Purple God from Clean Green VIP

Indica Dominant Hybrid

Cross: God x Hawaiian x Purple Skunk

Visual: These were some very nice-looking buds. They weren’t huge but they had tone of crystal all over which just covered the buds. It was a dark army green with some patch...es of rusty brown hairs. They looked like they might be a bit squishy, but they were quite dense.

Nose: The nose was very earthy and musky. It was very similar to a Black Diamond but with a bit of fruitiness. It was very pungent.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to grind and it had a bit of a fluffy feel to it but it was not. It had a good feel when I was cutting it with scissors and it had a good moisture level.

Taste: That earthy and musky Black Diamond nose came through in the taste but more mild and still wit a bit of that fruitiness.

Burn: The burn was awesome. It had a nice ash, it gave lots of smoke and it was smooth.

Potency/Effects: Not much of a punch and the effects took a little bit to build up. It gave me that heavy, weighed down feeling like a typical Purple Kush does. I still had a bit of clarity in my brain for a bit until the buzziness took over. It would be good for night time.

Island Pink Kush from Next Nug

80% Indica Dominant Hybrid

Cross: Pink Kush and an unknown Indica Dominant strain

Visual: It had a basic Pink Kush look to it with light greens and forest greens and lots of dark brown hairs all over. There was lots of small, tight and ...compact crystal and the buds were very dense.

Nose: The nose was very skunky with some gas. Very nice!

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to grind but I had to pick it out a bit because of the stickiness. It was easy to cut and it had a great moisture level.

Taste: It had a nice flavour as well. I got lots of gas on the inhale and a spicy skunk on the exhale. The flavour really lingered in my mouth.

Burn: The burn was great. It had a nice ash, it was smooth, and it gave lots of smoke.

Potency/Effects: It was a bit punchy and it had a good potency level for me. It was very relaxing and heavy. I got the weighed down effects and the munchies from it. It would be good for night time, chilling out but there was still some energy in the brain to be able to do something.

Cross: Abusive OG x Rare Dankness #1

Visual: These light green buds had quite a bit of tight compact crystal and patches of light brown hairs. They were pretty dense but with a lightness to them.

Nose: The n...ose was earthy and spicy and a bit cheesy. It wasn’t super pungent.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to cut with scissors and to grind. It fluffed up a bit in the grinder and it had a good moisture level.

Taste: The taste was woody and earthy and was also a bit light.

Burn: The burn was good. It gave lots of smoke and it had a light ash.

Potency/Effects: It had a bit of a hit and the effects built up well to a good potency level for me. The effects were similar to a Pink Kush which was heavy with a happy vibe. I was weighed down in the body and I had an uplifting feel in my brain. It was long lasting and it helped with my migraine that I had.

Wedding Cake (AAAA+) from Cannabis Kings

Visual: These were some big dark chunky buds. They had lots of tight sparkly crystal all over and the colour was a dark army green and it had some funky shapes to it. The light brown hairs blended into the dens...e buds.

Nose: The nose was sweet and earthy with a bit of spiciness and a bit piney. It had a little bit of that cookies smell also.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to cut and grind and it had a great moisture level.

Taste: It had good flavour with that baking spiciness to it. It was also earthy and piney with some gas and woodiness.

Burn: It was a great burn. It had a good ash, it was smooth, and it gave lots of smoke.

Potency/Effects: It wasn’t punchy but it built up well into a good potency level for me. It was heavy and relaxing but also a bit cerebral. It would be good for evening and late night as a pre dinner or a dessert strain.

Jack Frost (AAAA+) from Cannabis Kings

Balanced Hybrid

Visual: They were huge elongated looking buds with lots of foxtails starting off in different directions. The main colour was a dark forest green with lots of creamy and sparkly crystal all over. It had lots of brown hairs ...that blended into the buds and It was very dense but the foxtails had a bit of a squish to them.

Nose: The nose was a sour musky citrus, a bit piney, and woody and with some sweetness as well. It was very pungent especially when I opened it up.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to cut and grind but I had to pick it out of the grinder a bit because it was pretty sticky. It had a good moisture level.

Taste: Wow! It had tons of flavour! It was very skunky on the inhale and piney and woody on the exhale and it maintains the pungency the whole way through. Very nice!

Burn: The burn was awesome. Slow, clean, and lots of smoke.

Potency/Effects: It built up to a high potency level for me and it kept building up throughout the joint. It was a balanced hybrid effect that was relaxing in my body and gave me a buzzy energy in my brain with a little bit of alertness and crisp visuals. It had a great overall buzz and effect to it. It would be good for all day use.

Mike Tyson (AAA) from Cannabis Kings

100% Indica

Visual: The buds were dark and a bit dank looking. There was a little bit of leaf and it looked like it might be a little loose, but it was very dense. It had lots of tight compact sparkly crystal and lots of brown hairs all over... these forest green buds. They were long and had a cone shape at the tip.

Nose: The nose had that familiar Mike Tyson smell to it. It was sweet and gassy, heavy and hashy, with a bit of skunk. It was very pungent.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It held back in the grinder a bit and I had to pick it out as well. It was very sticky, and it squished up when I was cutting it with scissors. It had a great moisture level.

Taste: The taste was very pungent as well. It was skunky and gassy with some woodiness.

Burn: The burn was great. The ash was nice, it gave lots of smoke and it burnt slow. It was a tiny bit harsh.

Potency/Effects: The effects built up well to a good potency level for me. It was very relaxing and a bit of a heavy hitter. The effects were sedative, and it weighed me down. It would be good for late night.

Cross: Jack Herer x White Widow

Visual: The buds were very chunky and squat with a cone shape to them. The colour was a light army green with some darker colours closer to the tips. It had lots of rusty hairs all... over and lots of fuzzy crystal. They were super dense.

Nose: The nose was a sour apple and a bit of sweet dried apple. It was very pungent and really smacked me in the face.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was very easy to grind and to cut. It was on the verge of being dry.

Taste: The taste was a bit lighter than the nose. It was more of a smoked sour applewood. The flavour eventually died off a bit and became more earthy.

Burn: The burn was good and it gave lots of smoke.

Potency/Effects: This one wasn’t very punchy but it had decent potency. It was a good all around buzz which was relaxing but with some energy to my brain. It would be good for day and evening.

Cross: Grease Monkey x Triple OG

Visual: The colour was a light army green with some darker greens. It had lots of creamy crystal all over and throughout and some light brown hairs that blended into the buds. T...hey were very dense.

Nose: The nose was very pungent. There was a bit of pine and a sweet rotten fruit smell. It also had a musky spicy funkiness and a little bit of fuel.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was very easy to grind and to cut up. It fluffed up a bit in the grinder and it had a fluffy feel to it.

Taste: The diesel came through in the taste along with the spicy funkiness. It was more rounded out and it was very pleasant.

Burn: The burn was great. The ash was clingy and it gave lots of smoke.

Potency/Effects: I got a good hit in my nose and the effects built up well. I found it to be relaxing and sedating. It put me in a good mood and made me a bit sleepy. It would be good for nighttime as it slowed things down for me.

Dank Breath (AAAA) from Chronic Farms

Hybrid

Cross: Rockstar x Peanut Butter Breath

Visual: This one was crazy dark! They were like a midnight purple/black with lots of sparkly crystal and orange hairs. All the colours contrasted each other so these buds really stan...d out! They were very dense and a medium sized.

Nose: The nose smelled more like a PBB that the Rockstar x PBB did. It was more mellow and nutty and creamy with just a tiny bit of gas when I opened it up.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to grind and it fluffed it up a bit. It was easy to cut with scissors and not very sticky but it had a good moisture level.

Taste: It had good flavour and it was more pungent than a plain PBB. I git the creamy nuttiness and a bit of gas.

Burn: The burn was great. It burnt nice and slow and it gave lots of smoke.

Potency/Effects: It hit me in my nose a bit and it had a pretty good potency level for me. The effects were relaxing and sedating. It wasn’t as heavy as the Rockstar x PBB but it still put me in a good vibe and the effects were still heavy. It would be good for evening and nighttime.

Kush Mints (AAAA) from Chronic Farms

Hybrid

Cross: Animal Mints x Bubba Kush

Visual: The looks on this one was very light and frosty. It had a nice structure and lots of sparkly crystal all over and throughout. The colour was mainly a light green with some forest gr...eens but they were hard to see under all the creamy crystal. It had patches of light orange hairs that blended right into the buds. They were very dense.

Nose: The nose had a spicy, minty smell to it with a sour, musky kush and a when I opened it up a bit of a cookies smell. It was quite pungent.

Cut/Roll/Grind: It was easy to cut and to grind. It squished it up a bit when I was cutting it with scissors and a bit sticky when I was pulling it apart. It has a really good moisture level.

Taste: It had some big flavour! I got the spicy, minty and the sour kushy with some gas as well. There were lots of flavours, it was very complex and enjoyable. I would put it with the desert strains as I would think it would be a great after dinner toke.  

Burn: The burn was awesome. It burnt very slowly, and it gave huge amounts of smoke. It was also very smooth, beauty smoke!

Potency/Effects: I got a pretty good hit and the effects came rushing in and built up to a high potency level for me. It was very relaxing and calming in my body and it put my brain in a positive vibe and made me get lost in thought. It was a beaut!
