Ordering & Pricing:Good prices, cheapest ounce I saw was $160( didn’t look for very long tho) I went for a $180 bud. There are ...also pretty large %off when you order in multiple ounces or pounds
Communication: haven’t had to contact anyone for any issues but I did get emails for confirmation and tracking # much quicker than any other MoM I’ve used.
Packaging: packaging was good. Even came with some nice wrapping paper inside the box(might have been just for Christmas time)

Incentive for Customers:When I signed up there was a $20 credit upon sign up. Now there is a 10% off your first order and also if your order is over $1200 you get a free sample pack (I believe it’s a 1 ounce sample pack ). Seems like there’s always some deal going on.
