They had great customer service. They answered my questions promptly, sometimes live over the chat and sometimes through email. They were polite and professional. In order to place an order on lots of sites, you have to verify that you’re of age by sending in photo ID. This can be a pain if y...ou’re antsy about receiving the goods on time. Luckily, someone in the live chat at West Coast Supply verified my ID on the spot so I didn’t have to wait. This is actually why I initially chose WCS.
I bought four packs of shatter and they’re great! The taste of their Charlotte’s Web is particularly good (chocolatey, cinnamon type flavour). The shatter did arrive... uh... shattered. But that’s to be expected, considering it flew across the whole country in only 4 days (this is a good shipping time for where I live). They did bubble wrap it and tape and seal it up properly, so that’s all you can do. In my experience, mail order shatter is usually broken on arrival. It’s an easy fix if you just reheat the shatter by holding the whole paper envelope against the side of a hot cup of tea and stick it all back together into one sheet.
The quality of the shatter I got from WCS was better than what my street guy gets, yet it cost less. This is because WCS has such great deals, discounts and incentives. I availed of their 40% off site-wide New Year’s Week sale. I’m just waiting to run out of the shatter I just bought so I can order from WCS again. Going forward, I won’t always have to desperately try to coordinate my schedule with my extremely busy local dealer. Thanks WCS!
