Tight dense nuts with pretty colorings on it and just caked in trichomes.
Smells like your classic slurricane with its sundae and creamy berry like profile with candy and vanilla notes.
Flavor is pretty delicious with your super smooth creamy sweet inhale and a nice lingering ...berry side aftertaste but not overly pronounced.
Burned very clean and left light grey ash with little to no peppering.
The effects come on slowly and creep their way through your mind and body. Not overwhelming and easy to smoke back to back. I kinda like these after my supper (dessert joints), the sweet profile couples well with a coffee.
Overall I never was a big fan of Slurricane in general but I can see how some really enjoy this creamy berry experience with relative feel good effects.
JerCanna came through like he always does. This time with some odd new strains. Koolato is a newish strain out there that comes from quite the cross.
Coming out of the bag, glistening in white milky tricomes was this beautiful big bud of Koolato from JerCanna. Upon inspection it was pal...e green pastel'ish in color with purple sugars leaves vividly standing out and tiny whisp's like peach colored pistils. She looked marvelous in the light. A little dryer to the touch but of no concerns.
The aroma was rather mild and very hard to pin point but what I was able to perceive was a doughyness, fruity field berries and floral notes. Not very loud and hoping the flavor side breaks out a little more than the nose did.
When burned in a joint, I found it was equally mild but less than the nose was. Small minor berry notes as mentioned are noticed with doughy floral side. It does burn clean from start to end with very little peppering in the ash and smooth smoke.
The effects were rather the most enjoyable part. As I wasn't expecting much, it surprised me with a well rounded mind and body high that left me on the deck spacing off into euphoria. An onset of munchies quickly sent signals from my brain to my stomach with flickering rapidity lol. Easy strain for any time of day and for any level of users.
The name speak for itself when it comes to this lineage. The strain is the result of two potent classics that come crossed together (Bubba Kush x Rockstar) and it doesn't disappoint.
This predominantly Indica dominant bu...d was very well trimmed, strawberry shaped in size, dense to the touch and extremely sticky all while having a good humidity level kept. Colors of Irish to forest greens with purple sectioned blotches made up it's structure. Toned orange pistils and an abundance of milky white trichomes that glittered with the lightning, made for some eye catching buds.
The smell like the name speaks volume. The Bubba Kush aroma seems to take the centerstage. A pungent skunky classic bubba kush aroma is loud and proud. Notes of heavy gas accompanied it with a earthy/piney background and a mild spice that's barely noticeable.
The flavor is right up my alley when it comes to gassy and pungent kushy strains. Each hit is smooth but comes with a corse flavor that's very resinous and sure to bring on a good cough. Upon exhale, a finer sweet and piney flavor rolls of the tongue. The burn was nice producing a heavy resin ring early on, left a light grey ash but with the outer edges burning a little darker. The flavor seemed clean and proper however, so I had little concern over the darkened exterior burn.
The effects are just as strong as the lineage itself. Within your first few hauls, the effects will begin to flow through you quick enough with a imposing and heavy felt head high. Slowly after the body melts away with it leaving you fairly relaxed and sedated. Highly recommended for evening use and could be a great medication for sleep troubles. An appetite seems to come on strong but I had zero motivation not get off the couch.
Overall this is the type of heavy hitting smoke alot of us look for and it doesn't dissapoint. ?⛽? NOT FOR SALE
