Gelato from JJmeds

First off, sorry for the bad pictures. I have a few videos i planned on using instead but it wont let me so the meh photos it is unfortunately, may try to imgur the vid after.

Look/Nose/Cure: Buds are darker green majority with hints of light green throughout... and dark leaves giving the nugs a darker exterior. There are vibrant orange hairs that contrast with the dark shade of nug making the heavy trichome coverage and orange hairs pop even more. Trim could have been better as it has a few dark leaves still around the edges but not bad, no complaints for the price. Initially the nose was a bit muted after coming in from outside, but it bounced back very nicely, quite pungent and reminds me of past gelato’s but with less creamy doughy and more kinda funky fruit candy. I really enjoy the sweet, cream-doughy cuts of Gelato but this is a nice slight change from what I usually get. Upon arrival these were some of the freshest flower ive ever received, nicely cured not crispy, had a nice squish to it but still pretty dense. Good cure, buds were decently sticky,broke apart easily, grinded up fluffy and clumps up nicely making it easy for rolling.

Smoke/Burn/Ash: Consumed through bongs and joints, both have been great experiences. The smoke is nice, thick and smooth, smoother through glass as joints have a very minimal harshness but only with larger puffs, barely noticeable. Easy to roll with a good burn from start to finish with white ash, hints of dark but good along with a little oil ring. I've been really enjoying consuming it both ways but think I prefer joints with this one, it's so nice.

High/Potency: This had a very enjoyable high, not too heavy but not very energizing either so a good afternoon and evening smoke. Buzz comes in kinda gradually starting with a slightly foggy head and heavy eyes. The body buzz follows shortly with no couchlock and a bit of sedation with larder consumption. Similar high to previous Gelato’s i've had which is one of my favourites, great for chilling out and getting some things done just depends on your mood. Potency is solid, not crazy but good, overall very enjoyable high and potency especially at this price point.

Overall: Overall this flower is very enjoyable at a reasonable price at $95 an oz. I would rate this in the AAA+/AAAA range, definitely no less than AAA+ as its a great flower overall its just missing a very few things to make it a real Quad imo but at that price im not expecting a quad and am happily satisfied with what i've received. Would definitely grab some more at this price point.

Another solid deal here from JJmeds. Nice trim with a classic pink kush nose. Has a good taste, while not overly flavourful still definitely a good enough taste. High starts quick as you can feel the eyes getting heavier half way through the joint. A euphoric and relaxing high that when smoked in hi...gh amounts can definitely put you to sleep.

Another good pickup from jjmeds, cured nicely, burns clean, smell could be a bit stronger but not to bad

Really enjoying this Purple Rockstar from jjmeds, cured nicely, burns nice and clean, as a nice pungent smell, purchased a cpl times, will probably grab another oz

JJmeds has once again delivered with quality product with quick delivery times. I live in ontario and had to wait only for couple of days till I got my order.

Gelato 33 by lot 420 is my one of my favorite strains on rec market and this ounce by JJ comes pretty close. The aromas from this... bag are complex with gassy citrusy and creamy sweet tones but overall fragrant and it has a strong smell to it.

In terms of taste its a thick rich smoke with a fragrant creamy sweetness on the inhale and a more kush flavor on the exhale.

The high is excellent too , medium potency hybrid that starts off with a euphoric and blissful head high followed by a relaxing buzz that spreads all over the body. I always fall asleep couple hours after smokin a fair amount of this strain def recommend before bedtime if you're looking for something that gets you high and eventually puts you to bed as opposed to a instant knock out.

Only complain would be the moisture content it can feel a tad bit harsh while smoking but I supposed a boveda pack could fix that.
