I don't smoke recreationally, but I do need something to help with mild insomnia and muscle soreness, so I prefer weed to meds for that reason. I liked the smell of this - more lemon than pine - and it helped relax my muscles enough to settle into restful sleep. Don't smoke too much at once ...tho. It has a lot of THC and might trigger anxiety if you're sensitive.
