Hempstar is an all time great that I grew up on. Famous OG strain that I had to grab for 420 to help me reminisce of the good ole days. 17 years ago... I was smoking this strain all through high school and for many many years after. It was the go to for quads where I grew up. You couldn’t get it all the time but when you did all your friends knew what was up. This stuff from Kootenay craft is an absolutely perfect representation of the strain. Bag apeal to the max, as usual for hempstar and KC. Huge nugs with crazy light green and an even more yellow colour inside, multiple layers of trichromes throughout! High: love hempstar high it’s so relaxing and focusing the perfect combo! Really helps take the edge off at the start of the day and lowers my anxiety and stress. This strain is high to medium high potency that won’t burn you out hard. Burn: this weed burns clean and it’s got an amazing cure to it. Still sticky and fresh. Burns slow with a smooth exhale. Taste: this tastes like the early 2000’s to me but more pronounced for sure!! Amazing way to reminisce on the wonderful and dank hazy terps of this all time OG.

Do-Si-Dos X GMO. Huge dense chunky nugs, sweet pastry and gassy diesel smell, was difficult to break apart but grinded up nicely. Clean smoke, grey ash, very tasty, for sure taste the dosidos more but just enough of the gmo is in there too. Almost gives it a cookies-ish taste. A pretty good hybrid high, more indica leaning. Overall some real good stuff. Quality 8.5/10 value: 8.5/10

This arrived as a giant, chunky nug and a small nug to complete the weight, pretty caked all over despite a seed (more below) and noticeably better humidity than most of what we've tried from this source. The strain is completely new to me, but the source has "Jupiter 7" listed as being a phenotypic variation of Jupiter OG (Chemdawg 4 x Goliath) In the jar, I'd describe its nose as being earthy/piney, kush and sour, while still retaining a bit of gassy sweetness. Very terpy The experience mostly matches, with some woody/chemmy notes early that settle into a pungent gas-dominant experience, with a little bit of harshness about halfway unfortunately.. Then concludes as a refined, 'roasted' earthy/kushy sweetness that is quite smooth. Definitely one for gas lovers This was my favourite of what we tried from this source last month despite the premie seed (2nd, 3rd pics) on the large nug - shouts to the growers who helped me take a look, as none of us were really sure what those tiny square/leaf shaped orange/yellow attachments to some of the trichome gland heads are (1st pic).. From photographing other flowers, my guess was that it was pollen - but again, nobody so far has seemed sure or had regular experience with viewing buds at 2-4x magnification Pretty solid potency so far as a stoney relaxant that hits up top first before settling into general relaxation.. Arriving as a large (unfortunately broken) cola and smaller nugs to complete the weight, this Do-Si Pie (Do-Si-Dos x Velvet Pie) has a nutty, woody, gassy sweetness in the jar, which matches some of my favourite prior experiences with Do-Si-Dos The experience begins the same way, as an earthy, gassy sweetness with a kushy, woody pungency, then as it continues, I get a gas-dominant, kushy/Cake-like sweetness with peppery/spicy undertones. The spicyness or pepperiness definitely kicks in with a vengeance, while the gassy, doughy/grainy sweetness is maintained. Overall quite smooth and flavourful, def enjoyable and familiar As always, potency is the last characteristic I usually feel comfortable gauging, but I have this at about 8.25 Potency in our scale as an effective indica-dominant hybrid that offers plenty of euphoria, a bit of a heady buzz, some body effects and an overall sense of relaxation. This Pink Island is super coated in trichomes and has a brighter green color. The buds are dense with a slight spongeyness. Trimmed and cured particularly well. Has a sweet gassy foral smell that you would expect from a pink. Upon smoking I was greeted with a foral gassy skunky taste being a bit perfume like. The smoke was properly smooth with a slight tickle. Had a grease ringer earlier on a joint and had a light gray ash. Burned well in a joint, staying lit and burning even. I found this to be a medium to high potency indica dominate hybrid. I was creative but my mind was hazy and wondering. I felt very europhic, I had warm fuzzy feeling. My eyes were heavy feeling. It didn't take long for a full body stone to hit me and slow ne down. Valued at 170 a zip before any discounts. Quality - 8.9 Value - 8.5

Although previously unfamiliar with the strain I didn’t hesitate to pull the trigger based on my recent experience with their smalls. In fact I doubled down and couldn’t have been happier. Smalls as advertised but still dense af and covered in trichomes. Overall , nice looking and very well trimmed. Stunning complex nose that screams sativa with notes of its indica lineage lingering in the background. Popping the lid results in a heavy wafting of citrus, something sweet I can’t place, notable hints of cedar, pepper, fuel, and a few other subtleties beyond my grasp. A real essence of spiciness fills a hungry nose. Great flavour. Grinds nicely. Smooth smoke. Respectable grease ring on the spliff. Always a key point for me. Very energizing and uplifting effects that also promoted creative thinking, yet calming at the same time. Very versatile smoke. I’m pleased to see BM has recently been offering a few different smalls options. Great balance between desire for quality and the reality of the wallet. I just placed another double o order and will review the ice cream cake after extensive sampling. Happy 420!!! Get high, stay toasty

Big fan of Haze strains, I decided to pick up this strain. Here's my honest review on Super Silver Haze: Appearance: Lots of large and medium buds. Very true to haze appearance and genetics. Great bag appeal for a typical sativa. Aroma: Very strong sour and somewhat lemon tones. Pretty classic aroma of haze strains. Very pleasant and inviting. Burn: Phenomenal burn in a joint. Gray-white ashes that burned clean to the end. Very enjoyable smoke! Potency: Very spacey type of cerebral, as expected with haze strains. Great strain after a long day to relax with some friends or for gaming. Verdict: This was a solid buy as a true sativa! Glad I picked some up. One of my favourite strains. Here's a review on Platinum Punch Remix BX1: Appearance: Predominantly large buds in both cans. Excellent bag appeal. CWF brought the consistency for sure with this strain. Aroma: I would describe this to be a somewhat funky cake-like aroma with sweet berry undertones. Consistent with previous batches. Very pleasant, inviting, and sweet aroma that makes it stand out. Burn: One of the reasons I love this strain is the very clean burn! Gray-white ashes to be exact with a greasy ring. Extremely terpy flower in a vape. Very enjoyable! Potency: Pretty balanced hybrid, perhaps slightly more indica. Long-lasting mellow buzz and heady stone. Feel very relaxed and unproductive. Definitely suitable for the evenings. Verdict: 10/10 as always. Glad I picked up some. I believe there is a 420 promo going on at CWF and at that price, I think it's worth it for quality smoke. One of my favourite daytime strains next to cookies and cream. This mac has strong smell, incredible bag appeal and smokes nice and tasty with white ash.

Blue cherry Mac Rosin - A cross of Blue cherries x Mac 1 Light goldenish creamy color. A bit taffy in texture like a hot butter but tacky enough its easy to work with. Smell of citrus were the most noticeable with a light sour cheesey side. The taste is where this thing shines it really came alive once vaporised strong diesel notes with a sweet earthy side really felt the mac and a fruity finish. A delicious after taste that lingers for a while, tasted way more intense and complex then it smelled. Definetly redefined flower rosin for me close to some nice hash rosin i tried. No classic dirtyish rosin taste really amazing. A smooth uplifting wave and a decent budy buzz great after a first meal and so on, it didnt felt too blurry to use mid day / morning and its definetly tasty. Just careful how much i indulge its really potent.

Review: The moment you unseal this bag, you can tell you’re in for a treat. A meaty and earthy aroma that’s very unique and enticing. The nugs were medium-large sized, very caked and colourful; hints of orange and purple within the overwhelming bright green. Smokes incredible, has a really nice earthy taste to it with a hint of sweetness. The high was gradual and had me very relaxed after a long day. For $140 an Oz this is a great purchase and I’m more than satisfied. TheCannaSociety has yet to disappoint me in the slightest. Value: 8/10 Quality: 9/10

Another great order from HGA. I havent tried the rso but the flower is nice and potent. Came in nice dense caked nugs. Hits smooth in the bong however burns kind of peppery in joints. Would purchase again on discount but not full price.

Strain - Kabul hash Texture/Visual - a soft and pliable consistency which is very easy to form, and to work with. An exterior of dark brown, almost blackened shell, and a golden brown, almost caramel colored interior Smoke - simple to make a snake in the grass or it feathers perfectly into a joint, and it cherries up for an easy passable bowl. Smooth burning, with clean inhales the whole way through no matter how it's being inhaled. Each haul consisting of a gassy, earthy, with a hint of spiciness, and giving off thick white smoke each exhale High - the high eases into you, first it hits your eyes drawing the lids closer together, and works it way over your entire body, ending up in a total relaxation settling over you. A nice calming high that eases over you, and setting a mellow tone. Better left for later day, it doesn't exactly kill motivation but your body will be so relaxed, it's difficult to convince yourself otherwise. An eventual burnout that comes on fairly heavy assisting in a solid crash

*This strain was part of a sample pack kindly sent by CAMMP in exchange for an honest review. Visually these buds had nice bud structure lightly dusted in trichomes and color to them with a mix of dark and light green as well as lots of very healthy looking reddish brown hairs. The trim on this was overall good on this strain and had a light stickiness to it when pressed. Smell came in at mid pungency offering a mix of some fruitiness as well as a light funk and some earthy notes. Overall an enjoyable nose on this. Ground to a proper moisture and rolled with ease. Burned to a light grey ash with a tiny bit of black and was a smooth smoke. The smell translated very well into the taste getting that same earthy fruity blend, light sweetness and a bit of lingering flavour on the exhale. Good balance between the two main notes both earthy and fruity and made for a pleasant smoke. Provided an extremely feel good and clear headed high due to it being a cbd dominant strain. Had a calming head space feeling very worry free while also being able to focus and have boosted euphoria. It also was really great for pain relief and was able ease my back pain. This strain is perfect for people that want an elevated mood, anti anxiety effects, pain relief without feeling too impaired and in the process able to function with no issues. Quality: 8.6

A lil interesting smell but not bad, decently potent on the higher side, smoother thn most enigma strains recently, very fast shipping n amazing price. Nice size buds very colourful, slightly dry but nbd. The high is prob suppose to b indica based but i felt awake after smoking this so mayb id say its more like a strong hybrid. Strain 3 from the 420 mixed budget QP. Smaller buds in this one but it's also the nicest i think, just a notch up from the others in all respects, little better nose, little frostier, little more color. Otherwise very similar, has the classic tuna nose and taste, solid smoke and potency. This one is an excellent value in the pack. Rating (considered as a budget AAA) V:9 Q:9
