Hi guys, I want to share with you my experience ordering for the first time on the MGS website.
First off, their selection overall on the website is good. They have concentrates, edibles, flowers, etc and even a bundle option which is quite cool imo.
They could have a bit more vari...ety in the flowers department but like i said, overall it was a pretty good selection.
I ordered 2 oz of flowers for my first order, one was Dutch Kush & the other was Cinderella 99, both are classified as AAA+. The package arrived as planned in 3 days ( I live in montreal area), the box was sealed nicely and was quite stealthy. Once i opened the first box, you have a second box sealed with the MGS sticker and inside that one will be your goodies! My two oz came in black bags (to protect the weed from UV light i would suppose) that were completely sealed off with their logo and motto. Those two black bags are also placed in a vacuum sealed see through plastic wrapping. I detailed this part a lot cause i was really impressed by the professionalism of the whole packaging.
The Dutch Kush smells very good with coffee beans undertone. the taste is smooth and a bit earthy for my liking but overall i did appreciate the taste. The buds look nice as well, lots of thc chrystals on them. The ashes become almost clear white after smoking and the high was quite enjoyable and it focused me on the task i was doing but after a while you’ll definitely feel the couch locking effects of this strain.
The Cinderella 99 was smelling great as well, a lot of citrus aromas. The taste was a bit more fruity which is something i enjoy! The high of this one is definitely more energetic as this strain is a sativa dominant, the high is also pretty cerebral when you compare it to the dutch kush.
Overall i would give them 9/10 as the quality was great, but the taste was just not my favorite for those two strains (which is in no case their fault, it was my first time trying those strains).
last but not least, i want to give MGS a huge shoutout because I was high when i filled my order and i had put the right adress but with my old appartment number. I messaged them (it was around 1AM in MTL so i guess 10PM in BC) and they answered in a matter of minutes and fixed it for me. That line of communication was truly appreciated, it shows they care about customers and will be willing to help if there are any issues. which i consider is almost as important as the products themselves.
So go ahead and feel confident about buying on MGS, theres always a 15% discount on your first order and it is stackable with other discounts if there are any other promotions ongoing on the website. I took advantage of that and was able to save 45% on my first order which was awesome as well
