Death Chocolate Mousse

First time ordering this strain from HGA. It's definitely worth it's while.

9/10 Potency was on point with DCM at least greater or on par with Death Mint Cookies.

9/10 Effects leaned more towards a heavier indica dominant. In comparis...on to DMC, it starts with a euphoria and tapers off with good ol sedation. Perfect for kicking back at the end of the day and then sleeping I have tried smoking this in the day and it's great too

8.5/10 Bag appeal is great. All nugs in this batch were medium size in majority with no popcorn. Shimmering trichomes cover each bud. The buds are well flushed and cured; once you break open the solid dense outer you find a sticky and well cured bud. Purple, green and red hues are evident.

9/10 Taste/ Smell was of doughy chocolate gas on the inhale and exhale. No harshness on throat with a joint. The joint burned slow and steady in addition to a thick oil ring and grayish white ash.

10/10 Price was great got this ounce for $140 total with a referral discount and points. Well worth the purchase.

I know everyone's sick of seeing DMC reviews but this is really an appreciation post for DMC. Got this 25% off as I think all DMC batches are being sold at now, so while it wasn't the best batch (of DMC and I've had I believe 3 batches), it was still great all around... and for that price point, nothing compares.

Potency - 8.5/10 - Your typical DMC hybrid leaning indica that can be used any time of day. If you need to sleep, just smoke a bit more. Potency is good, although it loses .5 since it's not as strong as past batches but still good nonetheless. Definitely packs a punch.

Taste/Smell - 10/10 - Again, the usual DMC terps of mint and cookie dough, tastes awesome in a joint. Some have said this batch was slightly harder on the throat on the inhale but I didn't find that at all.

Bag appeal - 9/10 - Even distribution of smalls and mediums, there were no popcorn buds at all, I'm always surprised at how nice the small nugs are especially when it comes to DMC. Love to see that frosty trichome coverage, can be seen on the exterior and interior. Slightly stemmy, not AS dense as other strains but it busts up to a satisfying amount and just feels great. Gotta be careful when handling it's super sticky icky as any good kush should be.

As usual very prompt shipping by HGA.

Initial inspection of bag was mainly smalls (I ordered smalls). The flower itself was a slightly dry on the outside touch, but was sticky and well cured on the inside. Nice trichome coverage atop green and dark purple bud.

The smell was some ...kind of mixture of skunk with floral and earthy notes, a good smelling bud nonetheless.

The high was a typical indica, physically and mentally relaxing perfect for a late evening, overindulgence however will knock ya out. Following this, potency was on point despite the smalls zip.See More

Came in an orderly manner, per HGA shipping. Upon inspection of the very well cured bud you can see a frosty trich coverage and red hairs throughout. Nose was that of citrus. High was a typical sativa, felt focused, energized, and ready to get to work. A potent wake n bake for a start to your day. <...br/>
