This Pacific grass is truly amazing and trustworthy, always sends out quality products at even more affordable prices after the September 1st update! My order has been on hold despite sending out my payment after placing my order, until I received an email notification that it is about to be canceled. I was about to call my bank and file a dispute but good thing customer service is quick and fast and we were able to figure out that I’ve sent my payment to an old EMT which I used to saved… I have not ordered from PG for a while and I had not known that EMT payment email has been changed as all MOMs do. A simple quick fix of resending the payment is all was needed. My bad as I have skipped the instructions on the order page about the new EMT. But thanks PG anyways for the help!!!
