I received this as a substitution for something else and I'm glad I did. I usually don't smoke sativas but was pleasantly surprised by how potent it was while still leaving me functional/energized. A very uplifting and couchlock free high. I find it to be a perfect day time smoke. The whole oz consisted of ~6 very dense but somewhat dry, frosty nugs with a nice tight but not flawless trim. It smells very sweet with strong aromas of fruitiness. It vapes very well and burns down to a clean somewhat white but mostly dark ash. At 75/oz + any discount/promotion it is well worth a try for those looking for a sativa with good value for the price.

The buds are quite small and aren't very dense but are otherwise very sticky and frosty. The trim is nice and tight with only the occasional sugar leaf still attached to the bud. It has a well balanced somewhat dank and sort of earthy but somewhat sweet smell to it. Not a great description but it smells like what you would expect from a tuna/pink. It burns down to a whiteish but still somewhat dark ash. At 65/oz + Discounts/Promotions it probably has the best value out of anything I have tried at TopShelfBC. Very potent for the price. Well worth a try if you are looking for something decent at the lower end of the price scale.

Ordered early in July and received quickly. Weed looks great and more colorful, pictures don't really have good lightning. Trunk Funk (2 buds): Buds were pretty sticky, and a little bit of purple on them. They are average to good size buds. The smoke is a bit harsh but it has a pretty unique flavor. Unfortunately, not really any strong 'funk' or 'skunk' flavor with this batch. I also found a few seeds in a couple buds.. Weed is still pretty good anyway, for the price. Not really sure how to describe the flavor, tbh. It's quite unique but it's not a really pungent flavor, imo. Cactus Breath (1 bud): One of my new favorite. Really unique taste (I'm used to oldschool stuff, so a lot of those new strains are new to me), taste a little bit kushy, like mandarine or clementine and a little bit of green apple. It smell wonderful, the buds are huge and gummy. The high is pretty good. This strain has a lot of different terpenes. It doesn't have a really strong flavor tho. It can be pretty subtle. Some like it, some don't.

Tuna Kush (AAA) - small to large sized buds that are lighter green and also trimmed very good with very little to no shake left. Some buds were over 5 grams and are dense and sticky. Is a strong indica strain and has a smooth and earthy taste and also really hits you. Has a relaxing and sleepy effect, best before bedtime. Definitely one of the better and more affordable strains I’ve ordered and will probably order more of it!

Ordered this during the 4/20 sales of this year, but let’s get right into it. Pre-98 Bubba. As can be seen from the pictures, the nugs are pretty dang frosty, even more so on the inside as well. Nugs are super dense, and smell is straight gas with some pine. Taste is similar, but honestly i’m not the best at discerning it through a bong, which i’ve smoked most of this through. Smoother than average. Quality : 7.5/10 Value : 10/10 Hawaiian Punch. I have very mixed feelings about this one, i wish i had taken the time to say weigh out a quarter and then deconstruct it for the smokable stuff and then reweigh it. That’s my way of saying this was really quite larfy, leafy and stemmy. Don’t get me wrong, there was still some nice tric coverage on the calyxes and sugar leaves, and what you can get out of it is a very nice smoke, problem for me is i think probably about 1/4 of the weight ended up in leaf and stem, and the amount of labour required to get the smokeable stuff out. As far as nose goes, a bit grassy, but there’s still the classic hawaiian punch coming through of fruity and sweet, as far as taste, again i’m not the best placed to speak on this, but a bit of a sweeter smoke than the pre-98. Pretty smooth smoke as well. Hopefully the next batches are more in line with their prior quality.
