Smells very strongly of earth and dirt. Not very hard which is nice as it made it easy to work with. I had has in the past that would crumble. This stuff is much more malleable so it's easy to roll snakes. I found it to have a spicy peppery taste. It makes for a nice addition to any green (good to have on it's own too). Quality - 8/10 Value - 8/10

White Cookies - Phatnug - March

An interesting sweet and musty smell. Definitely a little on the older side as you can tell from the colors and oxidization. Nugs don't look bad however. They have a good coating of trichomes throughout. The taste of the strain was on the muted sweet side. You could tell that it was there but a little too subtle for my liking. Burn was fine and the smoke was smooth. I find cookie strains to all be on the mild hybrid side. White cookies was a little more sedating than I expected due to the appearance and smell. Quality - 6/10 Value - 6/10

Gorilla Glue - Phatnug - March

The nugs have a mild spicy, musty smell to them. It also has a weird sweetness to it. Nugs look a little on the older side. Similar to their White Cookies, the smoke was smooth with a good burn. Also found the strain to taste very muted with some pepper. I found this to be on the weaker spectrum when it comes to Gorilla Glue. Definitely not what I expected as GG is usually one of my favourite strains. Quality - 5/10 Value - 6/10

Oh sorry about that. It's Alaskan Thunder Fuck! It's a pretty potent sativa dominant strain with a unique profile. Smells like a dank gassy kush with lemon, pine, earthy and skunky understones. I personally love it and prefer it over typical haze sativas.

Purple Rockstar - PhatNug - March 13

BC rockstar with an even more gassy and dank profile with the inclusion of og kush. Also with sweet piney and spicey notes that sting the nose. Real heavy and thick smoke that is strong but not harsh. The high is almost immediate and you feel the low eyes,body buzz , the whole 9 yards, after a few puffs. The buds are quite sticky and resinous and have a nic mix of greens and purples with a fairly good trim.

PhatNug - C99 - May 2018

Bought 28g of the new batch of C99 from PhatNug, the new batch is a different phenotype than their previous one so the description wasn't really accurate. The buds themselves are caked, light green in colour and the nose of musty cheese. I was a bit confused as C99 is usually more like rotting pineapples or sweet earthy grapefruit. Turns out there is a very unique pheno type of C99 called C99 F42, i've only ever found one reference to it and it's on the [microgrowery subreddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/microgrowery/comments/66cvyo/cinderella_99_f42_rotten_meat_old_cheese_phenotype/). The taste is much like the nose and the effect is much more indica then I'm used to for C99. The high starts off racy and energetic with some brain fog, then lets you down into a mellow lethargy - probably good for daytime pain management. PhatNug Overall rating out of 10: 2 Sign Up: Relatively easy, a third party portal handles the age verification process so there is very little wait time for your new account to become active to make purchases. Ordering & Pricing: Pricing is definitely on the high side, even with the one time new customer promo code 'phatnugdiscord' or 'discordphatnug' i forget which. I ordered 28g of what was presented as C99 and theorder process was smooth. Two days passed before my payment was accepted, it was sent Tuesday and accepted Thursday night, package arrived Friday morning. the 28g with promo code was still 221. Shipping is free over 200 so at least that was a small bonus. Communication: Mike the Phatnug discord rep is cool and responsive and genuinely seems to want to help. It was him who alerted me that C99 was back in stock on the site. Packaging: The package left much to be desired, it got here ok and the smell was minimal which is surprising considering it wasn't vac sealed. I suppose they figured it would only be in transit over night so no big deal. Edit May 14: The part that really bothers me is the duct tape provided no function, it wasn't sealing the container in anyway as i was able to lift the top without cutting or ripping anything, the worst part though is the clear part of the container is the only part that is recyclable but the duct tape glue residue now makes it garbage. What I actually received was a really musty cheese / skunk variety with zero nose profile to that of Cinderella 99. Thinking I was crazy I took out what remaining C99 I had from last fall to compare. The photo shows my C99 bud on the left, and the PhatNug C99 bud on the right... I even captured the PhatNug photo side by side to compare. Two out of three are distinctly Cindy. I smoked a small half gram joint as the final factor, the effects were energetic, foggy, lethargic, then ultimately disphoria with a headache... the typical cheese/heavy indica reaction I get. I've only seen one mention of this and it's on a subreddit, so it's very possible PhatNug got their hands on the extremely rare cheese and meat pheno of C99. The effects are entirely different from traditional C99 as well, but that's just me. Be aware, it's possible the descriptions on the site are not updated from batch to batch. Update 2: May 14 Still no word from PhatNug, i had to reach out to them. Still no update to the product page so I really don't know what's going on but from my perspective this MoM is not reliable at all.
