I didn’t directly speak/or chat with anyone. Orders are processed quickly and a separate email is sent with tracking number.

Packaging:

Each half quarter was in it’s own bag. All were inside another bag, in a box inside the mailing bag. A little excessive, but absolutely smell proof.

Overall I was very happy with my order. I placed my order on a Thursday, they shipped out Friday and it was at my door Monday night. The buds ranged in sizes, but all had great quality and each 3.5g weighed correctly or slightly over. Will be ordering again.See More
