With Purolator was holding my order hostage HGA reached out with a compromise and over-delivered!!! They... credited my account $20 for future shipping costs, re-sent the entire order plus 2 gifts, (ediables and some CBD pills) via Canada Post and were just simply amazing to deal with. Customer Service is speedy, super friendly and truly professional. I will be a fan of this company forever!
(they’ve often in the past included additional product as gifts in my orders as well. Always a fun surprise to try something new at no cost!)
