Sent payment 8 days ago, package hasn't been shipped.

Sent payment last week. It was accepted. Was told that Tuesday after the long weekend packs would be shipped. It is now Thusday and package hasn't been shipped. I have recieved tracking number yet the parcel hasn't been accepted at post office. There is lots of other people with this same issue. I expect a response ASAP @QuadCo. This is unacceptable and far as I'm concerned I was ripped off along with countless other. Rectify this issue immediately!!!!

Sells MOLD then blocks customers when issue arised

Blocked me from furthur business after I found mold in my pack. Another customer found mold, they offered a 50$ coupon lol They got mad after I sent in pictures of mold i found in my donkey butter then proceeded to talk about me publically to other customers. Overall, not how you do business and completely unacceptable way of treating a long time customer.
