Watermelon Zkittlez Diamonds - The Natural Remedy - August 2020

I've only ever tried this strain once before in flower form so I was extremely excited to try out these Watermelon Zkittlez diamonds. A very nice peaches and cream colour and complexion, with a granular, caviar like texture and consistency. Extremely easy to work with as the moist, sticky diamonds clump together while scooping out a dab. The smell of this stuff is actually very reminiscent of an artificial piece of watermelon candy, or even more fitting, a watermelon skittle. The taste is more subtle but still has a sweet, fruity flavour on the exhale. A super clean and smooth dab at 600 on the enail, allowing for huge hauls as the vapour is very forgiving on the lungs. No unwanted residue leftover either. I found the effects to be mostly all in the head as the high was a spaced out, heavily euphoric type. It just put me in a very giddy, all-around, happy state as it seemed the type to enhance or uplift one's mood. Lasted a good amount of time as well, feeling the buzz long after the dab session.

Canna-Oil Plus (75% thc, 1% cbd / gram) - The Natural Remedy - August 2020

This is The Natural Remedy's version of what we mostly know as Rick Simpson Oil or Phoenix Tears. It is made in house from their own flower. Comes in a syringe commonly used for oils and distillates and is very easy to dispense. 1 gram of oil, with a content of 75% thc and 1% cbd. The oil is rich, thick, and dark in colour just like the original. There are many ways to consume it since it's completely edible. This is my second time trying this product but I went with my favourite method, eating it. Peanut butter is great for this as it helps to overpower the strong cannabis flavour which can be a bit spicy and plant matter like. Some people may prefer to fill capsules with it too which is a clean and great alternative for finding a perfect dosing without the taste. A very potent high once it completely takes hold (amount and tolerance play a big factor here) as it creeps up hours later. It can be extremely mellow and relaxing in smaller doses and more psychedelic in larger ones. This is a fantastic product overall and helps with a myriad of ailments and symptoms like pain relief, anxiety, depression and much more. It definitely won't be the last time I try this amazingly effective oil.

Green Crack God - The Natural Remedy - July 2020

A few more pictures : https://imgur.com/a/xNvT7bc This colourful and super frosty bud of Green Crack God was very easy on the eyes, with a lovely combination of greens and purples, accompanied by clusters of wavy orange hairs. The purple streaking also continued right through to the core. Dense and sticky icky as well, but grinds up to a nice consistency that is great for rolling. A very aromatic profile with notes of hash and roasted nuts followed by sweet undertones of herb and pine. Even though it's not my favourite terpene profile, I can still appreciate it. The taste was identical, with predominant flavours of roasted nuts and peppery hash. Extremely smooth in a joint and bong, burning to a light grey ash. This one seemed to be substantially stronger than most Green Crack God's I've smoked as this one leaned quite heavily on the indica side with it's potent couch locking effects. It was slightly cerebal as well in a zoned out way, but mostly physical in nature with it's relaxing and calming body stone that had me feeling lazy long after smoking making this one ideal for a slow day.

It's one of my all time favourites and this one from TNR is an absolute beauty and arrived in one unit of a nug. Weighing around four grams with a very sticky and firm texture. The colours are terrific, with shades of greens and purples, highlighted by vibrant pistils and milky trichomes. The cure is on point as well, having the same feel as some of my top shelf strains in the stash. Extremely sticky and a grinder will be much appreciated when breaking up this beautiful bud. This stuff smells amazing. I just can't get enough and I'll find myself opening the jar or grinder more than usual to take a little sniff. Sweet, doughy goodness with hints of creamy citrus and a splash of mint. Every little nuance comes out in the flavour when smoked as it's very terpy and tasty. Super smooth and enjoyable with every puff from start to finish, producing a light, salt and pepper ash. The high matches it's flashy looks and flavourful profile as well. Potent and long lasting indica-hybrid effects that deliver on a physical and mental level. Strong bouts of euphoria, with a zoned out head stone and tingling body effects. I always say this strain is the perfect after dinner smoke, offering a great balance of relaxing and mood boosting qualities. Really loved this one.

Sweet Jesus - The Natural Remedy - July 2020

This is my first time trying this strain which is a 2017 High Times Sativa winner and a cross of Jack the Ripper X Hell's OG. Very dense and solid bud structure on this cone shaped nug, feeling the weight when handled. Olive green in colour, topped with a decent layer of long stalked crystals and rusty orange hairs. Not extremely sticky but not dry either, sitting somewhere comfortably in between. Definitely not a common aroma/flavour profile, with the closest strain I can compare it to being Crunchberries. The smell is a mix of sweet and sour berries with hints of pepper and herbs. Identical taste when smoked as well, with it's spicy nature giving the throat a bit of a tingle. It was still very smooth, with a light smoke that was easy on the exhale. Also a hint of citrus in there that wasn't noticeable in the smell. Burned with a salt and pepper coloured ash. The sativa effects were very much highlighted early on in the high. An almost immediate reaction after smoking one average sized bowl. Definitely the Jack at work with a racing kick of energy and a powerful, potent head high. As time went on, the high transitioned into more of a body buzzing stone that had relaxing, euphoric traits as well, treading more into hybrid waters. Great wake n' bake or getting things done strain as there is next to no burn out.
