bud on the side. In the pack also came a nice sized Boveda that I carried over onto other things after these containers where done (**18/20**) Smell: What a crazy fruity aroma, as someone on reddit said its battle of the fruitiness. It carried all those lemony type smells and it was just an overall amazing aroma. (**19/20**) Appearance/Texture: All of the buds where amazingly frosty and just felt so soft and light. The container was just filled to the brim because of how fluffy the bud was it almost felt as if you got over scale. The texture was that of Styrofoam and rice crispies it made a satisfying noise when you split it apart.. (**20/20**) Burn: Bud burned awesome not much to say. (**20/20**)Potency/taste: This is one of those strains where I wish I had grabbed more. This bud was just amazing for a day time smoke I would find myself smoking tons of Mimosa throughout the day just to get those medical benefits without feeling the crazy Indacouch indica feelings. The taste carried threw so well that i started rolling just crazy fat joints because it tasted SOOOOO GOOOD! TOTAL RATING: **93/100** Final Thoughts: Fuckin amazing ! ^(All totals are summed up by 5 total categories, each category contains a total of 20 points value. Jager - Kootenay Craft - (Late)Oct

Jager -- Kootenay Craft -- (Late)Oct (**16/20**)Packaging: Came in a small little plastic container perfect to fit a Quarter. It had a cool gold hand written label on the top identifying which strain aswell as a white label with all the information about the bud on the side. In the pack also came a nice sized Boveda that I carried over onto other things after these containers where done (**17/20**) Smell: Wow this bud just was super pungent and deep. I cant put a name to this smell its another one of those unique smells that is just so special to the strain you can't really describe it. However I can tell you it does not smell like Jagermeister (**15/20**) Appearance/Texture: Opposed to the Mimosa strain I was smoking these nugs where just super dense and small it felt like you actually got chinced i ended up scaleing it to make sure and low and behold it was 7.2 but looked like it was MAYBE 4.5 . The texture of this bud was just rock solid you could throw a nug at someones eye and potentially cause damage. (**20/20**) Burn: Bud burned awesome not much to say. (**18/20**)Potency/taste: Wow the bud was super strong I usually find strong indicas put me to sleep but this one however was just super mellow and enjoyable I ended up bringing the rest of this bud with me to a friends house out of town and he said that this bud was just absolutely crazy and he sees why I enjoy smoking top shelf strains. The taste was so creamy as if you where hitting a Volcano vape the taste was just absolutely insane! TOTAL RATING: **86/100** Final Thoughts: The bud has such a unique flavor and smell you got to try it atleast once. ^(All totals are summed up by 5 total categories, each category contains a total of 20 points value. Purple Tango -- Kootenay Craft -- Nov

Purple Tango -- Kootenay Craft -- (Late)Oct (**16/20**)Packaging: Came in a small little plastic container perfect to fit a Quarter. It had a cool gold hand written label on the top identifying which strain aswell as a white label with all the information about the bud on the side. In the pack also came a nice sized Boveda that I carried over onto other things after these containers where done (**17/20**) Smell: I can't put my finger on the smell that I get from this strain however I would say it is a little weaker of a odor then most strains I have had recently which is kinda nice to be honest its a more suddle smell that really captures your attention, wish I could describe it. (**17/20**) Appearance/Texture: Again Kootenay is off the charts with appearance the bud is super fluffy with THC just caked everywhere the buds where all fair in size around 1.5 each. The texture was so soft and brittle the nug just was ready to be smoked. There was a lot of different shades of green all over this bud and little fan leaves that had a huge hit of purple that really added a nice ascetic to the nug. (**20/20**) Burn: Bud burned awesome not much to say. (**17/20**)Potency/taste: At first I noticed the flavor was a little off and kinda gross I pulled threw and smoked the whole thing just to see what the strain had in store, and found the flavor getting less gross around the middle and evening out with the resin that would build up. I found the buzz that kicked from this strain was worth the flavor, this was a hybrid at its best it really have you the body buzz of the indica with a mental like high of sativa. What a cool buzz, which this was in a concentrate form ! TOTAL RATING: **87/100** Final Thoughts: Kinda weird taste, really wicked buzz. You decide :P ^(All totals are summed up by 5 total categories, each category contains a total of 20 points value. Sometimes a score may be low due to a certain aspect of the evaluation. I liked this stuff, I ordered the Lime Pop from GD last week and was not happy with it, this is more what I expect craft cannabis to smell and taste like. I look forward to trying KC again.Nov 07, 2019

Living Soil Grease Monkey - Kootenay Craft - Oct 2019
/u/416strains
Arriving as impressive stocky medium colas of good humidity, this **Living Soil Grease Monkey** is the indica-leaning hybrid of notable parents *GG4* x *Cookies and Cream*. These dense, well-trimmed buds have a satisfying pungency of sweet skunky fuel, leading with creamy, nutty flavours that ease into an earthy diesel profile, maintaining an impressive musky pungency throughout the enjoyable experience, and finishing with spicy, rich undertones. Offering a trippy cerebral buzz that starts in the temples, followed by calming physical relaxation, with couch-lock and possible burnout in higher doses, this Grease Monkey was effectively potent. Efficacy & Potency: 9/10 Aroma, Taste & Enjoyment: 9/10 Bud Structure & Visual Appeal: 9/10 **Score: 90-93** **Grade: AAAA** \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ (This was the fourth of 5 top cultivars we chose to review during our anniversary week as a way of celebrating some of Canada's best) Full Disclosure: This is a donated product that will result in 7g of flower being gifted by 416 Strains towards our Cannabis for Good initiative. Zurple Punch -- Kootenay Craft -- (Late)Oct

# Zurple Punch -- Kootenay Craft -- (Late)Oct (**18/20**)Packaging: Came in a small little plastic container perfect to fit a Quarter. It had a cool gold hand written label on the top identifying which strain aswell as a white label with all the information about the bud on the side. In the pack also came a nice sized Boveda that I carried over onto other things after these containers where done ! (**18/20**) Smell: Just like Jelly Breath this strain carrier crazy terps aromas that bursted out of the jar when you unscrewed the lid. It had a fruity undertone followed by a punchy gas dankness that just hit you in the face and turned your lips sour. (**18/20**) Appearance/Texture: This bud was 2 for 2 with Kootenay being absolutely out of this world for appearance. Each bud was super soft and had crazy fluffy THC sticking millimeters off of the bud. Each bud was so soft and when you ripped it apart you actually didn't want to smoke it yet rather have a photo shoot with the high times magazine bud. I couldn't describe how soft and fluffy this bud was it was SUPERRRRR easy to roll with. (**20/20**) Burn: Normally I hit you with the 'Burned alright', 'Burned like it should' But this time I got a funny story I went to put this joint out 3 times becouse I had to take a leak really bad during smoking it AND THE FUCKEN THING JUST WOULD SOMEHOW REIGNITE!!! This had me cracking up normally I got weed that goes out if you dont hit it often instead this was the bud that never wanted to go out. ahaha. (**18/20**)Potency/taste: Loved the buzz from this flower. at a 70% indica and a 30% sativa I found the ratio to be perfect to keep me medicated aswell as have just enough energy to keep carrying on with what I wanted to do. I absolutely loved the flavor this bud produced it was fruity I couldn't name the exact fruit but it was super pleasant and enjoyable and sits up there on my top 20 strains. TOTAL RATING: **92/100** Final Thoughts: So far Kootenay has crazy terp profiles that are just blowing me away at every jar. I plan to keep ordering any of there Zurple's, Punch's, Jelly's or Breath strains as they all carry CRAZY flavors. ^(All totals are summed up by 5 total categories, each category contains a total of 20 points value. OG Kush - Kootenay Craft - Oct 2019
/u/416strains
Arriving as smelly small nugs with intact pistils and ample protective trim, this **OG Kush** has a familiar aroma of pungent, dank kush in the jar. After initial woody, musty/herbal notes, this humble indica eases into earthy, slightly sweet kushy flavours that should be well-known to most. Offering a mild, energetic buzz followed by stoney relaxation and improved appetite, this value OG Kush was of moderate potency. Efficacy & Potency: 7.5/10 Aroma, Taste & Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Bud Structure & Visual Appeal: 7.5/10 **Score: 82-85** **Grade: AAA** \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Full Disclosure: This is a donated product that will result in 7g of flower being gifted by 416 Strains towards our Cannabis for Good initiative. Monkey Mints - Kootenay Craft - Oct 2019
/u/416strains
The attractive cross of *Grease Monkey* x *Mint Chocolate Chip*, these **Monkey Mints** arrived slightly dry as fluffy medium nugs with intact pistils and minimal signs of handling. Though not as loud as we’d like, this indica-leaning hybrid has a pleasing pungency of creamy, nutty mint in the jar, leading off with woody, minty flavours before maintaining a nutty, fuel-like sweetness for the remainder of the enjoyable experience. Offering a buzzy cerebral stone that settles into physical relaxation, with dry eyes as a possible adverse effect, these Monkey Mints were of moderate potency. Efficacy & Potency: 7.5/10 Aroma, Taste & Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Bud Structure & Visual Appeal: 9/10 **Score: 86-89** **Grade: AAA+** \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Full Disclosure: Subsequent to our reviews, we are humbled that Kootenay Craft has become one of our approved charitable sponsors.
