Sign Up: Signing up was simple, easy and required a photo of ID for verification. Since this was my second order, all I had to do was login and I was on my way.
Ordering & Pricing: Since this was my second order, ordering and payment w...as very quick (e-transfer), and because my shipping address comes up as incomplete, they very quickly sent me an email confirming if it was correct, (which is what they did the first time) but below also added that this was just to confirm that the first shipment arrived without problems, and the following orders will have a note in their system so I won’t have to verify my address anymore. Very attentive and good customer service in general.
The prices for the quality are still great and I have no complaints about it.
Communication: Great customer service, emails confirming my order, verifying my address and even a quick reply to my note during ordering was done in a very timely manner. One of the better experiences with customer service I have had with a company (not just for cannabis).
Packaging: Product comes vacuum sealed, inside a large smell-proof ziploc bag, inside a blank unmarked box. I love the packaging that speedgreens does. Products come in child-proof containers that can be flipped to simply screw on. The free large pre-rolls that i got were in convenient storage tubes which i really liked.

Incentive for Review: This is my second time ordering, and my first time reviewing. In the order notes, I told them that I could review my order for them, and without me asking, they included 3 samples as well for the review, which i thought was very nice of them.
Notes: I have no bad things to say about speedgreens. This is my second order from them and both times, the ship time has been phenomenal. They even followed up very quickly with CP when i asked about my shipping order being stuck for a few days. But it still came very quickly ~4-5 days for both orders considering its from Vancouver to Ontario. The reason I docked a point was because the Sky Extracts CBD cartridge i received was defective and leaked through the seal and out the bottom (as seen in the photos attached. Overall, I would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again from them.
