Cactus Breath- Kootney Craft- June 2019
/u/cartel132
Wanted to post a close up since there's been a bunch of photos posted on June batch. Shows just how beautifully grown this flower is, tons of full triches. Taste / smell appearance all 5/5 in my books.Jun 14, 2019

It's pretty decent, nothing like their description though on their website. A good daytime bud for me.Jun 11, 2019
kootenay craft: lso purple princess, strawberry jerry, zombie og, jorge’s diamonds

Kootenay Craft https://kootenaycraft.com/ couple of weeks ago we decided to try kootenay’s buy-four-7gs-get-20%-off deal and sample some more strains. happy with purchase. we like kootenay craft weeds, find them clean-smoking and smooth overall, and strong in all the right ways. their smoke induces a genuine sense of well-being in many cases, and all the strains we’ve tried so far are pleasant and unique to smoke. we do have our favorites but overall the biggest challenge with any order we get in from kootenay craft is not smoking it up too fast. here are some quick comments on individual strains with photos. jorge’s diamonds : glad we got some of this when we did as it sold out fast : a must-buy when it comes out again : smooth smoke and a deep smooth stone : plenty of head-grip focus within a cushion of feel-good : distinct, strong sense of well-being, body-numb : had some food distress from overeating, pained belly, etc., decided maybe jorge’s diamonds might work and it did; nice physical relief, nice focus, glad it was on hand : a sweet deep body stone : unique and special living soil purple princess : dark crystal buds might as well have come from a henson movie or another planet for that matter; big, chunky, mysterious : earthy smell, mellow sativa buzz wrapped in an indica body blanket : kind of covers all the bases: ensconcing and energizing : nice to smoke with a strong high and a workable focus : sometimes the focus seems to taper off with this one, at least on occasion, but when it does it settles into lakeshore dreaminess and a nap is in order strawberry jerry : we wondered if the gang at kootenay craft gave us a bit extra of this but we had no scale on hand to be able to tell; regardless, we thank them for selling this great fun weed : chunky buds with a super strawberry smell : childhood memories of supermarket neapolitan ice cream : energetic, lots of head effects, plenty of pulsating brain rhythms : a level focus with bounce as good for a mosh pit as a writing sit : comes with a body buzz so the sativa is not as aggressive in the chest as some but definitely a head-gripper : potent, not too heavy zombie og : inexpensive and unique : this is an example of kootenay craft emphasizing uniqueness : big fluffy buds : this one has a distinct mellowness which has unfortunately gotten a bit lost in the shitstorm of stoniness that’s been going on, and it usually gets smoked at end of evening : we love it’s smoothness and it amply delivers a sweet body stone that has all kinds of ripples and highlights when it’s the only thing smoked; otherwise it serves as an above-average base paint for finishing the day’s impressionistic ride we appreciate kootenay craft’s efforts to produce exotic cultivars which deliver a friendlier heavy stone. this feels like where weed is going, towards a healthier life accompaniment and lots of sunny stone rays and spacey days. praise be. thanks for reading old cootJun 11, 2019
Cactus Breath from Kootenay Craft June 7th

I've noticed a lot of the pictures of cactus breath on here do resemble a cactus. It must be the way it grows.Jun 10, 2019

I've yet to try strawberry Jerry, sorry. Really nice grassy, sweet smell and taste. The boveda it came with was rock hard after a week, I switched it out with a new one. I feel like it's starting to make a difference, but I'm almost out now.Jun 08, 2019
Cactus Breath - Kootenay Craft - May 2019
/u/416strains
Arriving on the dry side as attractive, dense, well-covered medium colas and smaller cones with minimal signs of handling, this **Cactus Breath** (*Cactus* x *Mendo Breath*) has a sweet, uniquely-zesty/fruity nose to match its distinctive cactus-like appearance. After initial woody, herbal notes, this exotic indica-leaning hybrid eases into a pungent, earthy/hashy ‘*Breath*‘ profile (that may not be for everyone). Offering hazy cerebral euphoria and relaxing (sometimes tingly) physical effects, with dry eyes as a possible adverse effect, this Cactus Breath was of above-average potency. Efficacy & Potency: 8/10 Aroma, Taste & Enjoyment: 9/10 Bud Structure & Visual Appeal: 9/10 **Score: 88-91** **Grade: AAAA-** \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Oct '18 batch was more potent and slightly heavier/muskier/spicier in its taste, but arrived quite dry and as lots of smaller, caked buds. This new batch is slightly less potent but better all-around imo.. This May '19 CB is much terpier after jarring and has a more enjoyable hashy profile, though I imagine that more time could've improved this cultivar further. We were gifted 7g + also decided to purchase 7g as I knew I would want a few friends to try this.. Ended up gifting some to a May contestant with great IG + Weed Tube content as well, so we'll also have a (hopefully fun) collaborative Part 2 to this Cactus Breath review at the site shortly =) Full Disclosure: This is a donated product that will result in 7g of flower being gifted by 416 Strains towards our Cannabis for Good initiative. Subsequent to our reviews, we are humbled that Kootenay Craft has become one of our approved charitable sponsors. Please visit our Community Resources page for more details – 416 Strains is committed to grading every strain objectively for our Canadian cannabis database.Jun 01, 2019

The name does it justice, tastes and smells like fresh melons. Burns very clean, really smooth and I find it pretty stoney @ only 17%, can't wait to see it restocked soon.May 29, 2019

Romulan from Kootenay Craft May 28th.
/u/ConestogoGreen
This being a mid grade bud from Kootenay Craft. I will definitely be trying more of their mid grade buds in the future. I was genuinely surprised by its potency. It has a citrusy, grassy and a hint of hot garbage. An odd smell, which is what we like.May 29, 2019
