Placed my second order with them last week. First order had no issues, no complaints. Everything went well. The second order was not as smooth as I expected it to be. The parcel seem to got lost for a day. Tracked the parcel via the tracking link they sent me and when I checked it shows delivered, but nothing shows up on my door. They advise me to wait for a day or two as CP scans are not always real-time which is always the case. True enough, and thanks to my good neighbor, it turn up on the door late in the afternoon and he handed me my parcel. The delivery man delivered it on the wrong house number. Now I’m back to being happy. Good thing customer service is fast and quick!!! Hands up PG!!! Thanks for being patient with me.

Buying items here to help me with my sleep but one time I encountered a little glitch with payments but the guys were so superb to rectify it. Everything were all figured out and it was a satisfaction on my end. It was a relief… It’s not about the money… The order was supposed to be shipped out yesterday. However, another day won’t make all that much difference. Once you reach my age you’ll understand. I am not a vindictive person., especially at my age. I am quite satisfied! Thanks!
