They had great customer service. They answered my questions promptly, sometimes live over the chat and sometimes through email. They were polite and professional. In order to place an order on lots of sites, you have to verify that you're of age by sending in photo ID. This can be a pain if you're antsy about receiving the goods on time. Luckily, someone in the live chat at West Coast Supply verified my ID on the spot so I didn't have to wait. This is actually why I initially chose WCS. I bought four packs of shatter and they're great! The taste of their Charlotte's Web is particularly good (chocolatey, cinnamon type flavour). The shatter did arrive... uh... shattered. But that's to be expected, considering it flew across the whole country in only 4 days (this is a good shipping time for where I live). They did bubble wrap it and tape and seal it up properly, so that's all you can do. In my experience, mail order shatter is usually broken on arrival. It's an easy fix if you just reheat the shatter by holding the whole paper envelope against the side of a hot cup of tea and stick it all back together into one sheet. The quality of the shatter I got from WCS was better than what my street guy gets, yet it cost less. This is because WCS has such great deals, discounts and incentives. I availed of their 40% off site-wide New Year's Week sale. I'm just waiting to run out of the shatter I just bought so I can order from WCS again. Going forward, I won't always have to desperately try to coordinate my schedule with my extremely busy local dealer. Thanks WCS!

I order from these guys all the time, and they just recently updated their site! Wayyyy better! A lot faster and easier to navigate! They also have been having some huge sales! I love Platinum Blueberry! This strain is my go to strain for daytime. It keeps me motivated, and, focused, without making me tired. Sweet blueberry & berry taste! Same with the aroma, with a very subtle hint of coffee. And the high! Wow. Dense, sticky buds too! Next to nobody else except West Coast Supply has it in stock regularly. WCS all day!

Within a week I received the order and that was fast coming from BC to Ontario. Everything I had ordered was in the package. I just forgot to put the gift item in the cart so I didn't receive it. Make sure to put in your gift because they are worth it and product is excellent. I had 6 distillate all with good smooth draws and taste. They did what I needed them for in taking care of my pain. The two pack of pre-rolls were amazing. The Amnesia Haze did a great job of mental stress with a head high and the Chemo took away my major pain concerns when needed while relaxing me to help fall asleep when needed.
