Skookum

So nice I got it twice, let’s review Grandaddy from GetSkookum. The cross is Katsu Kosai x Grandaddy Purp. Never heard of the first one but let’s dig in. Appearance: 9.5/10 - pretty fantastic, the purple flourishes of colours, the still sticky cure, the hand trim, great bud size and formation. Has some wow factor. Smell: 9.6/10 - this has a very intriguing mix of purple popsicle, lacquer/Chem, and anise. Leaves my grinder smelling grapey sweet for a whole day after. Flavour: 9.6/10 - everything above translates well, it is grapey, gassy/chemmy, but ever so smooth. Burns to a very light fluffy ash. High: 9.4/10 - very potent, this hits harder than a 31% THC pre roll that I tried on the legal market recently. I’m left feeling physically languid and sloshy, but focused. Great gaming cannabis, or creative project fuel, not so much for get up and go. Overall: 9.5/10 - one of my top 5s from GetSkookum this past year and I’ve been tasting lots. Face Off OG x Animal Mints fuel, citrus and sweetness.The flavour profile is bright and floral. High is on from first the hit and then the couch lock up begins. Ash is light grey and very easy on the throat. As always cks all quad boxes

Really happy I got a chance to finally try out skooknum. Definitely worth all the hype. Also the 420 deal was something too good to pass up @ 100$/tin. This batch of ultra Pink was perfect in every way and I am sure other members can attest this. Nose is pungent and reeks of sweet kushy gas. The flavour has more smooth vanilla than gas. But the gas definitely comes through. The visuals and feel of the bud is top notch. The perfect balance of crispness and stickiness. The burn is extremely slow and the flavour is consistent throughout the whole session. Lastly the potency definitely above average and is long lasting. I can honestly say this is a top 3 smoke. Value 9/10 Quality 10/10

Purchased on a 4/20 sale but just getting around to smoking it now. Overall the bud smells very fruity and gassy. Not very sticky to the touch but once broken up the bud sticks and compacts perfectly for joints or bowls. Good amount of kief in the buster lid after each grind as well but infind the high to be a little lacking. At the time of purchase they had about 7 strains to choose from and this strain had the highest thc % according to them. It burns salt and pepper in joints (forgot to take a burn pic) and is fairly resinous when smoking joints. Skookum is very expensive for my liking (even with 420 deals) and the shipping experience with Canada Post was terrible (took 19 days to ship/arrive from BC-AB). I realize that is not Skookums fault, but it sucks having to place another order from a different MoM while you wait for the original MoMs order to arrive because of delays. Overall im glad I tried them but I will stick to the more budget friendly MoMs. Nose: 8/10 Burn: 8/10 High: 6/10 Bag Appeal: 8/10 Shipping: 5/10

AAAA cks all boxes 10/10 dieselly, cream, and spice with a hint of menthol mints. Burns to cleanest of white ash. Two big colas and few lil pieces made my 1/2 zip

Wow wow so so good! Got the 420 sale and so happy I did. Large sticky nugs nicely trimmed and ever so pretty. A strong solid high throughout the body this is a heavy hitter for sure. Amazing potency and terps this is another skookum strain that is a must try!

Sweet sugary powder candy fuel gas and a bit of funk with amazing bag appeal and rock hard dense buds. Without a doubt, the best quality I've had from skookum and better than their staple MCC which I also have. As soon as you light it, you're getting a sweet tartish chemmy gassy kind of taste thats so smooth and burns nice and white. The MCC oil ring and ash is prob a little bit better but the terps on this are on a next level. Not sure if it's a runtz cross but it's up there with the best I've had all year. High was perfect too, chilled out and uplifting and carefree. Vape or joint, it was flawless. No irritation or scratchiness. Just the perfect treat to enjoy with the nicer warm weather.
